Abstract
Description
이때, 외부이격부재(22)는 다수의 냉각핀(21)이 상호 접촉되지 않도록 이격시키기 위한 것이다. 또, 제1내부이격부재(32)는 다수의 제1판재(31)가 상호 접촉되지 않도록 이격시키기 위한 것이다. 그리고, 제2내부이격부재(42)는 다수의 제2판재(41)가 상호 접촉되지 않도록 이격시키기 위한 것이다. 본 실시예에서는 상기한 외부이격부재(22), 제1내부이격부재(32) 및 제2내부이격부재(42)는 3mm 의 두께는 가진다.
또한 제2판재(41)는 제1판재(31)의 메인구멍(31a)의 내주면에 접촉되지 않고 이격되어야 하며, 이에 따라 제2판재유니트(40)는 제1판재유니트(30)의 메인구멍(31a)들의 내주면으로부터 이격된 상태가 된다. 본 실시예에서, 제1판재(31)의 메인구멍(31a) 내주면에서 제2판재(41) 사이의 간격은 15mm 이다.
Claims (7)
- 내경을 가지는 관부재(10);상기 관부재(10)의 내부 내주면에 끼어지는 것으로서, 중앙에 메인구멍(31a)이 형성된 다수의 제1판재(31) 및 그 제1판재(31)와 교번으로 설치되는 소정두께의 제1내부이격부재(32)를 가지는 제1판재유니트(30);적층된 상기 제1판재(31)의 메인구멍(31a)들 내부에 설치되는 것으로서, 그 메인구멍(31a)의 내주면으로부터 소정간격 이격되게 설치되는 다수의 제2판재(41) 및 그 제2판재(41)와 교번으로 설치되는 소정두께의 제2내부이격부재(42)를 가지는 제2판재유니트(40);상기 관부재(10)의 전,후방에 설치되는 것으로서, 상기 제2판재유니트(40)를 상기 메인구멍(31a)의 내주로부터 이격된 상태로 위치고정하며, 그 제2판재유니트(40)와 절연되는 전,후방커버(50)(60);상기 전방커버(50)에 형성되는 것으로서, 상기 제1판재유니트(30)와 제2판재유니트(40) 사이에서 이루어지는 전해공간(10a)으로 물이 공급되는 물공급홀(70)과;상기 전방커버(50)에 형성된 것으로서, 생성된 수소산소 혼합가스가 배출되는 가스배출홀(80);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소산소 혼합가스 발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 관부재(10)의 외부에 설치되는 것으로서, 다수의 냉각핀(21) 및 그 냉각핀(21)과 교번으로 설치되는 소정두께의 외부이격부재(22)를 가지는 냉각부(20)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소산소 혼합가스 발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1판재유니트(30)와 제2판재유니트(40) 사이에 설치되는 광촉매관(90)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소산소 혼합가스 발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1,2판재(31)(41)는 탄소나노튜브합금강으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수소산소 혼합가스 발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1,2판재(31)(41)의 표면은, 전기분해가 효율적으로 일어나고, 생성된 수소산소의 기포가 용이하게 탈락될 수 있도록 나노연마된 것을 특징으로 하는 수소산소 혼합가스 발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1,2판재(31)(41)의 표면은, 토르마린 광촉매가 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 수소산소 혼합가스 발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2판재유니트(40)는, 상호 교번으로 배치되는 제2판재(41)와 제2내부이격부재(42)에 형성된 관통공을 관통하는 지지봉(45)을 포함하고,상기 지지봉(45)은 상기 전,후방커버(50)(60)에 설치되는 절연브라켓(55)(65)을 관통된 후 체결된 것을 특징으로 하는 수소산소 혼합가스 발생장치.
