Abstract

Claims (10)
- 端部部分を有する装着ピンと、
その中にカットアウトを備えた基部を有するベーンと、を含み、
前記装着ピンの端部部分が、前記ベーンの基部内における前記カットアウトの壁部分と係合し、それによって特定の方向における該ベーンのあらゆる移動を阻止する、
装置。 - 円周ケーシングをさらに含み、
複数の前記ベーンが、前記ケーシングの内周に近接して配置され、
複数の前記装着ピンが、周期的半径方向位置において前記ケーシングの壁を貫通して配置され、
前記複数の装着ピンの各々の端部部分が、該装着ピンの各周期的半径方向位置において前記対応するベーンの基部内における前記カットアウトの壁部分と係合して、該対応するベーンを所定位置に固定しかつ前記対応する固定ベーンのあらゆる移動及び該固定ベーンに隣接して配置された前記複数ベーンのうちの他のベーンの該隣接する固定ベーンに遭遇した後における前記ケーシングの内周に沿った特定の方向におけるあらゆる移動を防止する、
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記装着ピンの各々が、前記ケーシングの壁を貫通して螺合される、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記装着ピンが、ケーシングの壁を貫通して配置される、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ケーシングが、ガスタービンエンジン用の圧縮機の一部分を含む、請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記装着ピンが、前記圧縮機の壁を貫通して螺合される、請求項5記載の装置。
- 端部部分を有する装着ピンを準備するステップと、
その中にカットアウトを備えた基部を有するベーンを準備するステップと、
ケーシングの壁を貫通して前記装着ピンを設置して、該装着ピンの端部部分が前記ベーンの基部内における前記カットアウトの壁部分と係合し、それによって特定の方向における該ベーンのあらゆる移動を阻止するようにするステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記ケーシングの壁を貫通して前記装着ピンを設置するステップが、前記ケーシングの壁を貫通して前記装着ピンを螺合するステップをさらに含む、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングが円形である、請求項7または8記載の方法。
- ケーシングと、
その各々が端部部分を有しかつ前記ケーシングの外周の周りで所定の半径方向位置に配置された複数の装着ピンと、
前記ケーシングの内周の周りに配置されかつその各々がその中にカットアウトを備えた基部を有する複数のベーンと、を含み、
各前記装着ピンの端部部分が、前記複数ベーンのうちの対応するベーンの基部内における前記カットアウトの壁部分と係合し、それによって特定の方向における該対応するベーンのあらゆる移動を阻止する、
