Abstract
【解決手段】
触媒反応器を並列的に複数台設置し、定常運転時に稼動する触媒反応器のガス流出口から、予備器とする触媒反応器のガス流入口側へガス流通用の配管を設ける。予備器とする触媒反応器の起動時には、稼動している触媒反応器のガス流出口側から排出される高温のガスをこの配管を通して導入することによって予熱が行えるため、別途調製した高温の空気やヒーターを用いる必要がなくなる。このため、装置コストやエネルギーコストを削減できる。

Claims (3)
- 並列的にガス流通可能に配置されており、各々ガス流入口とガス流出口とを有する複数の触媒反応器(1)と、排出源から各々の触媒反応器のガス流入口へと排ガスを導く分岐配管(2)と、排ガスが導入される触媒反応器を切替可能な導入側ガス流路切替手段(3)と、各々の触媒反応器のガス流出口から大気放出口へと被処理排ガスを導く大気放出配管(4)と、少なくとも一つの触媒反応器のガス流出口側から他の触媒反応器のガス流入口側へ被処理排ガスを導入可能に設けられた被処理排ガス導出入配管(5)と、ガス流出口側に被処理排ガス導出入配管が連結している触媒反応器のガス流出口側から流出する被処理排ガスの流路を、大気放出配管側と被処理排ガス導出入配管側とに切替可能な排出側ガス流路切替手段(6)とを有する触媒法排ガス処理装置。
- 請求項1記載の排ガス処理装置の運転方法であって、定常運転時には、並列配置された複数の触媒反応器のうち、ガス流出口側に被処理排ガス導出入配管が設けられた触媒反応器に排ガスを導入して有害成分を分解させるとともに、該被処理排ガス導出入配管がガス流入口側に連結している触媒反応器の少なくとも一つには、排ガス及び被処理排ガスのいずれも導入せずに予備の触媒反応器としておき、定常運転時に稼動している触媒反応器の処理容量を超える有害成分を処理する必要が生じたときには、排出側ガス流路切替手段により被処理排ガスの流路を切り替えて被処理排ガスを前記予備の触媒反応器に導くことにより該予備の触媒反応器を予熱し、次いで、導入側ガス流路切替手段により排ガスの一部を予備の触媒反応器側に導入することにより、定常運転時に稼動している触媒反応器に加えて予備の触媒反応器によっても排ガスの処理を行うことを特徴とする排ガス処理装置の運転方法。
- 請求項1記載の排ガス処理装置の運転方法であって、定常運転時には、並列配置された複数の触媒反応器のうち、ガス流出口側に被処理排ガス導出入配管が設けられた触媒反応器に排ガスを導入して有害成分を分解させるとともに、該被処理排ガス導出入配管がガス流入口側に連結している触媒反応器の少なくとも一つには、排ガス及び被処理排ガスのいずれも導入せずに予備の触媒反応器としておき、定常運転時に稼動している触媒反応器の処理能力が低下した場合には、排出側ガス流路切替手段により被処理排ガスの流路を切り替えて被処理排ガスを前記予備の触媒反応器に導くことにより該予備の触媒反応器を予熱し、次いで、導入側ガス流路切替手段により排ガスを予備の触媒反応器側に導入し、能力が低下した側の触媒反応器への排ガスの導入は中止することを特徴とする排ガス処理装置の運転方法。
