Description

The present invention relates to a joint material for forming an outer wall having a ventilation layer and an outer wall structure using the same.

Conventionally, an outer wall structure as shown in FIG. 8 has been proposed. Reference numeral 50 is a foundation, on which a base 51 is formed, and on the base 51, a plurality of columns 52 and inter-columns 53 are erected. Further, a heat insulating material 54 is disposed between the adjacent columns 52 and the intermediary columns 53, and a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 55 is provided on the surface side (outdoor side) of the columns 52, the intermediary columns 53, and the heat insulating material 54. . Further, a plurality of horizontal trunk edges 56 that are long in the horizontal direction are arranged in the vertical direction on the surface side (outdoor side) of the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 55. A plurality of exterior materials 57 such as sidings are attached to the front side (outdoor side) of the horizontal trunk edge 56 side by side. Thus, an outer wall of a house or the like can be formed. In some cases, a vertical trunk edge is used instead of a horizontal trunk edge.

In such an outer wall, as shown in FIGS. 9 (a) and 9 (b), a joint 58 that is long in the lateral direction is formed between the upper and lower exterior members 57, 57. The material 59 is filled to ensure waterproofness. In this case, the sealing material 59 is applied using the joint material A. That is, the joint material A (Joiner) A has a substantially hat-shaped cross section and is formed in an elongated shape in the lateral direction, and has a U-shaped receiving portion 60 and fixing pieces 61 and 61 extending upward and downward from the receiving portion 60. The fixing piece 61 is fixed to the surface of the horizontal trunk edge 56, and the joint material A is disposed on the surface side of the horizontal trunk edge 56. And by arranging the exterior materials 57 and 57 on the upper side and the lower side of the receiving portion 60 of the joint material A, the lateral direction is long between the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the exterior materials 57 and 57. A joint 58 is formed, and the sealing material 59 is filled over the entire length of the joint 58 on the surface side of the receiving portion 60.

FIGS. 10A and 10B show the structure of the eaves part. Reference numeral 62 denotes a beam provided on the column 52, and a roof is formed on the beam 62 by arranging a purlin 63, a field plate 64, and a roof material 65. A moisture permeable waterproof sheet 55 similar to the above is provided on the surface side (outdoor side) of the beam 62, and a horizontal trunk edge 56 similar to the above is provided on the surface side (outdoor side) of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 55. It has been. Similarly to the above, an exterior material 57 is attached to the surface side (outdoor side) of the horizontal trunk edge 56, but a parting edge 66 is provided at the upper end of the exterior material 57. An eaves ceiling board 68 is attached to a crosspiece 67 provided under the main building 63.

However, in the above outer wall, when the ventilation structure is formed (see, for example, Patent Document 1), the space between the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 55 and the exterior material 57 is divided vertically by the joint material A. There was a problem that the space between the waterproof sheet 55 and the exterior member 57 could not be formed as a ventilation layer. In view of this, it is conceivable to provide a trunk edge base for forming a ventilation layer on the back side of the joint material, but there is a problem that it takes a lot of work.

FIG. 11 shows another conventional outer wall structure. In this conventional example, the exterior material 57 is installed horizontally by the horizontal ventilation metal fitting fastening method. That is, in the same manner as described above, the ventilation fitting 70 and the ventilation fitting starter 71 are attached to the pillars 52 and the intermediary pillars 53 erected on the base 51 on the foundation 50 via the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 55, and the ventilation fitting 70 and ventilation ventilation. An upper end or a lower end of the exterior member 57 is held by the metal starter 71. In this case, a space as a ventilation layer 72 is formed between the exterior material 57 and the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 55 by the ventilation fitting 70 and the ventilation fitting starter 71. In the figure, reference numeral 73 is a hat-type joiner, 74 is a base drainer, 75 is a corner drainer, and 76 is a protruding corner member of the same quality as the exterior member 57. 12 (a) and 12 (b) show details of the eaves top portion in the outer wall structure of FIG. In this case, an auxiliary trunk edge 73 is provided between the crosspiece 67 to which the eaves ceiling plate 68 is attached and the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 55 in order to allow the ventilation layer 72 to communicate with the outside air at the eaves top. A gap is provided between the moisture waterproof sheet 55. Further, a sealing material 59 is filled between the lower surface of the eaves ceiling board 68 and the upper end of the exterior material 57, and the sealing material 59 is supported by a backup material 77.

FIG. 13 shows another conventional outer wall structure. In this conventional example, the exterior member 57 is vertically stretched by a vertically stretched vent fitting fastening method. That is, in the same manner as described above, the structural plywood 81 is provided on the studs 53 erected on the base 51 on the foundation 50, and the ventilation fitting 70 and the ventilation are provided on the outdoor surface of the structural plywood 81 via the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 55. A metal starter 71 is attached, a side end portion of the exterior material 57 is held on the ventilation metal fitting 70, and a lower end of the exterior material 57 is held by the ventilation metal starter 71. In this case, a space as a ventilation layer 72 is formed between the exterior material 57 and the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 55 by the ventilation fitting 70 and the ventilation fitting starter 71. 14 (a) and 14 (b) show details of the eaves top portion in the outer wall structure of FIG. FIGS. 15A and 15B show details of an intermediate portion in the outer wall structure of FIG. In this case, in order to allow the ventilation layer 72 to communicate with the top and bottom of the ventilation fitting starter 71, a through-hole 82 penetrating the ventilation fitting starter 71 vertically is formed. Further, a spacer 79 is provided between the exterior material 57 and the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 55, and a gap is provided between the crosspiece 67 and the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 55. Further, a sealing material 59 is filled between the upper and lower exterior materials 57, and the sealing material 59 is supported by a hat-type joiner (one side type) 80, and the hat-type joiner 80 is supported by a spacer 79. Yes.

As described above, in the horizontal ventilation metal fitting method and the vertical ventilation metal fitting method, in order to ensure the air permeability of the ventilation layer 72, the auxiliary trunk edge 73, the backup material 77, and the hat are provided in the horizontal joint portion and the eaves top portion. A type joiner 80 is used. However, since it is fastened with the ventilation fitting 70, the auxiliary trunk edge 73 is necessary, the number of parts increases, and since the backup material 77 and the hat-type joiner 80 are used, the construction accuracy varies. In addition, the back-up material 77 and the hat-type joiner 80 may enter the ventilation layer 72, and accurate dimensions may not be ensured, which may require time for construction and increase costs.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described.

FIG. 1 shows a joint material (joiner) A of the present invention. The joint material A is formed of a steel plate bending molded product, an aluminum extruded product, an extruded product of a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride resin, etc., and is formed in a long length in the lateral direction. Further, the joint material A is formed to include a fixed piece 2, a leg piece 3, and a seal receiving piece 4. The fixed piece 2 is formed in a horizontally long rectangular plate shape in front view. The leg piece 3 is formed in a horizontally long rectangular plate shape in plan view. Further, the leg piece 3 is formed with a plurality of vent holes 5, 5... Penetrating in the vertical direction (thickness direction) side by side. The leg piece 3 protrudes forward from a substantially central portion in the vertical direction of the front surface of the fixed piece 2. The seal receiving piece 4 is formed in a horizontally long rectangular plate shape in front view, but is longer than the fixed piece 2 and has a small vertical width. Further, the seal receiving piece 4 is provided at the front end of the leg piece 3, and the substantially central portion of the back surface of the seal receiving piece 4 in the vertical direction is connected to the front end of the leg piece 3.

The outer wall is formed using the joint material A as described above. First, as shown in FIG. 2, the joint material A is attached to the surface (outdoor side surface) of the wall base 1. Here, the wall foundation 1 is a pillar 13 or the like, and a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 10 is disposed on the surface side (outdoor side). Further, the fixing piece 2 of the joint material A is arranged on the surface (outdoor surface) of the wall base 1 through the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 10 and fixed with a fixing tool such as a nail or a screw. Longer in the direction.

Next, the horizontal trunk edge 11 is attached to the upper side and the lower side of the joint material A. The horizontal trunk edge 11 is formed in a horizontally long shape with a wooden square or the like, and the fixing piece 2 of the joint material A is arranged on the surface (outdoor surface) of the wall base 1 through the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 10 to form a nail or the like. Fasten with screws or other fasteners. A plurality of horizontal trunk edges 11 are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction. As shown in FIG. 3, there is a ventilation gap 12 between the side end faces of the horizontal trunk edges 11 and 11 adjacent in the horizontal direction. Is provided. Further, a short spacer may be used instead of the long horizontal trunk edge 11. Next, a plurality of exterior materials 7, 7... Are disposed on the surface side of the wall base 1. The exterior material 7 is a siding material or the like and is formed in a plate shape, and is fixed to the horizontal trunk edge 11 with a fixing tool such as a nail or a screw. In addition, the exterior materials 7 and 7 that are vertically adjacent to each other with the joint material A sandwiched between the lower end surface of the upper exterior material 7 and the upper end surface of the lower exterior material 7 have the seal receiving piece 4 of the joint material A interposed therebetween. Try to position. Thereby, the seal receiving piece 4 can be disposed in a gap (horizontal joint) 8 formed between the lower end surface of the upper exterior material 7 and the upper end surface of the lower exterior material 7. Further, a ventilation layer 6 can be formed between the exterior material 7 and the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 10. The ventilation layer 6 is a space for ensuring ventilation, and is formed by the gap 12 over the entire upper and lower sides of the outer wall. Next, the sealing material 9 is filled over the entire length of the gap 8 on the surface side (outdoor side) of the seal receiving piece 4.

The joint material A of the present invention can be used instead of the parting edge at the upper part of the outer wall. As shown in FIG. 4, the upper part of the outer wall is provided with a beam 14 on the pillar 13, a purlin 15 on the beam 14, a field board 16 on the main house 15, and a top of the field board 16. A roof is formed by installing a plurality of roof materials 17, 17. Further, a crosspiece 18 is provided on the outdoor side of the beam 14 below the main building 16, and an eaves ceiling plate is attached to the crosspiece 18 as an accessory 19. Then, the joint material A is disposed on the surface side of the column 13 in the same manner as described above. The seal receiving piece 4 of the joint material A is disposed immediately below the accessory (eave ceiling plate) 19. Next, the horizontal trunk edge 11 is disposed below the joint material A in the same manner as described above. In this case as well, a gap 12 is formed between the end faces of the horizontal trunk edges 11 and 11 adjacent in the horizontal direction in the same manner as described above. Next, the exterior material 7 is fixed to the horizontal trunk edge 11 in the same manner as described above, and the exterior material 7 is disposed on the surface side (outdoor side) of the wall base 1. At this time, the seal receiving piece 4 of the joint material A is interposed between the adjacent exterior material 7 and the accessory 19, and the gap 8 formed between the upper end surface of the exterior material 7 and the lower surface of the accessory 19 is formed. The seal receiving piece 4 is positioned. Thereafter, the sealing material 9 is filled over the entire length of the gap 8 on the surface side (outdoor side) of the seal receiving piece 4.

The outer wall formed as described above can be in a communicating state over the entire length of the vent layer 6 by the gap 12 between the vent hole 5 of the joint material A and the lateral trunk edges 11 and 11. Therefore, air circulation is not hindered by the joint material A, and air permeability in the air-permeable layer 6 can be ensured.

In addition, as the accessory 19, what is provided in the wall base 1, such as an eaves ceiling board, a corner material, and an overhang material, and forms the ventilation layer 6 with the exterior material 7 should just be used.

FIGS. 5A and 5B show other examples of the outer wall structure. In this embodiment, except that the eaves ceiling board as the accessory 19 is arranged substantially horizontally, it is the same as that of FIG. 4. Above the joint material A, the crosspiece 18 and the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 10. By providing a gap 20 between the air-permeable layer 6 and the air-permeable layer 6, the upper and lower communication properties are ensured.

6 (a) and 6 (b) show other examples of the outer wall structure. 4 and 5, the exterior material 7 is horizontally stretched, whereas in FIG. 6, the exterior material 7 is vertically stretched. Therefore, the exterior fitting 7 is secured by fixing the ventilation fitting 21 to the side edge of the exterior packaging 7 and fixing the ventilation fitting 21 to the wall base 1 with a fixing tool 23 such as a screw via the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 10. It is attached to the wall substrate 1. In this example, a base plate 22 such as a plywood is provided on the outdoor side of the pillar 13 to form the wall base 1, and the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 10 is attached to the outdoor surface of the base plate 22. Other configurations are the same as those in FIG.

7A and 7B show other examples of the outer wall structure. When the exterior material 7 is vertically stretched, the outer wall structure is used as a backup material for the sealing material 9 when the sealing material 9 is filled in the gap 8 between the exterior materials 7 and 7 arranged adjacent to each other in the vertical direction. The joint material A is used. The exterior material 7 is attached to the wall base 1 with a ventilation fitting 21 in the same manner as described above. Further, the lower end of the upper exterior member 7 is supported by a vertically extending ventilation fitting 24. The vertically-arranged ventilation fitting 24 is attached to the wall base 1 with a fixing tool 30 such as a screw. In addition, a vent hole 25 penetrating vertically is formed in the vertically ventilated metal fitting 24, and the communication property of the vent layer 6 is secured by the vent hole 25. The joint material A is disposed on the lower side of the vertically extending ventilation fitting 24. The other structure is the same as that of FIG.

In the above description, the joint material A of the present invention has been described as a joiner for forming horizontal joints. However, the joint material A of the present invention can also be used as a joiner for forming vertical joints. Accordingly, the joint material A can be used for both the vertical joint and the horizontal joint, so that it is not necessary to use the joint material A, and the cost can be reduced and the construction can be simplified.
