Abstract

Claims (36)
- 放射線不透性水分散性金属性ナノ粒子を含む医療機器であって、ナノ粒子が医療機器から医療機器を患者に移植する際に放出される前記医療機器。
- ナノ粒子が表面修飾を有する、請求項1記載の医療機器。
- 表面修飾が水溶性官能基を含む、請求項2記載の医療機器。
- 表面修飾が親水性官能基を含む、請求項2記載の医療機器。
- 表面修飾がナノ粒子の表面へ配位した有機分子を含む、請求項2記載の医療機器。
- 表面修飾が可溶性金属酸化物又は可溶性混合金属酸化物を含む、請求項2記載の医療機器。
- ナノ粒子が、ナノ粒子の生体適合性を改良するように改変された、請求項1記載の医療機器。
- ナノ粒子が、ナノ粒子の体組織における集積を減少するように改変された、請求項7記載の医療機器。
- ナノ粒子が、ナノ粒子の人体における毒性を減少するように改変された、請求項7記載の医療機器。
- ナノ粒子が、約100nm未満の平均粒子径を有する、請求項7記載の医療機器。
- ナノ粒子が、親水性の表面修飾を有する、請求項7記載の医療機器。
- ナノ粒子が、人体の血液循環からのナノ粒子の血管外遊走を減少するように改変された、請求項8記載の医療機器。
- ナノ粒子が、体による消失を促進するように改変された請求項1記載の医療機器。
- ナノ粒子が、ナノ粒子の腎クリアランスを増加するように改変された、請求項13記載の医療機器。
- ナノ粒子が約10nm未満の平均粒径を有する、請求項14記載の医療機器。
- ナノ粒子が中性又は陽性の静電電荷を有する請求項15記載の医療機器。
- ナノ粒子が、ナノ粒子の胆汁排泄を改善するように改変された、請求項13記載の医療機器。
- 単核食細胞系による取り込みを増加させる表面修飾を有する、請求項17記載の医療機器。
- 表面修飾が疎水性である、請求項18記載の医療機器。

- 表面修飾が水溶性をナノ粒子に付与する、請求項32記載の医療機器。
- 表面修飾がコロイド安定性をナノ粒子に付与する、請求項32記載の医療機器。
- さらに担体コーティングを含み、ナノ粒子が担体コーティング上又は内部に保持される、請求項32記載の医療機器。
