In particular, it is a method for forming an information display body in a blanking pattern format that can be illuminated from the back (back) side. And the aqueous resin layer formation process of apply | coating an aqueous resin containing coating material on a base | substrate is comprised. Further, after the aqueous resin layer forming step, a thermosetting resin layer forming step of applying a thermosetting resin-containing coating on the substrate is provided. And the said removal process is performed when the said thermosetting resin layer is pencil hardness (JIS K5600-5-4) 4B-B.

This will be described in more detail below.
The substrate of the present invention is preferably made of a translucent material. A transparent material is preferable, but a translucent material may be used. That is, what is necessary is just to have translucency. The substrate having such characteristics is made of an organic material or an inorganic material. For example, inorganic glass may be used, but it is preferably made of an organic resin. For example, polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polytrimethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, polyolefin resins such as polypropylene and polybutylene, styrene resins, urethane resins, polyoxymethylene resins, polyamide resins, Polycarbonate resins, acrylic resins such as polymethyl methacrylate, vinyl chloride resins, polyphenylene sulfide resins, polyphenylene ether resins, polyimide resins, polyamideimide resins, polyetherimide resins, polysulfone resins, polyethersulfone resins , Polyketone resins, polyetherketone resins, polyetheretherketone resins, polyarylate resins, polyethernitrile resins, Phenoxy resins, and the like. Of course, other various resins can be used. Particularly preferred are organic resins having heat resistance that can withstand temperatures of about 80 ° C. The organic resin preferably has a hydrophobic group (functional group).

Characters, symbols, figures, and the like serving as an information source in a blank pattern format are provided on the base. This is configured by applying (printing) an aqueous resin-containing paint. That is, by application (printing), an aqueous resin layer (characters / symbols / graphics or the like serving as an information source in a blanking pattern format) is provided on the substrate. Here, the reason why the water-based resin-containing coating was used in particular is that (adhesion between the aqueous resin layer and the substrate) <(adhesion between the thermosetting resin layer and the substrate). Here, examples of the aqueous resin include water-dispersible resins and water-soluble resins. A more preferable resin is a water-soluble resin. In particular, a water-soluble resin having a hydrophilic group is preferred. That is, when a water-soluble resin having a hydrophilic group is used, the adhesion with the substrate becomes smaller and the peelability is improved. For example, preferred are cellulose derivatives such as methyl cellulose having a hydroxy group, carboxycellulose, and hydroxymethyl cellulose, lignin sulfonates having a carboxylic acid group, natural polymers such as shellac, and polyacrylates. Other acrylic resins such as styrene / acrylic acid copolymer salt, vinyl naphthalene / acrylic acid copolymer salt, styrene / maleic acid copolymer salt, vinyl naphthalene acid polymer salt, β naphthalene sulphonic acid An anionic polymer such as a salt of a formalin condensate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, or the like can also be used. Various printing methods can be used for application of the above-described aqueous resin-containing paint (aqueous ink). For example, a screen (frame) woven with polyester or other fibers is stretched and fixed on a frame, and a plate film (resist) is made on the frame to close the eyes other than the required image line. When printing ink is placed and the ink is squeezed with a squeegee, a printing method can be used in which the printing ink passes through the screen where there is no resist and is transferred to the substrate. In addition, a relief printing method, an offset printing method, a gravure printing method, and the like can be used as appropriate.

After the aqueous resin layer (aqueous printing layer) is formed on the substrate, thermosetting is performed on the aqueous resin layer (aqueous printing layer) and on the substrate where the aqueous resin layer (aqueous printing layer) is not provided. A functional resin-containing paint is applied. Examples of thermosetting resins include urethane resins, phenol resins, phenoxy resins, urea resins, melamine resins, epoxy resins, silicon resins, alkyd resins, allyl resins, unsaturated polyester resins, diallyl phthalate resins, furan resins, imide resins. Typical examples include vinyl ester resins. A thermosetting resin satisfying (adhesion between the aqueous resin layer and the substrate) <(adhesion between the thermosetting resin layer and the substrate) is particularly preferable. The thermosetting resin satisfying such conditions is, for example, a thermosetting resin having a lipophilic group (hydrophobic group). Particularly preferred are urethane resins. The thermosetting resin-containing coating material contains appropriate additives in addition to the thermosetting resin. For example, inorganic fillers, flame retardants, conductivity imparting agents, ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants, antibacterial agents, insecticides, deodorants, heat stabilizers, antistatic agents, plasticizers, lubricants, colorants, pigments, dyes A foaming agent, an antifoaming agent, and the like are appropriately used as necessary. In addition, in order to make the thermosetting resin layer comprised by application | coating (printing) of a thermosetting resin containing coating material into a light-shielding thing, a coloring agent, a pigment, or dye is used suitably. For example, carbon black (black agent) or titanium oxide (white agent) is appropriately used.

After the thermosetting resin-containing paint (oil-based paint) is applied and dried (heated), a part of the thermosetting resin layer is removed. This removal can be performed by applying an adhesive tape to the corresponding part and peeling off the adhesive tape. That is, it is carried out by attaching and peeling an adhesive tape on the thermosetting resin layer at the removal-corresponding location. Here, it is important to perform the peeling operation using the adhesive tape when the hardness (pencil hardness: JIS K5600-5-4) of the thermosetting resin layer by drying (heating) is 4B to B. For example, when it became too hard, for example, when it was peeled off with a pencil hardness HB, the adhesiveness was too good to be peeled off, and the punching pattern was not clear (clear). On the other hand, when it was too soft, for example, when it was peeled off with a pencil hardness of 5B, part of the thermosetting resin layer was peeled off due to insufficient adhesion, and the extraction pattern was not clear (clear) .

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to specific examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

[Example 1]
A transparent substrate made of ABS resin was used as the substrate.
Characters were printed on this transparent substrate by screen printing means (manufactured by Jujo Chemical) using an ethylene glycol mono-normal-butyl ether aqueous solution. That is, the character printing part is composed of a water-soluble resin coating film.
After the above printing, a two-part solvent type acrylic urethane paint (made by Ohashi Chemical Co.) containing titanium oxide (white pigment: light-shielding agent) and cream color content was applied over the entire surface of the transparent substrate (including the character printing part). . That is, a light-shielding / thermosetting resin coating is provided over the entire surface of the transparent substrate.
And it was made to dry at room temperature, and when the coating film became pencil hardness (JIS K5600-5-4) 4B, the adhesive tape (made by Nichiban) was bonded together, and it peeled.
As a result, the coating film at the position of the printed character was peeled off beautifully, and an accurate cut character was obtained.

[Example 2]
In Example 1, when the coating film became pencil hardness (JIS K5600-5-4) 3B, it carried out similarly except having adhered and peeled off the adhesive tape.
