Abstract
【解決手段】内径を有するパイプ部材10と、パイプ部材10の内部の内周面に挿入される孔31aが形成された第1の板材31及びその第1の板材31と交番に設けられる第1の内部離隔部材32を有する第1の板材ユニット30、積層された前記第1の板材31の孔31a同士の内部に設けられる第2の板材41及びその第2の板材41と交番に設けられる第2の内部離隔部材42を有する第2の板材ユニット40、パイプ部材10の前、後方に設けられる前記第1の板材ユニット30と第2の板材ユニット40の間で行われる電解空間10aに水が供給される水供給ホール70と、前方カバー50に形成される生成された水素酸素混合ガスが排出されるガス排出ホール80とを含む。

Claims (7)
- 内径を有するパイプ部材10と、
前記パイプ部材10の内部の内周面に挿入されるものであって、中央にメイン孔31aが形成された多数の第1の板材31及びその第1の板材31と交番に設けられる所定厚の第1の内部離隔部材32を有する第1の板材ユニット30と、
積層された前記第1の板材31のメイン孔31a同士の内部に設けられるものであって、そのメイン孔31aの内周面から所定間隔離隔されるように設けられる多数の第2の板材41及びその第2の板材41と交番に設けられる所定厚の第2の内部離隔部材42を有する第2の板材ユニット40と、
前記パイプ部材10の前、後方に設けられるものであって、前記第2の板材ユニット40を前記メイン孔31aの内周から離隔された状態に位置固定して、その第2の板材ユニット40と絶縁される前、後方カバー50、60と、
前記前方カバー50に形成されるものであって、前記第1の板材ユニット30と第2の板材ユニット40の間で行われる電解空間10aに水が供給される水供給ホール70と、 前記前方カバー50に形成されたものであって、生成された水素酸素混合ガスが排出されるガス排出ホール80とを含むことを特徴とする水素酸素混合ガス発生装置。 - 前記パイプ部材10の外部に設けられるものであって、多数の冷却ピン21及びその冷却ピン21と交番に設けられる所定厚の外部離隔部材22を有する冷却部20とをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素酸素混合ガス発生装置。
- 前記第1の板材ユニット30と第2の板材ユニット40の間に設けられる光触媒パイプ90とをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素酸素混合ガス発生装置。
- 前記第1、2の板材31、41は炭素ナノチューブ合金鋼からなったことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素酸素混合ガス発生装置。
- 前記第1、2の板材31、41の表面は、電気分解が効率的に生じ、生成された水素酸素の気泡が容易に脱落され得るようにナノ研磨されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素酸素混合ガス発生装置。
- 前記第1、2の板材31、41の表面は、トルマリン光触媒が附着したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素酸素混合ガス発生装置。
- 前記第2の板材ユニット40は、相互交番に配置される第2の板材41と第2の内部離隔部材42に形成された貫通孔を貫通する支持棒45を含み、
前記支持棒45は前記の前、後方カバー50、60に設けられる絶縁ブラケット55、65を貫通した後締結されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素酸素混合ガス発生装置。
