Abstract
【解決手段】n個のスプライン刃31が軸方向に沿って配列されてなる切削刃部30を備え、スプライン刃31の各切刃32が所望の捩れ角に沿って配列されて切刃32の周方向の両側にそれぞれ鋭角部および鈍角部を有する荒加工用ヘリカルブローチ1において、1番目からn−1番目までのスプライン刃31(S1〜Sn-1)の周方向に配置される各切刃32(S1〜Sn-1)を、鋭角部側と鈍角部側とで高さが異なるように形成する一方、n番目のスプライン刃31(Sn)の各切刃32(Sn)を、周方向にわたって高さが一定となるように形成した。

Claims (4)
- 複数のスプライン刃が軸方向に沿って配列されてなる切削刃部を備え、前記スプライン刃の各切刃が所望の捩れ角に沿って配列されて前記切刃の周方向の両側にそれぞれ鋭角部および鈍角部を有する荒加工用ヘリカルブローチにおいて、
1番目の前記スプライン刃から連続して配設される一部の前記スプライン刃の周方向に配置される前記切刃を、前記鋭角部側と前記鈍角部側とで高さが異なるように形成する一方、
他の前記スプライン刃の各切刃を、周方向にわたって高さが一定となるように形成した
ことを特徴とする荒加工用ヘリカルブローチ。 - 前記一部の前記スプライン刃の円周上の一部もしくはすべての切刃を、前記鋭角部側と前記鈍角部側とで高さが異なるように形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の荒加工用ヘリカルブローチ。 - 前記一部の前記スプライン刃の切刃が、前記他のスプライン刃の切刃の相似形状に比較して歯先の幅が狭くなるように形成された
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の荒加工用ヘリカルブローチ。 - 前記一部のスプライン刃の切刃が、前記鈍角部側に、前記鈍角部側から前記鋭角部側に向かって高さが漸増し、前記他のスプライン刃の切刃の相似形状に対して歯先の幅が狭くなるように形成された傾斜部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の荒加工用ヘリカルブローチ。
