Abstract

Claims (12)
- 放出信号を、反射体を有する伝導構造体の中へ送り込むための少なくとも一つの結合プローブを有し、分析エレクトロニクスとセンサー装置とを有し、
伝導構造体は、HFトランシーバーを、誘電体支持装置を有する導波管を介して、結合プローブに接続する送り領域を有する送りブロックを有する距離測定装置であって、
結合プローブは、三段位相モジュールとして設けられ、その中央に平らなベース領域を有し、その次に、シリンダーが設けられ、ピンが設けられ、そのピンによって、送り領域が、結合プローブに接続されることを特徴とする、距離測定装置。 - 誘電体二次リングが設けられている、請求項1記載の距離測定装置。
- 伝導構造体は、円形導波管であり、好ましくは、反射体としてのピストンを有するシリンダーである、請求項1又は2記載の距離測定装置。
- 送りブロックは、誘電体支持装置、結合プローブ、及び同軸送り領域を挿入することができるボア孔を有する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の距離測定装置。
- 結合プローブは、単極励起装置として設けられ、電磁波は、同軸に送り込まれ、多段同軸搬送段によって単極に変換される、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の距離測定装置。
- 結合プローブは、三段位相モジュールとして設けられる、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の距離測定装置。
- 放出信号は、結合プローブによって、高周波電磁波の形で送り込まれる、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の距離測定装置。
- 電磁波は、1GHzと25GHzの間の高周波で送り込まれる、請求項7記載の距離測定装置。
- 少なくとも二つの放出信号が、結合プローブによって、異なる周波数を有する電磁波の形で放射される、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の距離測定装置。
- 送り込まれる電磁波は、単一モード、好ましくは、同軸構造の場合にTEMモードで、伝搬する、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の距離測定装置。
- 送り込まれる電磁波は、単一モード、好ましくは、円形導波管の場合にE01モードで伝搬する、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の距離測定装置。
- センサー装置は、放出部及び受信部を有する高周波エレクトロニクスを含む、請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の距離測定装置。
