Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pipe joint widely used for water supply piping, drainage / sewage piping, and the like, a structure of a connecting portion of a pipe, and an article including the same.
Conventionally, water supply pipes, drainage / sewage pipes are made using pipe joints, pipes, etc., and the connection part is mainly known as an adhesive type, a rubber ring type, a spherical free type or the like. These are piped by connecting one connecting portion receiving port to the other connecting portion connecting port, for example, a connecting port of a pipe joint, an additional connecting port, or a connecting port of a pipe. In the case of the adhesive type, an adhesive is applied and bonded, and in the case of the rubber ring receiving type, a lubricant is applied and these gaps are inserted into the receiving opening and bonded. Hereinafter, a pipe joint outlet, a mass outlet, or a pipe outlet is collectively referred to as a “tube”. Moreover, it may be piped using the mechanical pipe joint which can be joined without apply | coating an adhesive agent or a lubricant. Examples of this type of pipe joint include the following. In other words, this conventional one relates to a connection structure between a receiving port of a gate valve and a tubular body fitted with a half-shaped lock member.
Such a locking member is provided with a plurality of locking portions having a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction. On the other hand, a plurality of notches into which the locking portions of the lock member can be inserted are formed on the end surface of the receiving port of the gate valve, and an engagement groove is formed in the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral surface in communication therewith. ing. An engagement recess is provided at the end of the engagement groove located on the tube insertion side. Further, the tube body is provided with an engaging protrusion with which the front end surface of the lock member abuts, and an elastic member made of rubber is mounted on the inner position thereof.
In the above conventional device, when the pipe body is detached from the gate valve, the pipe body is pressed against the gate valve against the biasing force of the elastic member, and the engagement between the locking portion and the engagement recess is engaged. Must be released. However, since the disengaging operation performed by releasing the engagement state between the engaging portion and the engaging concave portion is very troublesome, there is a problem that the workability is lacking.
Further, when the tubular body is pressed toward the gate valve in this way, the elastic member bulges in the radially outward direction, so that the outer peripheral surface of the elastic member comes into contact with the inner wall surface of the gate valve. In this case, in order to rotate the tubular body, it is necessary to apply a considerable rotational force to the tubular body, which causes a disadvantage that the burden on the operator is increased.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and the object of the present invention is to easily and appropriately prevent the situation where the fixing ring is inadvertently reversely rotated with respect to the main body connecting portion. Therefore, it is possible to reliably maintain a good connection state of the tubular body.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a main body connecting portion having an engaging groove formed in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface, and an engaging convex portion inserted into the engaging groove and slidably engaged. A fixing ring that is attached to the main body connection portion, and a sealing body that is compressed in the tube axis direction when the fixing ring is rotated and tightened from the opening side toward the back side. An annular seal structure formed, and a reverse rotation preventing means for preventing reverse rotation of the fixing ring in the engagement groove.
Further, the present invention provides a body connecting portion having an engaging convex portion inserted into the engaging groove and slidably engaged on the outer peripheral surface, and an engaging groove engaging with the engaging convex portion on the inner peripheral surface. A fixing ring that is formed in a direction and attached to the main body connection portion, and a seal body that is compressed in the tube axis direction when the fixing ring is rotated and tightened from the opening side toward the back side is placed inside the fixing ring. The connecting portion receiving structure is characterized in that it is formed with an annular seal structure, and the engaging groove is provided with a reverse rotation preventing means for preventing the fixing ring from rotating reversely.
Here, “the engagement groove is formed in the circumferential direction” means that the engagement groove extends in the circumferential direction (that is, the direction orthogonal to the tube axis direction) in a strict sense. Instead, it means that the engaging groove is formed in the circumferential direction as a whole. Therefore, a part or all of the engaging groove may extend in a direction inclined with respect to the circumferential direction.
In addition, the "main body connection part" here refers to, for example, connection of an inflow side connection part or an outflow side connection part such as a pipe joint, a pipe, or a pipe when connecting the pipe body to the connection part receiving port. The structure is intended to be a part and to which a fixing ring is attached. The structural part may be formed integrally with the main body, or may be manufactured separately and integrated.
In the above, first, the tube to be connected is inserted into the connection portion receiving port, and the fixing ring is rotated in the circumferential direction. The fixing ring or the engaging convex portion of the main body connecting portion slides along the engaging groove, and is fixed in a state in which the reverse rotation of the fixing ring is reliably prevented by the reverse rotation preventing means. Thereby, the connection work of the tubular body is completed. Further, when the fixing ring is tightened from the opening side toward the back side, the seal body constituting the annular seal structure is compressed in the tube axis direction. As a result, the seal body bulges inward in the radial direction and comes into pressure contact with the pipe body, and a seal between the two is appropriately achieved. In this connection state, since the seal body has a restoring force, if the fixing ring rotates inadvertently, the pressure contact state between the fixing ring and the tube body cannot be maintained. . However, since the connection portion receiving structure has the reverse rotation prevention means of the fixing ring, it is possible to maintain a good pressure contact state between the seal body and the tube body.
On the other hand, when the tube body is detached from the connection portion receiving port, first, the fixing ring is rotated in the opposite direction to the previous one, and the reverse rotation preventing state by the reverse rotation preventing means is released. Further, the fixing ring is reversely rotated and slid along the engaging groove to release the pressure contact state of the seal body, and then the tube body is detached from the connection portion receiving port.
As described above, the tube body and the connection portion receiving port can be connected to or disconnected from each other by the rotating operation of the fixing ring. For this reason, a series of connection and disconnection operations can be easily performed without imposing a burden on the operator.
Further, a protrusion may be provided in the back of the engagement groove, and this may be used as the reverse rotation preventing means.
In this case, it is possible to engage and disengage the engaging convex part and the convex part of the engaging groove by rotating the fixing ring. Thereby, a pipe body and a connection part receptacle can be easily connected or disconnected. In addition, since the worker can recognize this engagement / disengagement state by the touch when the fixing ring rotates, the certainty of the work is improved. Here, “the back of the engagement groove” does not necessarily mean only the end portion of the engagement groove, but, for example, depending on the shape of the engagement groove, etc., it is a broad concept including the middle portion to the end. is there.
Furthermore, the convex portion of the engagement groove may be formed in a curved surface shape or a mountain shape. In addition, it can be considered that the convex portion is provided so as to protrude from the bottom of the engaging groove, or provided so as to protrude inwardly on the side surface of the engaging groove.
If it does in this way, an engagement convex part and the convex part of an engagement groove | channel can be smoothly engaged / disengaged without difficulty.
The engaging groove includes a first straight portion formed in the circumferential direction, an inclined portion connected to the first straight portion at a desired angle with respect to the circumferential direction, and connected to the inclined portion. It can also be comprised with the 2nd linear part formed in the circumferential direction.
According to this, by the rotation of the fixing ring, the engaging convex portion slides and moves to the second linear portion via the first linear portion and the inclined portion of the engaging groove. When the engaging convex part moves on the inclined part, the fixing ring moves from the opening side toward the back side, that is, so as to approach the main body connecting part. Therefore, by changing the inclination angle of the inclined portion with respect to the circumferential direction, the moving distance of the fixing ring to the main body connecting portion side can be appropriately changed. Thereby, for example, when the inclination angle is set to be large, the fixing ring can be fixed to the main body connection portion with a small rotation angle, so that the connection work can be made more efficient.
Further, the reverse rotation preventing means may be provided at the back of the second straight portion.
According to this, when the fixing ring is rotated so that the engaging convex portion slides to the back of the second linear portion of the engaging groove, the reverse rotation of the fixing ring is prevented by the reverse rotation preventing means. The tube body and the main body connection portion are connected.
Further, the engaging groove may be configured by connecting an insertion portion for inserting the engaging convex portion of the fixing ring in the first linear portion in the tube axis direction.
In this case, since the insertion portion is formed in the tube axis direction, the engagement convex portion can be easily inserted into the insertion portion. For this reason, this engagement convex part can be guide | induced appropriately to a 1st linear part, and rotation operation | movement of a fixing ring can be performed favorably. Moreover, the movement distance to the main body connection part side of a fixing ring is securable by the movement in the insertion part of an engagement convex part. For this reason, it is not necessary to set the inclined portion to a steep angle or to secure the length more than necessary, and thus the main body connecting portion can be made compact.
Further, the insertion portion of the engagement groove can be provided with a convex portion having a tapered surface that is inclined lower toward the insertion side.
In this case, the fixing ring is pressed toward the main body connecting portion so that the engaging convex portion of the fixing ring gets over the convex portion formed in the insertion portion of the engaging groove, and the fixing ring is moved to the main body connecting portion. Install. Since the convex portion has a tapered surface that is inclined lower toward the insertion side, such attachment work can be easily performed.
In addition, due to the engagement between the engaging convex portion and the convex portion, the integrity of the fixing ring and the main body connecting portion is maintained. For this reason, a fixing ring does not detach | leave from a main body connection part carelessly. As a result, not only the connection work and the transport work can be easily performed, but also a situation in which each component such as the fixing ring is lost can be avoided well.
Furthermore, the pipe joint according to the present invention is a pipe joint including at least one of the connection portion receiving structures.
Further, according to the present invention, there is at least one connecting portion receiving structure.
Furthermore, the pipe according to the present invention is a pipe provided with at least one connection portion receiving structure.
According to the present invention, it is possible to easily and appropriately prevent a situation in which the fixing ring attached to the main body connection portion rotates inadvertently, and thus it is possible to reliably maintain a good connection state. Play.
<First embodiment>
The best mode for carrying out a pipe joint according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view including a partial cross section showing a pipe joint according to the present embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 5,
Moreover, since the said
In addition, when the engaging
As shown in FIG. 5,
As shown in FIG. 6,
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8,
As shown in FIG. 9, the depth A of the
Further, as shown in the figure, the inner diameter F of the sealing
The present embodiment is configured as described above. Next, the case where a water supply pipe, a drain pipe, etc. are piped using this pipe joint is demonstrated.
First, the tube X to be connected to the fixing
Next, as shown in FIG. 10, the fixing
Further, when the fixing
When the engaging
In this case, the
Further, since the angle Θ with respect to the tube axis direction of the tapered
Further, in a state where the
Further, after the
Thereafter, the locking
In addition, the tube X connected in this way has the engagement between the
Further, in this state, since the fixing
Therefore, when the installation location of the water supply / drainage device is changed due to a layout change after the construction of the piping, for example, when the arrangement of the pipe body X to be piped to the
On the other hand, when the pipe body X is removed from the pipe joint, the
Next, when a slightly strong rotational force is applied to rotate the fixing
In addition, since the pressing force from the outer
Moreover, since the pipe joint according to the present embodiment has a very simple structure as a whole, it has an advantage that it can be manufactured easily and inexpensively.
In the above-described embodiment, the
Further, in this embodiment, a
