Abstract
【解決手段】回転軸2の外周部に円筒状に形成された永久磁石3を配し、永久磁石3に働くトルクを回転軸2に伝達するようにした永久磁石式回転機の回転子構造において、永久磁石3の外周部に該永久磁石3の両端が突出するように設けられる円筒状の補強リング5と、有底の円筒状に形成され円筒部分4aに永久磁石3の補強リング5から突出した部分を嵌入する一方、底部4bに形成された軸孔4cに回転軸2を嵌入する側面部材4を備えるようにした。

Claims (3)
- 回転軸の外周部に円筒状に形成された永久磁石を配し、前記永久磁石に働くトルクを前記回転軸に伝達するようにした永久磁石式回転機の回転子構造において、
前記永久磁石の両端が突出するように前記永久磁石の外周部に設けられる円筒状の補強部材と、
有底の円筒状に形成され、円筒部分に前記永久磁石の前記補強部材から突出した部分を嵌入する一方、底部に形成された軸孔に前記回転軸が嵌入されて、前記永久磁石および前記回転軸と一体動可能に構成された側面部材と
を備えたことを特徴とする永久磁石式回転機の回転子構造。 - 前記側面部材は前記円筒部分に小径部と大径部とを有し、前記小径部が前記永久磁石の前記補強部材から突出した部分を嵌入する一方、前記大径部が前記補強部材の端部を被覆することを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石式回転機の回転子構造。
- 前記補強部材が、ガラス繊維強化プラスチックまたは炭素繊維強化プラスチックからなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の永久磁石式回転機の回転子構造。
