Description
Claims (23)
- 掃除用電気器具に用いられるフィルタ組立体であって、第1のフィルタ部分と、変形可能なリムとを有し、前記第1のフィルタ部分は、前記変形可能なリムによって包囲されている、フィルタ組立体。
- 前記第1のフィルタ部分は、不織濾過材で作られている、請求項1記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記第1のフィルタ部分は、フォーム材料で作られている、請求項1記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタ組立体は、前記第1のフィルタ部分の下流側に設けられていて、静電濾過材から成る第2のフィルタ部分を更に有し、前記第1のフィルタ部分と前記第2のフィルタ部分は、前記変形可能なリムによって互いにすぐ隣り合わせに保持されている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記第1のフィルタ部分の上流側に設けられていて、メッシュ材料から成る前記第3のフィルタ部分を更に有し、前記第1のフィルタ部分と前記第3のフィルタ部分は、前記変形可能なリムによって互いにすぐ隣り合わせに保持されている、請求項4記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記変形可能なリムは、ポリウレタン材料から成る、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記変形可能なリムは、ショアーAロックウェルスケール(Shore A Rockwell scale)硬度が20〜90デュロ(Duro)のポリウレタン材料から成っている、請求項6記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記変形可能なリムは、ショアーAロックウェルスケール(Shore A Rockwell scale)硬度が65〜75デュロ(Duro)のポリウレタン材料から成っている、請求項6又は7記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記変形可能なリムは、ショアーAロックウェルスケール(Shore A Rockwell scale)硬度が25〜35デュロ(Duro)のポリウレタン材料から成っている、請求項6又は7記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタ部分のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記変形可能なリムに結合されている、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタ組立体は、洗浄可能である、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタ組立体の表面にはタブが取り付けられており、前記タブは、前記フィルタ組立体の取扱い及び洗浄を容易にするよう配置されている、請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記タブは、前記第1のフィルタ部分から見て遠くに位置する前記第3のフィルタ部分の表面に取り付けられ、前記タブは、前記変形可能なリムのところで前記第3のフィルタ部分に固定されている、請求項12記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタ組立体の形状は、全体として円形である、請求項1〜13のうちいずれか一に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタ組立体の形状は、全体として長方形である、請求項1〜13のうちいずれか一に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記変形可能なリムは、電気器具ハウジング内における前記フィルタ組立体の不正確な配向を阻止するようになった位置決め手段を有するよう構成されている、請求項1〜15のうちいずれか一に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記位置決め手段は、前記リムに設けられていて、前記リムから外方に延びる突出部を含む、請求項16記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記変形可能なリムは、柔軟性及び可撓性がある、請求項1〜17のうちいずれか一に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記変形可能なリムは、前記フィルタ組立体がクリーニング中、ユーザによって扱い可能であると共に押しつぶし可能であるように構成されている、請求項1〜18のうちいずれか一に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 空気流経路と、前記空気流経路中に設けられた少なくとも1つのフィルタ組立体とを有する真空掃除機において、前記少なくとも1つのフィルタ組立体は、請求項1〜19のうちいずれか一に記載のフィルタ組立体である、真空掃除機。
- 前記フィルタ組立体を収容するようになったハウジングを有し、使用にあたり、前記変形可能なリムは、前記ハウジングに圧接して前記フィルタ組立体を前記ハウジングと協働して密封するよう構成されている、請求項20記載の真空掃除機。
- 空気が前記空気流経路に沿って流れるようにするモータを有し、フィルタ組立体は、前記モータの上流側に位置決めされている、請求項20又は21記載の真空掃除機。
- 空気が前記空気流経路に沿って流れるようにするモータを有し、フィルタ組立体は、前記モータの下流側に位置決めされている、請求項20又は21記載の真空掃除機。
