Abstract
【解決手段】上部(16)及び底部(18)を有し、長手方向軸(14)に沿って配列したランプエンベロープと、第1引込み部(20a)を有する第1の2重コイルフィラメント(20)及び第2引込み部(22a)を有する第2の2重コイルフィラメント(22)にして、ランプエンベロープ内の長手方向軸と平行で且つ相互に平行な第1及び第2の各2重コイルフィラメントと、各2重コイルフィラメントを各引込み部から遠い側の端部で連結するシリアルコネクタ(24)と、ランプエンベロープ底部に位置決めした電気絶縁性支持体(26)とを含み、各引込み部とシリアルコネクタの少なくとも一部とが電気絶縁性支持体の内部でシールされて各部材が第1及び第2の各2重コイルフィラメントの唯一の支持体を提供し、コイルフィラメントがCC6フィラメントのそれの2倍の直径を有するワイヤを有するランプ。

Claims (4)
- 高速昇降温処理用ランプであって、
頂部及び底部を有し、長手方向軸に沿って配列したランプエンベロープと、
第1引込み部を有する第1の2重コイルフィラメント及び第2引込み部を有する第2の2重コイルフィラメントにして、ランプエンベロープ内の長手方向軸と平行で且つ相互に平行な第1及び第2の各2重コイルフィラメントと、
該第1及び第2の各2重コイルフィラメントを、第1及び第2の各引込み部から遠い側の各端部で連結するシリアルコネクタと、
ランプエンベロープの底部に近接して位置決めした電気絶縁性支持体と、
を含み、
第1引込み部と、第2引込み部と、シリアルコネクタの少なくとも一部とが前記電気絶縁性支持体の内部でシールされ、かくして、第1引込み部と、第2引込み部と、シリアルコネクタの少なくとも一部とが、第1及び第2の各2重コイルフィラメントの唯一の支持体を提供するランプ。 - 第1及び第2の各2重コイルフィラメントが、通常のCC6フィラメントの2倍の直径のワイヤを有する請求項1のランプ。
- ルーメン出力及び寿命が、質量が実質的に同等の単コイル型フィラメントのそれよりも増大された請求項2のランプ。
- ルーメン出力が、質量が実質的に同等の単コイル型フィラメントのそれよりも26%高く、寿命が、質量が実質的に同等の単コイル型フィラメントのそれの約64%長い請求項3のランプ。
