Abstract
【解決手段】銅やアルミニウム、鉄等の溶融させる金属またはそれらの合金を溶かす溶融炉や坩堝10の、少なくとも溶融金属が触れる壁面の組成に、二酸化チタンを含有する。少なくとも溶融金属が触れる材料の表面の組成に二酸化チタンを含有させ、溶融した金属の溶湯を攪拌して、二酸化チタンを含有した材料に溶湯を万遍なく接触させて鋳造する。溶融させるアルミニウムや銅または鉄等の金属を含有した材料を溶解炉14に入れ、材料と二酸化チタンが接触可能な状態であるとともに、酸素が遮断された難酸化反応下で、材料を金属の溶融温度に加熱して金属の溶湯を造り、この溶湯を所定の型に注入する。

Claims (8)
- 溶融させる金属を含有した材料を溶解炉に入れ、前記材料と二酸化チタンが接触可能な状態であるとともに、酸素が遮断された難酸化反応下で、前記材料を前記金属の溶融温度に加熱して前記金属の溶湯を造り、この溶湯を所定の型に注入することを特徴とする鋳造方法。
- 前記材料は、前記金属の酸化物、鋳造滓、またはドロスであり、前記溶湯を形成して前記金属を回収する請求項1記載の鋳造方法。
- 前記難酸化反応下の環境は、前記溶解炉の前記材料表面に不活性ガスを充満させて形成する請求項1または2記載の鋳造方法。
- 前記難酸化反応下の環境は、前記材料に酸化剤を混ぜて前記溶湯を造る請求項1,2または3記載の鋳造方法。
- 前記二酸化チタンが前記材料または金属に接触可能な状態は、前記材料または金属表面に二酸化チタン粉末をふりかけることにより形成する請求項1,2,3または4記載の鋳造方法。
- 前記二酸化チタンが前記材料または金属に接触可能な状態は、前記材料を入れる坩堝の内壁面や前記溶融した金属を撹拌する攪拌棒の外表面に、二酸化チタンを有する層が設けられていることにより形成する請求項1,2,3または4記載の鋳造方法。
- 溶融させる金属を溶かす溶解炉の、少なくとも溶融金属が触れる部分の表面の組成に、二酸化チタンを含有したことを特徴とする鋳造装置。
- 溶融させる金属を含有した材料を収容し溶解炉に入れられる坩堝や、前記溶融した金属に触れる用具から成り、前記坩堝の内壁面や前記用具の外表面に、二酸化チタンを含有したことを特徴とする鋳造用具。
