Abstract
【解決手段】電磁波を伝える導波層10を有し、近傍に設置された通信装置と導波層10との間で、電磁波の変化により信号を伝達することができるボードであって、導波層10は、シート状の絶縁体層13を、表側に配置されたメッシュシート状の金属製の第1導電体層11と、裏側に配置されたシート状またはメッシュシート状の金属製の第2導電体層12とで挟んで構成されている。そして、第1導電体層11の表側には、着色剤を含む塗装層17が、導波層10の通信を可能とし且つ第1導電体層10の光沢を抑制してぼかした外観を呈するように形成され、第1導電体層10が塗装等17の上から見えている。

Claims (6)
- 電磁波を伝える導波層を有し、近傍に設置された通信装置と前記導波層との間で、電磁波の変化により信号を伝達することができるボードであって、
前記導波層は、シート状の絶縁体層を、表側に配置されたメッシュシート状の金属製の第1導電体層と、裏側に配置されたシート状またはメッシュシート状の金属製の第2導電体層とで挟んで構成され、
前記第1導電体層の表側には、着色剤を含む塗装層が、前記導波層の通信を可能とし且つ前記第1導電体層の光沢を抑制し、ぼかした外観を有するように形成されており、前記第1導電体層が前記塗装層の上から見えていることを特徴とする信号伝達用ボード。 - 前記着色剤は、黒色系の着色剤であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の信号伝達用ボード。
- 前記塗装層には、銅とクロムを含む着色剤か、あるいは酸化鉄とマンガンを含む着色剤が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の信号伝達用ボード。
- 家具の天板の一部又は全部に使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の信号伝達用ボード。
- 前記塗装層には微粒子が含有され、前記微粒子の少なくとも一部が前記塗装層から表側に突出していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の信号伝達用ボード。
- 前記塗装層と前記第1導電体層との間には、透光性を有する樹脂製の保護層が形成されて、前記保護層と前記塗装層との間には、これらの接着性を高めるための表面処理を施すか、あるいは接着補助層を介在させていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の信号伝達用ボード。
