Abstract
【解決手段】二次電池100は、パウチ200と、第1電極板310、第2電極板320、及び、第1電極板と第2電極板との間のセパレータ330を含み、パウチ内に位置する電極組立体300と、電極組立体から延びた第1電極タブ400及び第2電極タブ500を含み、パウチから突出した第1電極タブまたは第2電極タブのうち少なくとも何れか一つの領域は長手方向に沿って平らでないことを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- パウチと、
第1電極板、第2電極板及び前記第1電極板および第2電極板の間のセパレータを含み、前記パウチ内に位置する電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体から延びた第1電極タブ及び第2電極タブを含み、
前記パウチから突出した前記第1電極タブまたは前記第2電極タブのうち少なくとも何れか一つの領域は長手方向に沿って平らでないことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記第1電極タブまたは前記第2電極タブの少なくとも何れか一つには、前記長手方向に沿って折り曲げ部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記折り曲げ部は、前記パウチから突出した前記電極タブの前記領域の全体に前記長手方向に沿って形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記領域は、前記長手方向と直交する方向に沿った断面がV形状、W形状、またはC形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記領域は、前記長手方向と直交する方向に沿った断面が弧形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記領域は多数の山部および谷部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記領域は前記長手方向と直交する方向に沿った断面が正弦波形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極タブの幅及び前記第2電極タブの幅は2mm〜6mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記パウチから突出した二つの前記第1電極タブ及び前記第2電極タブの領域は長手方向に沿って両方とも平らでないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極タブまたは前記第2電極タブの少なくとも何れか一つには、少なくとも一つの凹部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極タブまたは前記第2電極タブの少なくとも何れか一つには、多数の窪みが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記多数の窪みは、前記パウチの外側に位置する第1電極タブまたは前記第2電極タブの少なくとも何れか一つの領域全体に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
