Abstract
【解決手段】この健康器具は、マイクロ波を吸収することによって発熱する芯体1が、耐熱性と弾力性とを有している被覆体10によって被覆されている。芯体1は、焼成によりリチウム−鉄系複合酸化物を形成する材料が含有された陶磁器材料によって形成されている。被覆体10は、シリコーンゴムによって成形されている。また、芯体1は、球形、卵形、テーパ軸形、長楕球形、軸形、カップ形、並列させた2個の半球体、円盤形のいずれかに形成されている。

Claims (7)
- マイクロ波を吸収することによって発熱する芯体が、耐熱性と弾力性とを有している被覆体によって被覆されていることを特徴とする健康器具。
- 前記芯体は、焼成によりリチウム−鉄系複合酸化物を形成する材料が陶磁器材料に含有させた材料によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の健康器具。
- 前記被覆体は、シリコーンゴムによって成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の健康器具。
- 前記芯体は、球形、卵形、テーパ軸形、長楕球形、軸形、カップ形、並列させた2個の半球体、円盤形のいずれかに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の健康器具。
- 前記被覆体の表面には、複数本の突条が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の健康器具。
- 前記被覆体の一部には、偏肉部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の健康器具。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかの健康器具の製造方法であって、
芯体を予め加熱することによって、芯体を高温の状態にしておく工程と、
金型上に平板状の被覆体をセットし、該被覆体上に高温の状態とされた芯体を載せる工程と、
該芯体上に平板状の被覆体を被せる工程と、
前記と異なる金型を被覆体を覆うように前記金型に重ね合わせる工程と、
両金型を高温に加熱することによって被覆体を溶融する工程と、
両金型の加熱を停止し、溶融した被覆体を凝固させる工程とを含んでいることを特徴とする健康器具の製造方法。
