Claims (14)
- 流体検体計測器に用いられる流体試料を調製する装置において、
第1の部分であって、
隔壁突刺突起と、
毛細管通路と、
前記第1の部分の外面の空気抜き孔と、
を備える第1の部分と、
第2の部分であって、
処理溶液室と、
前記処理溶液室を密封する隔壁と、
を備える第2の部分と、
を備え、
前記装置の前記第1の部分が前記装置の前記第2の部分内に最初に挿入されるとき、前記空気抜き孔は開いており、前記装置の前記第1の部分が前記装置の前記第2の部分内に完全に挿入されるとき、前記空気抜き孔は閉じられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記装置の前記第1の部分が前記装置の前記第2の部分内に挿入されるとき、前記空気抜き孔は、前記装置の前記第2の部分内から空気が逃げることを可能にしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記空気抜き孔は、前記装置の前記第1の部分の外面の一部に沿って延在する長孔を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記長孔は、前記外面部分の先端から、前記装置の前記第1の部分の前記外面の長さに沿って長く延在していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記装置の前記第1の部分が前記装置の前記第2の部分内に完全に挿入されるとき、前記装置の前記第1の部分の前記外面は、前記装置の前記第2の部分の内面に対して位置決めされるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 流体検体計測器に用いられる流体試料を調製する装置において、
流体試料を受け入れるように寸法決めされた毛細管通路を有すると共に、外面に空気抜き孔を有する第1の部分と、
第1の隔壁および第2の隔壁によって囲まれた処理溶液室を有する第2の部分であって、前記第1の部分が前記第2の部分内に挿入されるとき、前記第1の部分が前記第1の隔壁を突き通し、これによって、前記処理溶液室の内容物が前記毛細管通路の内容物と混合され、前記装置の前記第1の部分が前記装置の前記第2の部分内に最初に挿入されるとき、前記空気抜き孔は開いており、前記装置の前記第1の部分が前記装置の前記第2の部分内に完全に挿入されるとき、前記空気抜き孔は閉じられる第2の部分と、
前記処理溶液室および前記毛細管通路のそれぞれの内容物を前記装置から放出させるために、前記第2の隔壁を突き通す機構と、
を備えていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記装置の前記第1の部分が前記装置の前記第2の部分内に挿入されるとき、前記空気抜き孔は、前記装置の前記第2の部分内から空気が逃げることを可能にしていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記空気抜き孔は、前記装置の前記第1の部分の前記外面の一部に沿って延在する長孔を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記長孔は、前記外面部分の先端から、前記装置の前記第1の部分の前記外面の長さに沿って延在していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記装置の前記第1の部分が前記装置の前記第2の部分内に完全に挿入されるとき、前記装置の前記第1の部分の前記外面は、前記装置の前記第2の部分の内面に対して位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 流体検体計測器に用いられる流体試料を調製する装置において、
流体試料を受け入れるように寸法決めされた毛細管通路を有する第1の部分と、
第1の隔壁および第2の隔壁によって囲まれた処理溶液室を有する第2の部分であって、前記第1の部分が前記第2の部分内に挿入されるとき、前記第1の部分が前記第1の隔壁を突き通し、前記処理溶液室の内容物が前記毛細管通路の内容物と混合される第2の部分と、
前記第2の隔壁を突き通す機構を有するプランジャーであって、前記処理溶液室および前記毛細管通路の前記それぞれの内容物が前記プランジャーを通って放出されるようにされているプランジャーと、
を備えていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第2の隔壁を突き通す前記機構は、前記プランジャー上のスパイクを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記プランジャーは、中心流路を備え、前記スパイクは、前記中心流路に隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記スパイクの鋭利な端は、前記中心流路の上方に位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
