Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electronic component transport and supply apparatus.
Conventionally, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2 propose various electronic component conveyance and supply devices. Specifically, Patent Document 1 discloses a component supply apparatus that includes a tape delivery unit that intermittently delivers a component supply tape, an adhesive tape peeling unit, and a component removal unit. The component supply tape in Patent Document 1 includes a tape main body in which a plurality of openings in which chip components are arranged is formed, and an adhesive tape that is attached to the back side of the tape main body and holds the chip components in an adhesive manner. . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape peeling means peels the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape from the tape body and the chip component at or near the component take-out position and winds it up. Thereby, holding | maintenance of a chip component is cancelled | released. Thereafter, the chip part released from the adhesive state is taken out by the part taking-out means.
In the component supply apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 1, after the adhesive tape is peeled off, the chip component is not fixed. Therefore, there is a possibility that the chip component moves or the posture of the chip component changes between the time when the adhesive tape is peeled off and the time when it is taken out by the component taking-out means. When the movement or posture change of the chip component occurs, there is a case where the removal of the chip component is hindered.
Similarly, in the multilayer chip separating apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 2, the multilayer chip is not fixed after the multilayer chip is peeled from the base tape. Therefore, there is a possibility that the movement or posture change of the laminated chip occurs.
An object of the present invention is to provide an electronic component transport and supply device that is less likely to cause movement or change in posture of an electronic component during transport.

In another specific aspect of the present invention, unevenness is formed on the surface of the electronic component opposite to the adhesive tape.
In another specific aspect of the present invention, an electronic component transport and supply device includes a rotating rotor and a measuring instrument. Hereinafter, the present invention will be clarified by describing specific embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
(Configuration of electronic component transport and supply device 1)
FIG. 1 is a schematic side view of an electronic component transport / supply apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view in which a part of the electronic component transport / supply apparatus 1 is enlarged.
As shown in FIG. 1, the electronic component transport and supply device 1 includes an electronic
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The width of the
An
Further, the planar shape and dimensions of the
As shown in FIG. 1, in the electronic
The
The
As shown in FIG. 1, a plate-shaped
As shown in FIG. 2, the distance L 1 between the downstream end of the peeling
The distance between the conveying
Incidentally, the height t 6 of the
As shown in FIG. 1, an adhesive tape take-
In addition, although the arrangement | positioning location of the adhesive
The electronic component transport / supply apparatus 1 is provided with a base tape take-up
A
A
The rotating
(Operation of electronic component transport and supply device 1)
Next, the operation of the electronic component transport / supply apparatus 1 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
Here, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the distance L 1 between the downstream end of the peeling
The
(Thickness of tape 10 (t 1 ) −thickness of adhesive tape 13 (t 4 )) <height of second conveyance path 25 (t 6 ) <(thickness of electronic component 14 (t 2 ) +
Thus, in the present embodiment, (the thickness of the tape 10 (t 1 ) −the thickness of the adhesive tape 13 (t 4 )) <the height of the second transport path 25 (t 6 ). For this reason, the
In the present embodiment, the height of the second conveyance path 25 (t 6 ) <(thickness of the electronic component 14 (t 2 ) + thickness of the base tape 12 (t 3 )). For this reason, in the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As described above, in the present embodiment, the height (t 6 ) of the
Also, the electronic component transport and supply device 1 can transport the
In the present embodiment, the
Further, the transport guide is not limited to the plate-like member. The conveyance guide may be configured by a rod-shaped member, a roller, a belt, or the like.
