Description

The present invention relates to a composite paneled structure of an outer wall in a joint portion with a lower house, a small fence, etc. of a building such as a house and a construction method thereof.

Conventionally, in the installation of a house shed and a gavel such as a house, at the construction site, first, the outer wall structure is first built, and then the outer wall structure is attached to the lower house, gavel, etc. Roofing, draining sheet metal, rain-holding sheet metal, etc. were attached, and a finishing panel on the outer wall was attached from above. As the finishing panel, siding or the like was pasted in the case of the dry method, and mortar base material or the like was pasted in the case of the wet method, and the mortar coating finish was applied thereon. At this time, it is desirable for the appearance and waterproofness of the finish to be constructed so that the rising part of the attachment piece that contacts the outer wall of the draining sheet metal, rain holding sheet metal, etc. is hidden behind the finished panel of the outer wall. Met.

On the other hand, in various construction methods for buildings such as houses, that is, wooden frame construction method, wooden frame construction method, wooden prefabrication method, and other steel construction methods such as steel prefabrication methods, labor saving and construction man-hours are shortened. In addition, shortening the construction period accompanying it, and carrying it to the site in advance with the completion degree of the outer wall panel in the factory in advance, and reducing the number of construction sites and construction man-hours as much as possible at the production stage in the factory By increasing the number of production parts, it is possible to save labor and improve workability, to further homogenize and stabilize quality, and to reduce industrial construction waste by reducing the number of on-site construction parts. The demand is increasing due to the way of thinking. Therefore, the market demand is increasing for a composite panel construction method in which the degree of perfection of the outer wall panel is increased at the manufacturing stage in the factory.

Also, in recent years, with the progress of airtightness and high thermal insulation in houses, in the case of wooden buildings, the building structure deteriorates due to dew condensation inside the outer wall in poor housing such as the humidity and humidity of the surrounding environment. There were many cases in which the structural frame of the outer wall was corrupted, which was a big problem.

Therefore, in order to meet the various demands of the market as described above, various attempts have been made by using composite panels of the outer wall at the factory. However, at the factory, attaching large protrusions such as a hut or a small fence to the outer wall panel and attaching the outer wall finish panel to the construction site, It is easy for breakage of the protrusions to occur, and to prevent this, take special packaging forms, take special transportation forms, and install with special care not to break, packing costs, transportation costs, It was extremely difficult because there were many problems such as expensive construction costs.

In addition, because the sheds and gavels protrude greatly from the outer wall surface, there are many cases where rainwater blows up and rainwater is sucked up by the capillarity at the joint with the outer wall. The rising width of sheet metal or the like is required to be 90 mm or more. Therefore, it is impossible to install the draining sheet metal and the rain-pressing sheet metal up to about 90 mm on the back side of the flat outer wall finishing panel with the outer wall finishing panel pasted at the construction site. In the composite panel construction method of the outer wall with all finished panels attached to the outer wall, it was inevitably limited to the design of buildings without a hut or a gavel.

In addition, when converting the outer wall into a composite panel in the factory, it is necessary to secure the strength, mounting accuracy and waterproofness of the composite panel in advance, so that the plywood and the lower boards on the structural material of the outer wall panel in advance in the factory. It is carried in to the construction site with the base panel attached to the entire surface, and after installing the shed and gavel, etc. on the construction site, attach the draining sheet metal or the rain holding sheet metal, and then attach the finish panel to the surface. However, it is difficult to attach firmly to the base structure, and the outer wall panel has two layers, the base panel and the finish panel. It was expensive.

In addition, in the factory, the finishing panel is directly attached to the entire surface of the structural material of the outer wall panel, and it is carried into the construction site. At the construction site, a shed and gavel are attached, and the draining sheet metal and the rain holding sheet metal are moved back. Attempts were also made to install and assemble.

In this case, if the finished panel of the outer wall covers the entire surface of the outer wall panel, it is not possible to firmly attach the installation pieces such as the shed and the gavel and the attachment pieces of the draining sheet metal and the rain holding sheet metal to the base structure. Also, a method was attempted in which a recessed groove was formed in the mounting position of the draining sheet metal or rain holding sheet metal on the outer wall finish panel, and the upper end of the draining sheet metal or rain holding sheet metal was inserted into the recessed groove on the outer wall and sealed with a sealing material. . In addition, there is a construction method that uses a pinching material that holds the end portion of the roofing material and locks the end portion of the metal draining sheet metal or the rain holding sheet metal (for example, see Patent Document 1).
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-47174 (page 1-3, Fig. 1-2)

The conventional construction method, that is, almost all processing operations are performed at the construction site, a base panel is attached to the structural material of the outer wall as necessary, and in this state, the outer wall material is delivered to the construction site as a finished product, In the conventional construction method of attaching the lower house, gavel, draining sheet metal or rain holding sheet metal, etc. at the construction site to the part where the lower house or gavel is engaged, for fixing the attachment point such as the draining sheet metal or rain holding sheet metal A sheet metal mounting piece is attached to the frame using nails or wood screws, and then a finishing panel is mounted on it. However, the size of commercially available drained and rain-pressed sheet metal varies widely and is not standardized. So the dimensions may vary little by little. Therefore, when using it as it is, it is necessary to finely adjust the processing dimensions at the site to match it, and it is necessary to attach auxiliary frames etc. in the form of supplementing it around the fixed frame, which is extremely complicated work, It was a big problem for workability.

Therefore, measures have been taken to specially order a draining sheet metal or a rain retainer sheet metal in accordance with the opening size of the outer wall panel at the location where the sheet metal is attached. The fact that a commercially available drained sheet metal or rain holding sheet metal cannot be used as it is is disadvantageous in terms of cost and construction period. In addition, if the number of processing steps at the construction site is large, a large amount of building waste is generated, which is not preferable as an environmental problem.

At the factory, install a shed and a small jar on the outer wall panel in advance, attach a draining sheet metal or rain holding sheet metal, pack it, transport it as a finished product, and bring it into the construction site. Scratches and dents are likely to occur in the rivets and sheet metal parts, and in order to prevent them, an excessive packing form is required, which is very disadvantageous economically.

In other words, the lower house, gavel, draining sheet metal, rain holding sheet metal, etc. protrude from the finished panel surface, and the lower house, gavel, sheet metal or between the lower house, gavel, sheet metal during transportation and construction And the finished panel come into contact with each other and scratches, deformation, breakage, dents, etc. are likely to occur, and it is difficult to carry out horizontal loading during transportation, and a special vertical rack is required. The load capacity was severely restricted. In addition, in the middle of the manufacturing process before shipment from the factory, there were many cases where the house, the gavel, the draining sheet metal or the rain holding sheet metal itself was scratched or dented.

In addition, in the factory stage, the structure of the outer wall panel is required in advance because the method of attaching these parts after carrying them to the construction site without attaching the lower house, gavel, and sheet metal requires the strength and accuracy of the composite panel. Shipped from the factory with base panels such as underlaying plywood and underlaying boards all over the material, and installed on the construction site by installing the lower house, gavel, sheet metal, etc., then finishing the surface Since it is a method of attaching the panels, the base panel and the finish panel are required twice, and there are many problems in terms of workability and construction cost.

In addition, in the method of attaching the finish panel directly instead of attaching the base panel, even if you try to attach the attachment piece such as draining sheet metal or rain holding sheet metal from the top of the finish panel on the outer wall, especially when the finish panel is mortar finish However, there was a problem in water tightness, and rainwater invaded through the gap between the mounting piece and the mortar surface. As a countermeasure, it is possible to scrape the mortar part to expose the base material, and attach a mounting piece on it, but it is a laborious work, and it becomes a big problem for workability, workability and construction cost. It was. Further, the above countermeasure has a problem that it affects the mounting strength and mounting position accuracy of a draining sheet metal, a rain holding sheet metal, and the like. Furthermore, there was a problem that rainwater infiltrates from the gaps between the attachment points even after the sheet metal is attached unless the construction accuracy is greatly improved.

Further, in the method disclosed in Patent Document 1, a base wooden board is provided in the opening of the outer wall of the attachment location of the draining sheet metal or the rain holding sheet metal, and the recess of the outer wall is formed in advance at the attachment position of the sheet metal. Processing that requires fairly complex accuracy, such as forming a gap between the edge of the panel and the finish panel (exterior material), inserting a sheet metal mounting piece into the recess, and sealing with a sealing material Therefore, it took too much work, which was a big problem for workability and construction cost. Further, the rising portion of the rain retainer sheet metal is conspicuous when viewed from the outside, and the appearance is inferior. In addition, when the sealing material is cut at the attachment portion of the rain retainer sheet metal, rainwater enters from that portion, so that there is a problem in waterproofness.

The present invention is made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, is easy to construct, has excellent workability and waterproofness, is excellent in cost and appearance, and does not cause internal condensation on the outer wall. It is an object of the present invention to provide a composite panel structure of an outer wall in a joint part with a lower house, a small fence, etc., and its construction method, which is excellent in durability and also generates less building waste materials at the construction site. .

In order to solve the above problems, the composite paneled structure of the outer wall in the joint part with the lower house, gavel, etc. of the present invention according to claim 1, the finish panel is attached to the outdoor side surface of the structural material of the outer wall, It is a composite panel structure of the outer wall formed by attaching an interior base panel to the back surface on the indoor side, and installing a heat insulating material inside, and forming an opening in a joint portion with a lower house of the structural material, a small fence, A space for fixing the finish panel between the opening and the finish panel is provided, and a fixing frame member is provided in the structure member with attachment pieces for draining sheet metal and rain holding sheet metal in the joint portion in the space. And a band-shaped face material covering the space is attached to the space where the attachment piece is fixed.

According to the present invention having such a feature, it becomes a structure that allows water draining sheet metal, rain retaining sheet metal, and the like to be retrofitted at a construction site with high accuracy and workability, and damage or punching of sheet metal during the manufacturing process or during transportation. There is no risk of scratches or damage. In addition, even if the sheet metal is retrofitted at the construction site, it is easy to construct, has excellent workability, is excellent in waterproofness, has an excellent appearance without exposing the rising part of the sheet metal, and is commercially available. Can be used as it is, and the cost is excellent. Furthermore, the number of processing steps at the construction site is reduced, and the generation of building waste is reduced. That is, at the factory shipment stage, rather than pasting the finish panel of the outer wall panel to the full edge of the opening, a joint receiving material is provided at a position that is slightly deviated by the size, and the finish panel is pasted to that position, Further, a fixing frame member is provided with the opening being slightly larger than the size of the sheet metal. By doing in this way, it becomes possible to use the dimensions of commercially available sheet metal as they are, or to use a drained sheet metal or a rain sheet metal sheet that has been subjected to sheet metal processing in a simple manner. Specifically, at the construction site, a slight gap generated between the commercially available sheet metal and the fixing frame material may be adjusted by using a spacer or by attaching an auxiliary frame material as necessary. . According to this method, it is possible to sufficiently ensure the rising width of the sheet metal and roofing, which are particularly important in a shed and a small fence. Adequate waterproofness can be secured by attaching and fixing a sheet metal to the fixing frame member and attaching a band-shaped face member thereon. Therefore, it is possible to easily make a building with a hut and a gavel. In addition, by consciously changing the shape and material of the strip face material with other parts of the finishing panel, it is possible to improve the waterproofness, durability and other performances in the part where the outer wall is connected to the lower house, small fence etc. Become.

The composite paneling structure of the outer wall in the joint part with the lower house, the gavel or the like according to claim 2 is the composite paneling structure of the outer wall in the joint part with the lower house, the gavel or the like according to claim 1. A waterproof and moisture permeable sheet is stuck on the structural material, and a vertical ventilation receiver and a lateral ventilation receiver interposed between the waterproof and moisture permeable sheet and the finish panel are provided. It is characterized by.

According to the present invention having such a feature, even in a house with a poor environment due to moisture, air circulation is maintained between the inside of the outer wall and the outside of the building, and it is strong against moisture. That is, it becomes possible to prevent dew condensation inside the outer wall.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the composite structure of the outer wall in the joint portion with the lower house, gavel, etc. of the present invention is the outer wall of the outer wall in the joint portion with the lower house, gavel, etc. according to claim 1 or claim 2. The composite panel structure is characterized in that a notch step portion is provided at a position covering at least the attachment piece on the back surface of the band-shaped face member, and a soft watertight material is attached to the notch step portion.

According to the present invention having such a feature, attachment pieces such as a draining sheet metal and a rain retaining sheet metal come into contact with the soft watertight material provided at the notch step portion of the belt-like face material. Thereby, the smoothness in the contact | abutting location of an attachment piece improves further, and also becomes more suitable for waterproofness. Furthermore, in the case where the watertight material is a foamable resin that also has heat insulating properties, the heat insulating property is improved in addition to the waterproof property, and the dew condensation preventing effect inside the wall body is exhibited at the location where the sheet metal is attached.

The composite paneled structure of the outer wall in the joint part with the lower house, gavel, etc. of the present invention according to claim 4 is the outer wall in the joint part with the lower house, gavel, etc. according to any one of claims 1 to 3. In the composite panel structure, the surface of the strip-shaped face material is a design surface.

Hereinafter, description will be given with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a first embodiment of a composite panel structure in a joint portion between an outer wall of the present invention and a lower house, a small fence, and the like. FIG. 2 is a view showing an embodiment of a strip-shaped face material, (A) is a perspective view showing an example of a flat plate design, (B) is a perspective view showing an example of an uneven design, and FIG. 3 is a joint. It is a figure which shows the attachment state of a receiving material and a fixing frame material, (A) is sectional drawing which shows 1st embodiment of this invention, (B) is sectional drawing which shows 2nd embodiment of this invention, FIG. These are sectional views showing a third embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 1 shows the form of the mating portion between the outer wall panel 1 and the lower house G, which is an example of the first embodiment of the present invention. In the outer wall panel 1, the composite panel structure of the present invention is applied to the structural frame in the wooden frame wall construction method. In this example, although the example of a frame wall construction method is shown, it can also be implemented in a wooden frame construction method, a wood-based assembly method, a steel frame prefabrication method, and the like.

In FIG. 1, when viewed in a longitudinal section, the indoor side of the structural material constituted by the fixing frame material 5 on the outer periphery of the vertical frame and the horizontal frame (not shown) includes, for example, a gypsum board, An interior base panel 9 made of inorganic incombustible boards or the like is provided. A finishing panel 2 is provided on the outdoor surface.

Examples of the finishing panel 2 include a dry sizing material, and examples include a ceramic sizing material, a metal sizing material, and a wood sizing material. Moreover, in the case of wet, a mortar finishing material etc. are mentioned.

In the internal space, the heat insulating material D is mounted by mechanical means such as an adhesive or staple or a combination thereof. An opening K is provided at a location where the lower house G, the gavel, the draining sheet metal, the rain holding sheet metal 7 and the like are attached. A fixing frame member 5 is provided at the end of the opening K. The opening K is formed to be slightly larger than the sheet metal to which the opening K is attached (although not limited to this, it is preferably slightly larger). In addition, by forming the opening K slightly larger, if a gap occurs when attaching the sheet metal, adjust the spacer to make a spacer with plywood edge material etc. at the construction site. That's fine.

At the outer peripheral position of the fixing frame member 5, the joint receiving member 4 is provided in the lateral direction at a position that is slightly upward from the position of the fixing frame member 5. The joint receiving material 4 is provided along a connection portion between the lower house G and the outer wall panel 1. The finishing panel 2 is formed on the joint receiving material 4 so as to provide a space where the finishing panel 2 is not attached between the edge of the opening K side, that is, the edge of the roof G and the fixing frame material 5. The two edges are fixed with a nail N, an adhesive, or a combination thereof. In this way, the fixing frame material 5 is configured to be exposed by the space at the attachment points such as the lower house G and the gavel.

The attachment piece 7a of the draining sheet metal or the rain holding sheet metal 7 is fixed to the fixing frame member 5 with a nail N or the like. A band-shaped face member 3 is attached to a fixing frame member 5 to which a draining sheet metal, a rain holding sheet metal 7 or the like is fixed. The strip-shaped face material 3 is attached by a nail N, an adhesive, or a combination thereof so as to cover. The peripheral portion of the strip-shaped face material 3 is sealed with a sealing material S.

On the back surface of the band-shaped face material 3, a notch step portion 6 having a size corresponding to the shape and size of the attachment piece 7 a is provided in a portion covering the attachment piece 7 a of the rain holding sheet metal 7. The notch step portion 6 is suitable for improving the construction accuracy. Moreover, if the watertight material M is provided in the notch step part 6, waterproofness will become still more suitable. Examples of the watertight material M include foamed resin tape made of polyurethane resin, commercially available waterproof tape, and the like. In addition, when the watertight material M is a foamable resin having both heat insulation properties, the heat insulation properties are improved in addition to the waterproof properties, and it is possible to exert the dew condensation preventing effect inside the wall body at the place where the sheet metal is attached. . A sealing material S is filled in a joint portion between the finishing panel 2 and the strip-shaped face material 3. As the sealing material S, commercially available materials such as urethane resin and silicon resin are used.

Here, the structure of the lower house G below the draining sheet metal and the rain sheet metal 7 attached as described above will be described.

At the attachment part of the lower house G, the rafter receiver 12 is attached, the rafter 13 is attached thereon, and the field board 14 is attached thereon. At the connection point between the field plate 14 and the outer wall panel 1, the headboard 15 is attached immediately below the strip-shaped face material 3. Further, an asphalt roofing F is laid on the field board 14, and a draining sheet metal or a rain holding sheet metal 7 is attached with a nail N from above. Further, the roof material Y is attached continuously below the draining sheet metal and the rain retaining sheet metal 7.

Examples of structural materials used for structural frames such as the wooden frame wall construction method, the wooden frame construction method, and other wood-based assembly construction methods include, but are not limited to, wood, batesga, cedar, cypress, or a combination of these. . Of course, other than these may be used.

In a manufacturing process in a factory, an outer wall finishing panel 2 is attached to the surface of a structural housing with the edge thereof extending to the position of a joint receiving member 4. In this way, a slight space is formed between the fixing frame member 5 for fixing the draining sheet metal to be attached to the opening K and the attachment piece 7a of the rain holding sheet metal 7 and the edge of the finishing panel 2. Thus, a composite panel structure is formed. Inside, a heat insulating material D is mounted by mechanical means such as an adhesive or staple or a combination thereof. In this way, the composite panel according to the present invention is manufactured in advance in the factory without the draining sheet metal and the rain retaining sheet metal 7 being attached, and is transported and carried into the construction site.

At the construction site, a composite panel prepared in advance at the factory is assembled to constitute the outer wall surface of a building such as a house. The draining sheet metal 7 and the rain retainer sheet metal 7 that are to be attached to the opening K in the joint portion between the lower house G and the outer wall panel 1 are assembled together at the construction site. That is, the size and form of the gap between the fixing frame member 5, the draining sheet metal, and the rain retainer sheet metal 7 are confirmed. In this manner, the clearance between the draining sheet metal and the rain holding sheet metal 7 and the fixing frame member 5 is confirmed, and the spacer is interposed between the draining sheet metal, the rain holding sheet metal 7 and the fixing frame member 5. Insert and remove the gap between the draining sheet metal, the rain retainer sheet metal 7 and the fixing frame member 5, and the mounting piece 7 a of the draining sheet metal, the rain retainer sheet metal 7 is brought into contact with the surface of the fixing frame member 5, etc. Secure with. The spacer can be easily made at the construction site by using, for example, plywood generated at the construction site, wood scraps, and the like.

In the composite panel according to the present invention, the finished panel 2, the interior base panel 9, the heat insulating material D, the vertical frame, the horizontal frame (not shown), the fixing frame material 5, and the joint receiving material 4 are assembled as finished products at the factory manufacturing stage. (However, the draining sheet metal and the rain retaining sheet metal 7 are not attached.) Shipped to the construction site. For example, an interior base panel 9 such as a gypsum board is pasted on the rear surface (interior side) of the outer wall panel in advance, and the finishing panel 2 is pasted on the outer wall surface (outdoor side). At this time, at the manufacturing stage in the factory, the edge of the finishing panel 2 is pasted up to the position of the joint receiving material 4. A space where the finishing panel 2 is not attached is provided between the fixing frame member 5 and the edge of the finishing panel 2. The space distance is preferably about 30 to 300 mm.

At the construction site, the draining sheet metal 7 and the rain retaining sheet metal 7 are attached to the opening K in the joint portion between the lower house G and the outer wall panel 1. At this time, the attachment piece 7a of the draining sheet metal and the rain holding sheet metal 7 is attached to the fixing frame member 5 with a nail N or the like, and the attachment piece 7a of the draining sheet metal and the rain holding sheet metal 7 is attached to the back surface of the strip-shaped face member 3 and the fixing frame member. The belt-like face material 3 is attached with a nail N or the like so as to be pressed down between the surface 5. Further, the sealing material S is applied and filled on the attachment portion of the belt-shaped face material 3 and the draining sheet metal, the attachment portion 7a of the rain holding sheet metal 7 and the peripheral portion thereof, and finished smoothly. In the case of a wet method such as mortar finishing, a finishing mortar or the like is further applied from the top, or the coating is finished with an exterior paint. In this example, a top coat material 8 is provided. In this example, the outer wall of the large wall design is obtained very easily.

Next, an embodiment of the strip-shaped face material 3 of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. As can be seen from FIG. 2, on the back surface side of the strip-shaped face material 3, the edge of the location where the draining sheet metal such as the lower house G and the small fence or the attachment piece 7 a of the rain pressure sheet metal 7 abuts is along the longitudinal direction. A notch step 6 is formed. The notch step portion 6 is formed in accordance with a location where the attachment piece 7a of the draining sheet metal or the rain retainer sheet metal 7 abuts. The required size of the notch step portion 6 differs somewhat depending on the size of the mounting piece 7a. Therefore, it is preferable that the notch step portion 6 is processed to be slightly larger.

A watertight material M is attached to the notch step portion 6. By providing this watertight material, it becomes even more preferable for the waterproof performance in the attachment part 7a of the draining sheet metal and the rain retainer sheet metal 7. Examples of the watertight material M include, for example, polyurethane foamed resin adhesive tape, commercially available waterproof tape, and the like. In addition, when the watertight material M is a foamable resin having both heat insulation properties, the heat insulation properties are improved in addition to the waterproof properties, and it is possible to exert the dew condensation preventing effect inside the wall body at the place where the sheet metal is attached. .

Next, another embodiment of the composite panel structure of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The joint receiving material 4 shown in (a) of FIG. 3 is used in a so-called vertical use as seen in the cross section, as in FIG. 1, and the fixing frame material 5 is used in a so-called flat use ( First embodiment). On the other hand, in the example shown in FIG. 3B, both the joint receiving member 4 and the fixing frame member 5 are used in a so-called vertical use as seen in the cross section (second embodiment).

In any case, in the manufacturing stage at the factory, the joint receiving material 4 is provided at a position slightly deviated from the fixing frame material 5 in the opening K, and the finishing panel 2 is pasted by the edge of the joint. It is important that the space is close to the center of the receiving material 4 and a space where the finishing panel 2 is not attached is secured between the receiving frame 4 and the fixing frame material 5. After securing the draining sheet metal and the rain retainer sheet metal 7, the space secured in this way is used to fix the attachment piece 7 a of the draining sheet metal and the rain retaining sheet metal 7 to the back surface of the strip-shaped face material 3. The belt-like face material 3 is attached with nails N or the like so as to be pressed between the surfaces of the frame material 5.

Next, the case where the ventilation construction method is applied to the composite panel structure of the present invention will be described in detail as an example of the third embodiment with reference to FIG. A waterproof / moisture permeable sheet 11 is attached to a structural material such as a fixing frame member 5, a joint receiving member 4, a vertical frame, a horizontal frame, and a base (not shown) around the opening K. As the waterproof and moisture permeable sheet 11, for example, a trade name “Tyvek” manufactured by DuPont is suitable. The waterproof and moisture-permeable sheet 11 allows moisture to pass through but does not allow moisture to pass through, and is adhered to the wooden structure material by a mechanical means such as a staple (not shown).

On the waterproof / moisture permeable sheet 11, a ventilation receiving material 10 is attached in advance by a nail N, an adhesive, or a combination thereof at the factory manufacturing stage. The ventilation receiving member 10 includes a vertical ventilation receiving member attached on a vertical frame (not shown) and a horizontal ventilation receiving member attached on a horizontal member such as a horizontal frame and a base (not shown). As for the dimensions of the air receiving member 10, the width is approximately the same as the width of the structural material or, in some cases, a smaller width, and the thickness is preferably about 5 to 30 mm. The length may be a length corresponding to the length of each structural material. Further, it is important to provide a gap having a size of about 10 to 30 mm so that a ventilation path (not shown) is formed between the vertical ventilation receiver and the horizontal ventilation receiver. The material of the air receiving member 10 can naturally be a wood material such as wood lumber, plywood, or LVL. Besides these, a synthetic resin molding such as polystyrene resin or semi-rigid vinyl chloride resin is suitable. As mentioned.

As described above, the finish panel 2 is pasted on the ventilation receiving member 10 attached on the wooden structural body using the nail N or the like. A ventilation layer a is secured between the back surface of the finishing panel 2 and the waterproof and moisture-permeable sheet 11. The attachment of the joint receiving material 4 and the attachment of the strip-shaped face material 3 are the same as those in the first and second embodiments described above.

As the strip-shaped face material 3, for example, a thickness, a cross-sectional shape, a material, and a design different from those of the finishing panel 2 are used, so that the strength, durability, waterproofness, anti-condensation, surface of the outer wall opening K Smoothness, workability, designability, and the like can be improved (see FIG. 2. (B) shows a strip-shaped surface material having a surface unevenness design as an example).

As a method for constructing the composite panel structure of the present invention, first, in a factory manufacturing process, a wooden structure frame is assembled with a vertical frame, a horizontal frame, a base (not shown), and the like. Next, the fixing frame member 5 is attached to the outer peripheral position of the opening K to which the draining sheet metal and the rain retainer sheet metal 7 are attached along the planned attachment position of the lower house G. Further, the joint receiving material 4 is attached at a distance (about 30 to 300 mm) from the fixing frame material 5 by a slight distance. At this time, the size of the opening K formed by the fixing frame member 5 is set to be slightly larger than the size of the attachment piece 7a of the draining sheet metal 7 and the rain holding sheet metal 7 to be attached.

An interior base panel 9 such as a gypsum board is pasted on the indoor side of the structural housing thus formed, and a heat insulating material D is attached to produce an outer wall. Next, the waterproof / moisture permeable sheet 11 is stuck on the structural material by a mechanical means such as staple. Further, the vertical and horizontal ventilation receiving members 10 are attached with nails N thereon as necessary. Next, a space (about 30 to 300 mm as an interval) is provided between the edge of the finishing panel 2 and the fixing frame member 5 of the opening K, so that the opening K of the finishing panel 2 on the outer wall is provided. A side edge is fixed to the joint receiving material 4, and the outer wall panel 1 is produced. At this time, it is assumed that the draining sheet metal and the rain retaining sheet metal 7 are not yet attached. Furthermore, a strip-shaped face material 3 having a predetermined shape, size, material, and design is prepared at the factory, and a notch step portion 6 having a size corresponding to the attachment piece 7a of the draining sheet metal 7 and the rain retainer sheet metal 7 is formed on the back surface. Accordingly, the watertight material M is attached to the notch step portion 6. The above is performed in the manufacturing process at the factory.

Subsequently, at this stage, the outer wall panel 1, the draining sheet metal, the rain holding sheet metal 7, and the strip-shaped face material 3 are carried into the construction site, and the fixing frame material 5 around the opening K of the outer wall panel 1 is installed at the construction site. The gap between the sheet metal and the draining sheet metal 7 and the rain holding sheet metal 7 is confirmed by matching the actual objects, and a spacer is produced on the construction site using the end material plywood or the like so that the gap is completely eliminated. The strip-shaped face material 3 may be used by preparing a long object and cutting the length at the construction site according to the size at the site.

Subsequently, the rafter receiving material 12 is attached to the attachment location of the lower house G, the rafter 13 and the field plate 14 thereon are constructed, the headboard 15 is attached at a predetermined position, and the draining sheet metal and the rain retainer sheet metal 7 are attached. The attachment piece 7a of the draining metal plate 7 and the rain holding metal plate 7 is fixed to the fixing frame member 5 around the opening K by using a nail N or the like. Further, the space (space where the finishing panel 2 is not attached) is covered with the strip-shaped face material 3, and the attachment piece 7 a is sandwiched between the strip-shaped face material 3 and the fixing frame material 5.

Finally, the sealing material S is applied and filled in the joint portions such as the strip-shaped face material 3, the draining sheet metal, the rain holding sheet metal 7, and the finishing panel 2 to finish it smoothly. Then, as an example of the wet method, finish coating is performed with a top coating material 8 such as mortar finish coating or exterior coating. With the above-described method, the composite panel structure is completed at the joint portion between the outer wall and the lower house G, the small bridle part, and the like of the present invention.

As described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, in the composite panel structure of the outer wall, in particular, the metal plate such as the draining sheet metal or the rain holding sheet metal in the joint portion between the outer wall and the lower house and the small fence. It is not attached at the stage of shipment from the factory, but can be shipped to the construction site by simple packaging that does not cost because it is a method of retrofitting at the construction site. Further, it is possible to eliminate the risk of scratches, dents and damage to the sheet metal during the manufacturing stage and during transportation. Furthermore, a base panel for the strength and accuracy of the composite panel is not required, and the composite panel can be shipped with the finished panel attached directly at the factory. In addition, when retrofitting sheet metal at the construction site, the surface of the finished panel is shaved, a recess is formed in advance at the mounting location of the sheet metal on the outer wall, a gap is formed between the recess and the end of the finished panel, There is no need for complicated processing such as providing a watertight material, and commercially available sheet metal can be used as it is.

Therefore, it is easy to install, has excellent workability and waterproofness, is excellent in cost and appearance, has no internal condensation on the outer wall, and has excellent durability. Therefore, it is possible to provide a composite panel structure of an outer wall and a construction method thereof in a joint portion with a lower house, a small fence, etc., which is less likely to generate building waste.

In addition, it goes without saying that the present invention can be variously modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
