Claims (9)

  1. 青色と緑色波長の光を発する１つの青色／緑色ＬＥＤと、
    琥珀色と赤色波長の光を発する１つの琥珀色／赤色ＬＥＤと、
    を含み、４種類以上の波長で白色光を出力することを特徴とする白色発光装置。
  2. 青色及び緑色と共に琥珀色波長の光を発する１つの青色／緑色ＬＥＤと、
    赤色波長の光を発する赤色ＬＥＤと、
    を含み、４種類以上の波長で白色光を出力することを特徴とする白色発光装置。
  3. 前記青色／緑色ＬＥＤは、ＩｎＧａＮ系ＬＥＤであることを特徴とする請求項１または
    請求項２に記載の白色発光装置。
  4. 前記赤色ＬＥＤは、ＩｎＧａＡｌＰ系ＬＥＤであることを特徴とする請求項１または請
    求項２に記載の白色発光装置。
  5. 青色と緑色波長の光を発する一つの青色／緑色ＬＥＤと、
    赤色波長の光を発する赤色発光手段と、
    黄色蛍光体とを含み、
    総数１個のＬＥＤを使用して４種類以上の波長で白色光を出力し、
    前記赤色発光手段は赤色ＰＲＳ及び赤色蛍光体の少なくとも一つを含み前記青色／緑色ＬＥＤの一面に付着され、
    ４４０乃至４７０ｎｍの範囲で青色中心波長を有し、５００乃至５３０ｎｍの範囲で緑色中心波長を有し、５６０乃至５８０ｎｍの範囲で黄色中心波長を有し、６２０乃至６４０ｎｍの範囲で赤色中心波長を有することを特徴とする、白色発光装置。
  6. 前記青色／緑色ＬＥＤは、ＩｎＧａＮ系ＬＥＤであることを特徴とする、請求項５に記載の白色発光装置。
  7. 青色と緑色波長の光を発する一つの青色／緑色ＬＥＤと、
    赤色波長の光を発する赤色発光手段と、
    黄色蛍光体とを含み、
    総数２個以下のＬＥＤを使用して４種類以上の波長で白色光を出力し、
    前記青色／緑色ＬＥＤはＩｎＧａＮ系ＬＥＤであり、前記赤色発光手段はｌｎＧａＡＩＰ系ＬＥＤであり、
    ４４０乃至４７０ｎｍの範囲で青色中心波長を有し、５００乃至５３０ｎｍの範囲で緑色中心波長を有し、５６０乃至５８０ｎｍの範囲で黄色中心波長を有し、６２０乃至６４０ｎｍの範囲で赤色中心波長を有することを特徴とする、白色発光装置。
  8. 前記赤色発光装置は、４５０乃至４６０ｎｍの範囲で青色中心波長を有し、５０５乃至５１５ｎｍの範囲で緑色中心波長を有し、５６５乃至５７５ｎｍの範囲で黄色中心波長を有し、６３０乃至６４０ｎｍの範囲で赤色中心波長を有することを特徴とする、請求項５から請求項７のいずれかに記載の白色発光装置。
  9. 演色指数が９５以上であることを特徴とする、請求項８に記載の白色発光装置。
