Abstract
【解決手段】内部を通って流れる負荷電流を表す出力信号を生成する電流検知装置10と、電流検知装置10と信号を通信して、電流検知装置10によって生成された出力信号を受け取り、この出力信号に基づいた二次信号を出力するように構成されて配置される検出ユニット30と、検出ユニット30に連結され、コンピュータ実行可能命令に応答するマイクロプロセッサ80とを含む。このコンピュータ実行可能命令は、マイクロプロセッサ80により実行されると、二次信号を受け取り、その二次信号を詳細係数及び近似係数に分解し、検知した負荷電流が所定の閾値を上回り、且つ、詳細係数及び前記近似係数が共にトリップ信号生成の閾条件を満たしている場合、電気回路の動作を中断させるために用いられるトリップ信号を生成するように、マイクロプロセッサ80を駆動させる命令である。

Claims (10)
- 電気回路内の電流の遮断を円滑に行う装置であって、
前記電気回路内に設けられて、電気負荷として機能すると共に、その内部を通って流れる負荷電流を表す出力信号を生成する電流検知装置(10)と、
前記電流検知装置(10)と信号を通信して、前記電流検知装置(10)によって生成された前記出力信号を受け取り、前記出力信号に基づいた二次信号を出力するように構成されて配置される検出ユニット(30)と、
前記検出ユニット(30)に連結され、コンピュータ実行可能命令に応答するマイクロプロセッサ(80)とを含み、
前記コンピュータ実行可能命令は、前記マイクロプロセッサ(80)によって実行されると、前記二次信号を受け取り、その二次信号を詳細係数及び近似係数に分解し、検知した負荷電流が所定の閾値を上回り、且つ、前記詳細係数及び前記近似係数が共にトリップ信号生成の閾条件を満たしている場合、前記電気回路の動作を中断させるために用いられるトリップ信号を生成するように、前記マイクロプロセッサ(80)を駆動させる命令である、装置。 - 前記マイクロコントローラ(80)に測定信号を出力するように構成される電流測定ユニット(50)を更に含み、前記測定信号は、前記出力信号のタイミングに関連付けられると共に、前記マイクロコントローラ(80)によって、前記閾条件が満たしているか否かの判定に利用される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ(80)に連結される周囲温度センサ(60)を更に含み、前記マイクロコントローラ(80)は、前記電流検知装置(10)の温度変化を補正すべきか否かを、前記周囲温度センサ(60)を用いて判定する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- フィルタを含む加算増幅器(20)であって、前記電流検知装置(10)と前記検出ユニット(30)との間に動作可能に配置されて、前記マイクロコントローラ(80)と信号を通信する加算増幅器(20)を更に含み、
前記加算増幅器(20)の前記フィルタ及び前記検出ユニット(30)は、協働して前記二次信号をフィルタリングし、約1〜250kHzの範囲から外れた周波数を有する成分を前記二次信号から排除する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記詳細係数を、前記二次信号のうちの約75〜250kHzの範囲内の周波数を有する成分から取得し、前記近似係数を、前記二次信号のうちの約1〜75kHzの範囲内の周波数を有する成分から取得する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ(80)は、コンピュータ実行可能命令に更に応答し、前記コンピュータ実行可能命令は、前記マイクロコントローラ(80)によって実行されると、前記二次信号の分解前に、前記信号にデッドバンドを挿入するように前記マイクロコントローラを駆動させる命令である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ(80)と信号を通信するように設けられる検出回路(100)を更に含み、前記検出回路(100)は、更に、前記出力信号のゼロ交差インスタンスを検出することと、その後で前記二次信号を分解するように前記マイクロコントローラ(80)に命令することとを行うように構成され、配置される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記検知した負荷電流が所定のアンペア数を上回る場合、前記マイクロコントローラ(80)は、トリップ信号生成の閾条件が、一定の期間に亘って所定の周波数で満たされていると前記詳細係数に基づいて判定された場合、前記トリップ信号を生成する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 回路のアーク事故電流遮断(AFCI)を実行する、コンピュータに実装される方法であって、
前記回路と電気的に連通する電流検知装置(10)において負荷電流を検知し、
前記電流検知装置(10)と信号を通信する検出ユニット(30)において、前記検知した負荷電流の電流を反映する二次信号を生成し、
前記検出ユニット(30)に連結されたマイクロコントローラ(80)において、第1の所定周波数で前記二次信号をサンプリングし、
前記二次信号のサンプリングが完了したと判定され、且つ、前記二次信号のゼロ交差がサンプリングされたと判定された場合に、前記二次信号の第1成分から詳細係数を計算すると共に、前記二次信号の第2成分から近似係数を計算し、
閾基準が満たされているか否かを前記第1係数に基づいて判定するか、又は、前記検知した負荷電流が所定の閾値を下回るか否かを、前記詳細係数及び前記近似係数に基づいて判定し、
前記閾基準が満たされている、又は、前記負荷電流が前記所定の閾値を下回っていると判定された場合に、前記回路の動作を中断させるトリップ信号を送出することを含む方法。 - 回路のアーク事故電流遮断(AFCI)を実行する、コンピュータに実装される方法であって、
検出ユニット(30)と信号を通信する電流検知装置(10)によって検出された負荷電流に基づいて、前記検出ユニット(30)において生成される二次信号の第1部分と第2部分を、離散ウェーブレット変換により、詳細係数及び近似係数にそれぞれ分解し、
前記二次信号の前記第1部分にはゼロ交差がサンプリングされていると判定された場合は、前記詳細係数の絶対値の和を計算すると共に、前記二次信号の第1の窓及び第2の窓に対応する前記近似係数の絶対値と、前記第1の窓及び第2の窓それぞれについての前記絶対値の各和の比を計算し、
前記絶対値の和を第1の所定閾値と比較するか、又は、前記検出した負荷電流が予め選択された大きさを下回る場合は、前記絶対値の和と前記和の比との積を、第2の所定閾値と比較し、
前記比較の結果が、前記第1及び第2の所定閾値のうちの該当する閾値について、一定の期間に亘って一定の周波数だけ上回っている場合に、前記回路の動作を中断させるトリップ信号を送出することを含む方法。
