Abstract
【解決手段】表示基板はベース基板、絶縁層、第1画素電極、及び第2画素電極を含み、ベース基板は透過領域と反射領域を有する画素領域が複数個定義され、絶縁層は、ベース基板の上部に形成され、透過領域に対応してエンボスパターンを有し、第1画素電極はエンボスパターンの絶縁層上に形成された第1透明電極及び反射領域に対応してベース基板の上部に形成された第1反射電極を含み、第2画素電極はエンボスパターンの絶縁層上に形成された第2透明電極及び反射領域に対応してベース基板の上部に形成された第2反射電極を含む。

Claims (10)
- 透過領域と反射領域を有する画素領域が複数個定義されたベース基板と、
前記ベース基板の上部に形成され、前記透過領域に対応してエンボスパターンを有する絶縁層と、
前記エンボスパターンの絶縁層上に形成された第1透明電極及び前記反射領域に対応して前記ベース基板の上部に形成された第1反射電極を含む第1画素電極と、
前記エンボスパターンの絶縁層上に形成された第2透明電極及び前記反射領域に対応して前記ベース基板の上部に形成された第2反射電極を含む第2画素電極と、
を含む表示基板。 - 前記ベース基板上には前記透過領域及び前記反射領域に対応して形成されたカラーフィルター層をさらに含み、前記絶縁層は前記カラーフィルター層のうち、前記透過領域に対応する領域上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の表示基板。
- 前記ベース基板及び前記カラーフィルター層の間に、前記反射領域に対応して配置された反射板をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の表示基板。
- 前記絶縁層は、前記透過領域に対応してエンボスパターンを有するカラーフィルター層であり、前記反射領域に対応して平らなカラーフィルター層であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の表示基板。
- 前記透過領域及び前記反射領域に対応して形成されたカラーフィルター層は実質的に同一厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の表示基板。
- 透過領域と反射領域を有する画素領域が複数個定義されたベース基板を提供する段階と、
前記ベース基板の上部に前記透過領域に対応してエンボスパターンを有する絶縁層を形成する段階と、
前記エンボスパターンの絶縁層上において前記透過領域に対応する第1透明電極と、前記ベース基板の上部において前記反射領域に対応する第1反射電極を含む第1画素電極を形成する段階と、
前記エンボスパターンの絶縁層上において、前記透過領域に対応する第2透明電極と、前記ベース基板の上部において前記反射領域に対応する第2反射電極を含む第2画素電飾を形成する段階と、を含む表示基板の製造方法。 - 前記ベース基板上に前記透過領域及び前記反射領域に対応してカラーフィルター層を形成する段階をさらに含み、前記絶縁層は前記カラーフィルター層のうち、前記透過領域に対応される領域上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の表示基板の製造方法。
- 前記ベース基板及び前記カラーフィルター層間に前記反射領域に対応して反射板を配置する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の表示基板の製造方法。
- 前記絶縁層は前記透過領域に対応してエンボスパターンを有するカラーフィルター層であり、前記反射領域に対応して平坦なカラーフィルター層であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の表示基板の製造方法。
- 前記透過領域及び前記反射領域に対応して形成されたカラーフィルター層は実質的に同一厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項9記載の表示基板の製造方法。
