Description

The present invention relates to a drainage pipe for discharging wastewater from drainage equipment such as a washing machine waterproof pan, a bathroom, a wash basin, and a sink to the sewage side, and a drain trap as a part of the drainage pipe.
Conventionally, there are various household appliances that generate wastewater by use, such as washing machine waterproof pans, bathrooms, washstands, sinks, etc. (hereinafter, equipment that generates wastewater by such use is called “drainage equipment”). Are known. These drainage devices are usually provided with drainage piping in order to treat wastewater generated by use to the sewage side. These drainage pipes are used by changing the pipe structure as needed.
For example, in the case of a drainage pipe for treating the wastewater of a washing machine, as shown in FIG. 11, the washing machine is placed on a water receiving pan having a drain outlet called a washing machine pan. A drainage port space, which is a space part into which drainage that has passed through the drainage port flows, is formed downstream of the drainage port. The drainage space is also provided with a drain pipe that drains wastewater from the washing machine directly into the drainage space without passing through the drainage port.
If wastewater spills from the washing machine, the wastewater is received on the washing machine pan, drained into the drainage port, and finally drained from the drainage port to the sewage side through the drainage space and drain trap. ing. In addition, when draining wastewater used for washing from the washing machine, drain the wastewater directly into the drainage space via the drainage pipe, and then drain the wastewater through the drainage space and drainage trap in the same manner as drainage from the drainage port. The wastewater is discharged to the sewage side.
Moreover, in the case of the drainage pipe for treating the drainage of the wash basin, as shown in FIG. Each is provided with an overflow outlet. A drain port space, which is a space portion into which drainage that has passed through the drain port flows, is formed downstream of the drain port on the bottom surface of the wash bowl, and is configured to discharge waste water from the drain port space to the sewage side. Yes. In addition, the drain outlet space and the overflow drain outlet are connected via a drain pipe or the like, and the drainage from the overflow drain outlet is discharged into the drain outlet space without passing through the drain outlet on the bottom surface of the wash bowl. . Further, in the case of this conventional example, a drain trap formed by deforming a tubular body called a pipe trap into an S shape is connected to the middle of the pipe from the drain port space to the sewage side. When drainage flows through the drain trap, a drainage reservoir is generated in the middle of the pipe. This drainage pool is called sealed water, which prevents odors and pests from entering the indoor side from the sewage side. There is also a "non-sealed drainage trap" that has a function to prevent odors and pests from entering the indoor side from the sewage side without providing sealed water, against the drainage trap that prevents entry into the inside. In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, “drain trap” is an expression indicating “sealed drain trap”).
If the drain on the bottom of the wash bowl is not closed, use the wash bowl. If drainage occurs inside the wash bowl, the drainage passes through the drain opening from the drain on the bottom of the wash bowl and drains. It is discharged to the sewage side through a trap.
In addition, when draining into the wash bowl with the drain outlet on the bottom of the wash bowl closed with a rubber stopper, the drainage will accumulate in the wash bowl, but the drainage reaches the overflow drain (lower edge). After that, drainage overflows from this overflow drain, and drainage does not overflow from the wash bowl. Drainage overflowing from the overflow drainage port is discharged into the drainage port space via the drainage pipe, and finally discharged from the drainage port space to the sewage side via the drainage trap.
In the case of drainage pipes for treating the drainage of the sink, as shown in FIG. 13, a drainage port is provided on the bottom surface of the sink of the sink, which is a tank body, and the drainage is a space part into which the drainage that has passed through the drainage port flows. A drainage device for forming the mouth space is provided, and a drainage port for discharging the wastewater to the sewage side is further provided on the bottom surface of the drainage device. Further, a strainer that collects garbage such as dust and soot is disposed in the drain outlet space and upstream of the outlet. Further, in the case of this conventional example, a drainage trap obtained by deforming a tubular body called a pipe trap into an S shape is connected to the middle of the pipe from the discharge port to the sewage side. When drainage flows through the drain trap, a drainage reservoir called a sealed portion is generated in the middle of the pipe. The sealed water accumulated in the sealed water portion prevents odors and pests from entering the indoor side from the sewage side.
When drainage occurs inside the sink using a sink, the drainage flows into the drainage space from the drainage port on the bottom of the sink, passes through the strainer, flows in the order of the drainage port, and the drainage trap, and finally reaches the sewage side. Discharged. In addition, wastes such as dust and soot in the waste water are collected by a strainer disposed in the drain outlet space and are not discharged to the sewage side.
In the case of drainage pipes for treating bathroom drainage, as shown in FIG. 14, the bathroom has a bathtub that is a tank body, a waterproof pan called a bathtub pan for placing the bathtub, and the bathtub pan. And a waterproof pan called a washing pan for a bathroom user to wash their body, etc., provided adjacent to the bathroom.
The tub, tub pan, and wash basin are each provided with a drain for discharging waste water. In particular, the wash basin drain provided in the wash basin pan collects the waste water on the wash basin and discharges it to the sewage side. To store the washing basin drain outlet into which the wastewater flows, the cylindrical deodorizing cylinder extending downward from the washing basin drain outlet, and the lower opening of the deodorizing cylinder therein In addition, a drainage trap is provided that includes a sealed water portion that accumulates drainage therein to form sealed water, and a discharge port that discharges wastewater overflowing the sealed water portion to sewage and the like. It is comprised so that drainage may be discharged | emitted to the sewer side through piping.
In addition, a drain pan elbow that drains drainage from the bathtub pan drainage outlet to the sealing part of the drain trap is provided at the bathtub pan drainage outlet that is provided on the bathtub pan and serves as an entrance for drainage that treats drainage spilled from the bathtub or washing area. Prepare. The drainage elbow is formed with a bathtub pan drainage space, which is a space part into which drainage that has passed through the bathtub pan drainage flows, and is further provided in the bathtub pan drainage space on the bottom surface of the bathtub via a hose pipe or the like. A drainage pipe is provided for discharging the drainage from the bathtub outlet to the bathtub pan outlet space.
When draining from the bathtub in the drainage pipe of the above bathroom, drainage flows from the bathtub drainage port to the bathtub pan drainage space through the drainage pipe, and further flows through the sealing part of the drainage trap to the sewage side. Discharged.
In addition, when drainage spilled from the bathtub or washing pan occurs on the bathtub pan, the drainage on the bathtub pan flows into the bathtub pan drainage space from the bathtub pan drainage port provided on the bathtub pan, and the drain trap It flows through the sealed water part and is discharged from the outlet to the sewage side.
Further, when drainage occurs on the washing basin pan, the drainage on the washing basin pan flows into the drain trap from the wash basin drain outlet, and is further discharged from the drain outlet to the sewage side through the drain trap. Here, the flow of drainage in the drain trap will be described in detail. When drainage flows into the drain trap from the wash basin drain outlet to which the drain trap is connected, the deodorization cylinder and the deodorization cylinder are sealed off from the wash basin drain outlet. The water part is filled with drainage water, overflows the upper end of the sealed water part, and drains from the outlet to the sewage side.
At this time, a drainage pool called sealed water is generated in the sealed water portion which is a drainage flow path. The drain trap prevents odors and pests from entering the indoor side from the sewage side by the sealing water in the sealing portion.
When drainage flows from the drainage elbow side into the drainage trap, the drainage flows into the sealed water part, the sealed water part is filled with drainage, overflows the upper end of the sealed water part, and is discharged from the discharge port to the sewage side.

In the drainage pipes of the above drainage devices, there have been problems concerning the backflow of drainage and noise during drainage.
For example, in the case of the drain pipe of the washing machine described in paragraph 0003, a large amount of foam is mixed in the drain of the washing machine due to the detergent used for washing. When the wastewater mixed with bubbles is discharged to the drainage port space through the drainage pipe, the bubbles in the drainage overflow from the drainage port space to the drainage port, and a reverse flow is generated on the washing machine pan. In order to prevent this, for example, a backflow prevention valve using a float valve having a specific gravity less than 1 at the drain outlet, or a drain trap using a bubble backflow prevention pipe as in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-44980 is used for washing. It is used for the drainage piping of machine pans. However, when a float valve is used at the drain outlet, bubbles and water are turbid, and the effect of preventing backflow does not occur for drainage whose apparent specific gravity is smaller than 1. For example, a wastewater in which 0.5 liter of water and 0.5 liter of bubbles are turbid in one liter functions as a liquid having a specific gravity of 0.5 (in this way, water and air are turbid and the specific gravity is The specific gravity of water acting as a change from 1 is expressed here as “apparent”). For this reason, if the float valve is simply lighter than water, such as a specific gravity of 0.7, it cannot float against the turbid drainage of foam that has a specific gravity of 0.5 apparently. As a result, it becomes impossible to close the drainage port, and a reverse flow of drainage of bubbles or bubbles is generated on the washing machine pan from the drainage port. Further, if the bubble backflow prevention pipe is used, it is possible to substantially prevent bubbles from flowing back onto the washing machine pan, but instead, the water flow area through which the drainage from the drainage port flows is limited (for example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication Sho 62-44980). The area through which the drainage from the drainage port is reduced by the amount of the drainage guide pipe 12) has caused a new problem that normal drainage becomes difficult to flow.
Further, in the case of a drain pipe for treating the drainage of the wash basin, a large amount of water may be stored in the wash bowl by closing the drain port. If the drain valve is removed from this state at once, and the drain port is opened, part of the drainage that passes through the drain port space flows back to the overflow drain port via the drain pipe, and the drainage overflows into the wash bowl from the overflow drain port. There was a case.
In addition, in the case of the drainage pipe of the wash basin, there may be a problem with noise during drainage even when no backflow occurs. When drainage in the wash bowl passes through the drainage space from the drainage outlet and is discharged to the sewage side, air is drawn from the overflow drainage side through the drainage pipe, generating unpleasant noise called “gobogobo” There was a problem.
In addition, in the case of a drainage pipe for treating the drainage of the sink, the wastewater is mixed with garbage such as dust and soot. This garbage is collected and separated from the drainage by a strainer upstream of the discharge port or drain trap, but if the garbage is small enough to pass through the strainer, the dust passes through the discharge port and drains as it is. It leads to a trap. In the sealed part of the drain trap where the pipe is bent, the rising part is formed in the middle of the pipe to collect the sealed water. In order for the dust to be discharged, it is necessary to push up the garbage to the upper end of the bent tube. If the specific gravity of the garbage is smaller than that of the wastewater and the specific gravity of the wastewater floats, there is no problem in discharging to the downstream side, but if the specific gravity of the garbage is larger than 1 and sinks in the sealed water, Since the momentum of the drainage has decreased, garbage cannot get over the sealed water part and often accumulates in the sealed water part. If the amount of garbage gradually increases in this way, the drainage flow path of the drain trap, especially the sealing part, is blocked by garbage and the drainage does not flow, and eventually the drainage due to clogging of the pipe or the sink The backflow of drainage into the inside will occur.
In addition, in the case of drainage pipes for treating bathroom drainage, the bathroom is equipped with three drainage outlets, a bathtub drainage outlet, a bathtub pan drainage outlet, and a washroom pan drainage outlet, which are connected to one drainage pipe. Therefore, if drainage is performed from any one drainage port, backflow may occur in the other two drainage ports. In recent years, especially in condominiums such as condominiums, pipes called “low-floor piping” are used to increase the number of floors in an apartment house by reducing the height of the piping space under the floor and reducing the height of each floor accordingly. The layout is well adopted. For example, if the height of each floor is reduced by 10 centimeters to a 24-story apartment house with a height width of 250 centimeters including the space under the floor, the height of each floor will be 25 centimeters even if the height of the apartment is the same height. It can be used as a housing complex, and the space can be used effectively. At this time, if the height width of the living space is narrowed, the user of the house becomes inconvenient. Therefore, it is desirable to make the piping space under the floor as narrow as possible.
As a result of narrowing the piping space under the floor from such a demand, the drain outlet of the drain trap and the bathtub pan drain outlet, which is often placed at the lowest position among the drain outlets, are almost at the same height. May occur. In such a piping layout, if a large amount of drainage occurs from the bathtub, the drainage from the drain trap outlet could not catch up, and a reverse flow might occur in the bathtub pan drain outlet that is almost the same height as the outlet. . In addition, when cleaning the bathroom after using the bathroom, if a large amount of washing water is allowed to flow over the wash basin with the bathtub drain opening open, the drainage flows back to the bathtub drain outlet as well as the bathtub pan drain outlet. There was a case where drainage water flowing back on the pan or in the bathtub was soiled.
Furthermore, in the case of the drain trap shown in FIG. 14, problems such as breakage due to the siphon effect and noise occur. When drainage is discharged from the discharge port to the sewage side, if there is a strong momentum to discharge the drainage, air or the like in the drain trap downstream from the sealing portion is caught in the drainage and discharged to the sewage side at the same time. For this reason, the downstream side of the drain trap becomes negative pressure (this phenomenon in which negative pressure is generated downstream by drainage is referred to as “siphon effect”), and the sealed water in the sealed portion is drawn and discharged to the sewage side. In this way, when the sealing water is lost and the sealing water level in the sealing part of the sealing drain trap is lower than the lower end of the deodorizing cylinder, the state where the sewage side to the indoor side is vented (this state is Called "breaking"). In such a state where air is ventilated from the sewage side to the indoor side, there is a problem that the drain trap cannot function and odors and pests enter the indoor side from the sewage side.
In addition, as described above, there are three drain outlets, a bathtub drain outlet, a bathtub pan drain outlet, and a wash basin drain outlet, which are connected to one drain pipe, so any drain outlet can be used. When drainage is performed at a certain level of momentum, as with the drainage pipe of the wash basin described in paragraph 0009, air may be drawn in from the drain outlet other than the drainage, and unpleasant noise called `` gobogobo '' may be generated. It was.

It is elastically deformed to open the inside of the cylinder and allow the fluid to pass, and maintain a closed state against the pressure of the fluid flowing from the inside of the reverse drain trap (9) onto the washing machine pan (PW). It has a function to prevent the passage of fluid. In the present embodiment, air and wastewater are of course used, and bubbles rising from the wastewater are also used as fluids, and of course, the washing machine pan from the inside of the drainage trap (9) via the self-sealing device (1). The bubbles do not flow back on (PW). In the present embodiment, the downstream side of the cylinder is arranged inside the deodorizing cylinder (12) of the drain trap (9) at the completion of construction.
The washing machine pan (PW) to which these members are attached is a shallow bottomed tank body that is open at the top. The washing machine (W) is placed inside the tank body, and the drain trap (9) is placed on the bottom surface. It is provided with an opening for attaching.
Each member of the first embodiment described above is applied to a washing machine pan (PW) on which the washing machine (W) is placed as follows.
First, the opening of the trap body is attached to the opening of the washing machine pan (PW), and then the sealing part (13) is arranged so as to hang from the opening, and then the water-proof deodorizing is performed on the drain (2). The cylinder (12) is connected, and a lid member (15) is attached to the drain port (2).
Next, the washing machine pan (PW) is installed on the floor or the like with the discharge port (7) of the drain trap (9) connected to the sewage pipe. Further, the self-sealing device (1) is attached to the drain port (2) so that the fluid in the direction from the washing machine pan (PW) to the inside of the drain trap (9) is allowed to pass but not in the reverse direction. At the same time, the drain pipe (4) from the washing machine (W) is connected to the connection part (16) of the lid member (15), and finally the washing machine is placed on the washing machine pan (PW) to drain the water. The drain piping of the washing machine pan (PW) on which the washing machine as the device is placed is completed.
In the washing machine pan (PW) on which the washing machine (W) configured as described above is placed, when the washing machine (W) is used and the waste water mixed with foam is discharged from the washing machine, the waste water is drained. It is discharged through the pipe (4) into the deodorizing cylinder (12), which is the drain opening space (3) of the drain trap (9), and passes through the lower end of the deodorizing cylinder (12) and deodorizing cylinder (12) to the sealed portion ( 13) The inside is filled with drainage water, overflows the upper end of the sealed water portion (13), and is finally discharged from the discharge port (7) to the sewage side. At this time, the bubbles mixed in the drainage are filled in the drain trap (9), but the drainage port (2) is closed by the self-sealing device (1), so the bubbles in the drainage and the drainage are self-sealing. There is no back flow from the drain (2) onto the washing machine pan (PW) via (1). In particular, the self-sealing device (1) is normally closed without using a float valve as in the conventional example. For example, bubbles are turbid in the drainage and the apparent specific gravity of the drainage is less than 1. However, there is no problem with the backflow prevention function.
In addition, when the washing machine (W) is used, if the drainage overflows from the washing machine (W) and spills onto the washing machine pan (PW), the drainage flows from the washing machine pan (PW) to the drain port (2). It flows into the deodorizing cylinder (12) of the drain trap (9) through the self-sealing device (1). Since the flow at this time is a normal flow from the top of the washing machine pan (PW) to the inside of the drain trap (9), the self-sealing device (1) operates without any problem, and drains the washing machine pan (PW). Let it pass. The drainage that flows into the deodorizing cylinder (12) of the drain trap (9) is the same as the drainage from the previous washing machine (W), exceeding the lower end of the deodorizing cylinder (12) and deodorizing cylinder (12), 13) The drainage is filled inside, overflows the upper end of the sealing part (13), and finally drains from the outlet (7) to the sewage side. In addition, in this embodiment, in this embodiment, the drainage guide pipe is not adopted as in the drainage trap (9) of Japanese Utility Model Publication Sho 62-44980, so that the area through which drainage passes is not reduced. The drainage performance will not deteriorate.
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
The drainage pipe of the drainage device of the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 is a drainage pipe for treating drainage of a wash bowl (PS) provided in a washstand which is a drainage device. To be described, a drain plug (17), an overflow elbow (19), an overflow adapter (20), a drain pipe (4), a sealed drain trap (9) in which a tubular body is bent into an S shape, a self-sealing device ( 1) It is composed of other members.
The drain plug (17) is a cylindrical member having an inflow port (18) on a side surface, the opening at the upper end forms a drain port (2), and the inside is configured as a drain port space (3). It becomes.
The overflow elbow (19) is a pipe member bent into a substantially L-order shape when viewed from the side, and the opening provided in the side direction forms an overflow drain (5), and the opening provided downward is a hose pipe. It connects to the overflow adapter (20) mentioned later via the drain pipe (4) which consists of. Furthermore, in this second embodiment, the vertical pipe portion of the overflow elbow (19) has a structure in which an inclined surface is formed from the upper side to the lower side to reduce the diameter, and the self-sealing device (1) is disposed at the lower end portion of the reduced diameter. It becomes. The overflow elbow (19) of the second embodiment constitutes an orifice structure by reducing the diameter of the vertical pipe portion from above to below as described above.
Here, the orifice structure in the present invention will be described. In a tubular body through which a fluid such as liquid or gas passes, the sectional area of the tubular body is such that the upstream sectional area of the tubular body is large on the upstream side and the downstream side of the tubular body. This is a structure that changes the flow velocity of the fluid flowing through the inside of the tube body by changing.
If the momentum of the fluid is weak, that is, the flow velocity of the fluid is small, the self-sealing device (1) that is normally closed may not be opened, and the fluid may not be allowed to pass through. Therefore, by arranging the self-sealing device (1) on the outlet side (downstream side) of this orifice structure, even if the flow rate of the fluid on the upstream side of the tube body is not so fast, the flow rate on the downstream side of the orifice structure has a cross-sectional area. The flow velocity of the fluid is increased in accordance with the change, and the self-sealing device (1) is easily opened, and the fluid can be passed efficiently.
The overflow adapter (20) is a member having a substantially cylindrical shape with the inflow pipe (21) protruding from the side surface, and is disposed around the inlet (18) of the drain plug (17) when the construction is completed. It has a function of allowing the waste water that has flowed through the drain pipe (4) from the port (5) to flow into the drain port space (3).
The drain pipe (4) is a pipe member made of a flexible hose pipe, one end is an opening directed downward of the overflow elbow (19), and the other end is an inflow pipe (21) of the overflow adapter (20). ), Respectively.
In this embodiment, one end of the drain pipe (4) is connected to the lower opening of the overflow elbow (19), and the other end is connected to the inlet pipe (21) of the overflow adapter (20). It is brought into the construction site after being bonded at a factory.
The drain trap (9) is a member obtained by deforming a tubular body into a substantially S shape. When drainage flows through the drain trap (9), a drainage reservoir portion called a sealed portion (13) is generated in the middle of the pipe body. The sealed water accumulated in the sealed water portion (13) can prevent odors and pests from entering the indoor side from the sewage side.
The self-sealing device (1) is a member made of a material having a substantially cylindrical shape and elasticity as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, and a part of the cylindrical body as shown in FIGS. Are formed in a shape in which the cylinder is deformed in an inclined shape, and the inner surfaces of the cylinders are in contact with each other. For this reason, the cylinder is closed, and the pressure of the fluid in one direction of the cylinder, in the second embodiment, from the overflow drain (5) toward the drain plug (17) is as shown in FIG. The cylinder is elastically deformed to allow the liquid to pass through the inside of the cylindrical body, and is closed against the pressure of the fluid including the gas / liquid heading from the reverse drain plug (17) side to the overflow drain port (5). And the function of preventing the passage of fluid.
Furthermore, the self-sealing device (1) of the present embodiment adjusts the degree of ease of opening from the overflow drain port (5) to the drain plug (17) side, and is self-sealing disposed in the drain pipe. When the liquid exists upstream in the flow toward the opening direction of the device (1), the liquid is opened only by the water pressure and the liquid is allowed to pass, and other negative pressure / positive pressure based on the atmospheric pressure, etc. It was set as the structure which does not open against pressure.
The wash bowl (PS) to which these members are attached is a bottomed tank body, which has a bottom opening to which a drain plug (17) is attached on the bottom surface and an overflow at a position near the upper edge of the tank body on the side surface. Each side opening is provided with an elbow (19).
Each member of the second embodiment described above is applied to a wash bowl (PS) provided in the wash stand as follows.
First, the drain plug (17) is attached to the bottom opening of the wash bowl (PS) so that the drain port (2) is open to the bottom of the wash bowl (PS). Next, with the self-sealing device (1) attached to the outlet part of the orifice structure part of the overflow elbow (19), the overflow drain (5) part of the overflow elbow (19) is connected to the side opening of the wash bowl (PS). And the overflow drain port (5) is opened to the side surface of the wash bowl (PS).
Further, the overflow adapter (20) connected to the overflow elbow (19) by the drain pipe (4) is arranged and connected around the drain plug (17), and the overflow drain port (5) is connected to the overflow elbow (19). The drain pipe (4) and the overflow adapter (20) are connected to the inlet (18) on the side surface of the drain plug (17).
Furthermore, the lower end of the drain plug (17) is connected to a sewage side pipe through a drain trap (9) using a piping member such as a pipe, and a wash bowl (PS) ) Completed drainage piping.
In the wash bowl (PS) of the wash basin constructed as described above, the wash bowl (PS) is used in a state where the drainage port (2) on the bottom of the wash bowl (PS) is not closed. When drainage occurs inside the PS), the drainage passes through the drainage port space (3) from the drainage port (2) on the bottom of the wash bowl (PS) and is discharged to the sewage side through the drainage trap (9). Thus, when passing through the drain port space (3) from the drain port (2) and being discharged to the sewage side, the negative pressure that draws air from the overflow drain port (5) side through the drain pipe (4) is generated. Although generated, the self-sealing device (1) connected to the overflow elbow (19) does not open against weak air pull-in / pressure, so air is not drawn from the overflow drain (5). As a result, the unpleasant noise “gobogobo” does not occur.
In addition, the drainage port (2) on the bottom surface of the wash bowl (PS) is temporarily closed to collect the drainage in the wash bowl (PS), then the drainage port (2) is opened, and the wastewater is drained at once ( Similarly, when it flows to 2), the drainage passes through the drainage port space (3) from the drainage port (2) on the bottom surface of the wash bowl (PS) and is discharged to the sewage side through the drainage trap (9). In this case, when the drain port (2) is opened, a part of the drainage passing through the drain port space (3) passes through the inlet port (18), the overflow adapter (20), and the drain pipe (4). ) May flow backward, but in this case too, the self-sealing device (1) in the middle of the pipe cannot be passed, preventing the flow of drainage from the drain pipe (4) to the overflow drain (5). Therefore, the drainage does not overflow from the overflow drain (5) into the wash bowl (PS).
In addition, if drainage is performed in the wash bowl (PS) with the drain port (2) on the bottom of the wash bowl (PS) closed with a rubber stopper, the drainage will accumulate in the wash bowl (PS). After reaching the lower edge of the overflow drain (5), drainage overflows from the overflow drain (5) and flows into the overflow elbow (19). The wastewater that has flowed into the overflow elbow (19) passes through the orifice structure part, gains slight acceleration thereby, flows into the self-sealing device (1), and makes the self-sealing device (1) (as compared to the case without the orifice structure). Open smoothly and flow into the drain (4). Drainage that has flowed through the drain pipe (4) passes from the drain pipe (4) to the overflow adapter (20) through the inflow pipe (21), and further from the inlet (18) on the side of the drain plug (17) to the drain outlet space. (3) It flows into the inside and is discharged to the sewage side as it is through the drain trap (9).
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
The drainage pipe of the drainage device of the third embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 8 is a drainage pipe for treating the drainage of the sink (PK) of the sink which is the drainage device, and is a drainage port (2 ), A strainer (8), a self-sealing device (1), and a tubular body and other members.
The drainage device (6) is a substantially bowl-shaped member that opens upward, and has a drainage port (2) through which drainage flows upward and a drainage port (7) through which drainage is discharged at the bottom. The outlet (7) is connected to a pipe on the sewage side through a tubular body, and the internal space of the drainage device (6) functions as a drainage port space (3).
The strainer (8) is a substantially bowl-shaped member having an upper opening, and has a flange portion protruding in the lateral direction along the periphery at the upper opening periphery, and a drain is formed by forming a mesh in the flange portion. Is configured to collect garbage that does not pass through, such as trash and soot that pass through, but larger than a certain size.
For this reason, the cylinder is closed and elastically deformed as shown in FIG. 3 with respect to the pressure of the fluid in one direction of the cylinder, in this third embodiment, from the drainage (6) to the sewage side. The inside of the cylinder is opened to allow the liquid to pass, and the fluid is kept closed against the pressure of the fluid including the gas / liquid flowing from the reverse sewage side into the drainage device (6). It has a function to prevent. For this reason, the cylinder is closed, and in one direction of the cylinder, in this third embodiment, in this embodiment, the self-sealing device (1) is packed in the discharge port (7) of the drainage device (6). It can be detachably and watertightly arranged and fixed.

First, the drainage port (2) of the drainage device (6) is attached to the opening of the sink so that the drainage port (2) is open to the bottom surface of the sink. Next, the discharge port (7) of the drainage device (6) is connected to the sewage side using a tubular body, and the self-sealing device (1) is connected to the discharge port (7) from the drainage device (6). The drainage is allowed to pass with respect to the pressure of the fluid in the direction toward the side, and the flow of the drainage in the reverse direction is detachably and watertightly arranged and fixed so as to prevent and prevent blockage. Further, the strainer (8) is arranged so that the flange portion is mounted on the periphery of the drain port (2), and the sink (PK) drain pipe of the sink as the drainage device is completed.
In the sink (PK) of the sink constructed as described above, when drainage occurs in the sink, the drainage flows from the drainage port (2) to the strainer (8), the discharge port (7), the self-sealing device ( 1) Passes through the tube and is finally discharged to the sewage side. At this time, garbage such as dust and soot may be mixed in the wastewater, but the waste larger than the mesh is separated and collected from the wastewater by the strainer (8) mesh and does not flow into the sewage side. . In addition, although wastes having a size smaller than the mesh are discharged from the discharge port (7) to the sewage side together with drainage, in the third embodiment, a sealed drain trap (9) is provided downstream of the discharge port (7). Therefore, it is extremely rare that tube clogging with garbage occurs.
Also, if dust clogging occurs in the pipe, remove the strainer (8) or self-sealing device (1) from the drain (2), and inject the cleaning water at a high pressure called a high-pressure washing pipe from the outlet (7). Then, the clogging of the tube can be easily eliminated by using a cleaning device that blows off the clogged body.
Thus, in this embodiment, a sealed drainage trap such as a drain trap (9) is not piped in the drain pipe. However, since the self-sealing device (1) is water-tightly attached to the discharge port (7), odors and pests cannot pass through the self-sealing device (1), and odors and pests are passed from the sewage side to the indoor side. There is no invasion. In this way, the sealed drain trap (9) is omitted from the drain pipe, and the self-sealing device (1) is always present in the drainage flow path from the sewage side to the drain port (2). By configuring the piping layout so that pests do not enter the indoor side from the sewage side, the self-sealing device (1) is configured as a non-sealed drain trap.

Further, a branch pipe portion (11) is formed on the side surface of the sealed water portion (13), and drainage from the drainage elbow (22) flows into the sealed water portion (13) through the branch pipe portion (11). It is comprised so that it may do. Further, the drain trap (9) drains a ventilation self-sealing device (1a), which will be described later, from the open side (outside) to the side of the trap body and downstream of the sealing portion (13). The trap (9) is opened in response to the pressure of the gas toward the inside to allow ventilation, and is attached in a direction to prevent the flow of fluid in the reverse direction.
Therefore, the cylinder is closed and elastically deformed as shown in FIG. 3 with respect to the pressure of the drainage in one direction of the cylinder, in the fourth embodiment, from the drainage port (2) toward the sewage side.
Each member of the fourth embodiment described above is applied to a bathtub (PB), a bathtub pan (PY), and a washing pan (PA) in a bathroom as follows.
First, the washing area pan drain port (2c) of the drain trap (9) is connected to the opening area of the washing area pan (PA) of the washing area pan (PA), and the washing area pan drain port (2c) opens to the bottom of the washing area. Like that. At this time, the self-sealing device for ventilation (1a) is placed on the drain trap (9) at a position on the side of the trap body and downstream of the sealing portion (13). Are opened in response to the pressure of the gas from the atmosphere opening side (outside) to the inside of the drain trap (9) to allow ventilation, and are attached in a direction to prevent the flow of fluid in the reverse direction.
Next, one end of the drainage elbow (22) is connected to the bathtub pan (PY) opening, and the other end is connected to the branch pipe of the drainage trap (9). Furthermore, a lid member (15) is attached to the end of the drain pan elbow (22) on the bathtub pan (PY) side, and the self-sealing device for drainage (1b) is connected to the bathtub pan drain port (2b) of the lid member (15). (PY) A fluid in a direction from above to the inside of the drain elbow (22) is allowed to pass but is attached so as not to pass in the opposite direction.
Further, the bathtub drain pipe (23) is connected to the bathtub (PB), and the bathtub drain port (2a) is opened on the bottom of the bathtub (PB), and the bathtub (PB) is placed on the bathtub pan (PY). Then, the other end of the bathtub drain pipe (23) is connected to the connection part (16) of the lid member (15).
Further, after connecting the discharge port (7) of the drain trap (9) to the sewage side with a pipe member, the discharge port (7) of the drain trap (9) (that is, the downstream side of the sealed portion (13)) and the bathtub drainage The drainage self-sealing device (1b) is attached to the mouth (2a). Finally, the deodorizing cylinder (12) is connected to the drain port (2) in a watertight manner, and drainage pipes for the bathroom tub (PB), tub pan (PY), and wash basin pan (PA) are completed. To do. Naturally, each self-sealing device for drainage (1b) allows passage of drainage when the drainage occurs in the direction in which the drainage is performed toward the sewage side, and prevents the flow of drainage in the reverse direction from being blocked. As shown in FIG.
When draining from the bathtub (PB) using the bathtub (PB) in the drainage piping of the bathroom bathtub (PB), bathtub pan (PY), and wash basin pan (PA), corrected as described above, From the bathtub drain (2a) to the bathtub pan drain (2b) space of the drain elbow (22) through the drain self-sealing device (1b) provided in the bathtub drain (2a) and the bathtub drain pipe (23) It flows into the sealed water part (13) via the branch pipe part of the drain trap (9), overflows from the sealed water part (13), and is discharged from the discharge port (7) to the sewage side. At this time, since the bathtub pan drainage port (2b) is equipped with the self-sealing device for drainage (1b), the drainage flows back onto the bathtub pan (PY) via the bathtub pan drainage port (2b). There is no.
Moreover, when drainage spilled from the bathtub (PB) or the washing pan (PA) occurs on the bathtub pan (PY), the drainage on the bathtub pan (PY) is drained from the bathtub pan provided on the bathtub pan (PY). It flows into the bathtub pan drainage port (2b) space from the mouth (2b) through the self-sealing device (1) of the bathtub pan drainage port (2b), and further through the branch pipe portion of the drainage trap (9), ), Overflows from the sealed water part (13), and is discharged from the discharge port (7) to the sewage side.
In addition, when wastewater is generated on the washing area pan (PA), the wastewater on the washing area pan (PA) flows into the drainage trap (9) from the washing area pan drainage port (2c) and further through the drainage trap (9). And discharged from the discharge port (7) to the sewage side. At this time, since the bathtub drainage port (2a) and the bathtub pan drainage port (2b) are each provided with a drainage self-sealing device (1b), the drainage flows back in the bathtub (PB) or on the bathtub pan (PY). There is nothing to do.
Thus, since the drainage self-sealing device (1b) is provided in the bathtub drainage port (2a) and the bathtub pan drainage port (2b), even if a large amount of drainage occurs on the bathtub (PB) or the washing place pan (PA). No reverse flow occurs on the bathtub (PB) or the bathtub pan (PY). Therefore, it is suitable for use in low floor piping.
Further, the self-sealing device (1) provided in the bathtub drain port (2a) and the bathtub pan drain port (2b) is a self-sealing device for drainage (1b). Does not vent the air, so even if a large amount of drainage occurs on the washing pan (PA), air is not drawn from the bathtub drain (2a) or the bathtub pan drain (2b). ”Is not generated. The same applies to the case where there is drainage from the bathtub (PB). In this case, the washing pan drain outlet (2c) is open to the atmosphere, but it is not complete, but the drain pan self-sealing device (1b) ) Is provided, air is not drawn from the bathtub pan drain (2b), and the occurrence of unpleasant noise “gobogobo” is reduced.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the self-sealing device for ventilation (1a) is attached to the downstream side of the sealing portion (13), the atmosphere drawn into the downstream side when draining from the trap is discharged from the outside of the drain trap (9). Supply. For this reason, it becomes unnecessary to draw air from the bathtub (PB), the bathtub pan drainage port (2b), and the washing place pan drainage port (2c) at the time of drainage. The unpleasant noise of "" is reduced (the self-sealing device for ventilation (1a) opens, and there is an unpleasant noise of "gobogobo" from this part. There is a distance from the mouth (2), and the unpleasant noise generated is rarely heard by the living space).
Further, the self-sealing device for ventilation (1a) provided at a position downstream of the water-sealing part (13) and the self-sealing device for drainage (1b) provided at the discharge port (7) of the drain trap (9) Even if a negative pressure due to the siphon effect or the like occurs on the downstream side, that is, the sewage side, the drainage self-sealing device (1b) of the discharge port (7) is closed against the negative pressure to prevent the pull-in. Further, even if a negative pressure is generated inside the trap due to a slight amount of pull-in, since the atmosphere is supplied from the self-sealing device for ventilation (1a), there is almost no influence of the negative pressure inside the trap. Therefore, the sealing water is not drawn and the occurrence of the breakage can be prevented.
Further, in this embodiment, the self-sealing device (1) is provided in the discharge port (7), so that the bathroom is not used for a long period of time, and the sealing water evaporates from the sealing portion (13) of the drain trap (9) as a result. Even if the sealed water surface falls to a position lower than the lower end of the deodorizing cylinder (12), the self-sealing device (1) arranged at the discharge port (7) is moved from the sewage side to the indoor side. We prevent infestation of pests.
Thus, even if the sealed drain trap (9) in the drain pipe is broken, the bathtub drain (2a), the bathtub pan drain (2b), the washing pan drain (2c) from the sewage side, In the drainage flow path to all of the drainage outlets, there is always a self-sealing device (1), and the fourth layout is implemented by configuring the piping layout so that odors and pests do not enter the indoor side from the sewage side. In the example, the self-sealing device (1) is configured to be a non-sealed spare drainage trap (9) for the sealed drainage trap (9).
