第一番目の実施形態に係るNi基合金用溶接材料は、C≦0.05質量%、8質量%≦Cr≦25質量%、Fe≦4.0質量%、W≦15質量%、5質量%≦Mo+1/2(W+Re)≦20質量%、Co≦20質量%、0.01質量%≦Al<2.0質量%、0.01質量%≦Ti<2.0質量%、Al+1/2Ti≦3.0質量%、Nb+1/2Ta≦1.5質量%、B≦0.007質量%、Zr≦0.04質量%、0.01質量%≦Si≦0.5質量%、Mn≦1.0質量%、P≦0.010質量%、S≦0.002質量%、O≦0.005質量%、残部がNi及び不可避不純物からなる組成を有するものである。
第二番目の実施形態に係るNi基合金用溶接材料は、C≦0.05質量%、8質量%≦Cr≦25質量%、Fe≦4.0質量%、W≦15質量%、5質量%≦Mo+1/2(W+Re)≦20質量%、Co≦20質量%、0.01質量%≦Al<2.0質量%、0.01質量%≦Ti<2.0質量%、Al+1/2Ti≦3.0質量%、1.5質量%<Nb≦6.5質量%、Nb+1/2Ta≦6.5質量%、B≦0.007質量%、Zr≦0.04質量%、0.01質量%≦Si≦0.5質量%、Mn≦1.0質量%、P≦0.010質量%、S≦0.002質量%、O≦0.005質量%、残部がNi及び不可避不純物からなる組成を有するものである。
第三番目の実施形態に係るNi基合金用溶接材料は、前述した第二番目の実施形態に係るNi基合金用溶接材料において、さらに、N≦0.03質量%、C+N≦0.05質量%からなる組成を有するものである。
第四番目の実施形態に係るNi基合金用溶接材料は、前述した第二番目の実施形態に係るNi基合金用溶接材料において、さらに、希土類元素≦0.01質量%からなる組成を有するものである。
下記の表1,2に示す組成(各値共に質量%)を有するNi基合金用溶接材料の試験体1〜4を作製し、トランス−バレストレイン試験法により、脆性温度領域(BTR)を求めた。また、比較のため、代表的なNi基合金の溶接材料(AWS規格 A5.14 「ERNiCrMo-3」/比較体)に対しても、トランス−バレストレイン試験法により、脆性温度領域(BTR)を併せて求めた。その結果を下記の表3に示す。
