Abstract
【解決手段】風力発電機の主軸支持構造に備えられる円錐ころ軸受は、外輪32と、内輪33と、外輪32と内輪33との間に配置される複数の円錐ころ34と、複数の円錐ころ34を保持するポケットを有し、外輪32と内輪33との間で周方向に順次連ねて配置される複数の保持器セグメント11a等とを備える。ここで、周方向に連ねた最初の保持器セグメント11aと最後の保持器セグメントとの間を除いて、隣接する2つの保持器セグメント11b、11c等の間には、円錐ころ34が配置される。

Claims (5)
- 風力を受けるブレードと、
その一端が前記ブレードに固定され、ブレードとともに回転する主軸と、
固定部材に組み込まれ、前記主軸を回転自在に支持するころ軸受とを有する風力発電機の主軸支持構造であって、
前記ころ軸受は、外輪と、内輪と、前記外輪と前記内輪との間に配置される複数のころと、前記ころを保持するポケットを有し、前記ポケットを形成するように軸に沿う方向に延びる複数の柱部と、軸方向の両端に位置し、複数の前記柱部を連結するように周方向に延びる一対の連結部とを含み、前記外輪と前記内輪との間で周方向に順次連ねて配置される複数の保持器セグメントとを備え、
周方向に連ねた最初の保持器セグメントと最後の保持器セグメントとの間を除いて、隣接する2つの前記保持器セグメントの間には、ころが配置され、
前記保持器セグメントには、軸方向の両端に位置し、周方向に突出する一対の突部が設けられている、風力発電機の主軸支持構造。 - 隣接する2つの前記保持器セグメントの間には、ころを収容するポケットが形成される、請求項1に記載の風力発電機の主軸支持構造。
- 前記保持器セグメントの周方向外側には、前記保持器セグメントを案内する案内面が設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の風力発電機の主軸支持構造。
- 隣接する前記保持器セグメントは、前記一対の突部同士で当接する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の風力発電機の主軸支持構造。
- 前記ころは、円錐ころである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の風力発電機の主軸支持構造。
