Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- LNG処理プラントであって、
還流脱メタン装置が底部生成物を還流脱エタン装置に提供するように、前記脱エタン装置に流体的に結合される前記脱メタン装置と、
前記脱メタン装置に結合され、前記脱メタン装置の側面抽出を使用して脱エタン装置オーバヘッド生成物を凝縮し、これによって還流を前記脱エタン装置とエタン液に提供するように構成される前記脱メタン装置に結合される熱交換回路と、
前記還流脱メタン装置に流体的に結合され、脱メタン装置オーバヘッド生成物と、前記脱メタン装置オーバヘッド生成物の蒸気部分を液化するのに十分な量の前記脱メタン装置オーバヘッド生成物の前記蒸気部分とに、冷凍を提供するようにさらに構成される供給交換器と、
を備える、LNG処理プラント。 - 前記熱交換回路が冷凍容量を前記脱エタン装置オーバヘッド生成物に提供し、これによって前記脱エタン装置オーバヘッド生成物を液化する脱メタン装置側部リボイラーを備える、請求項1に記載のLNG処理プラント。
- 前記液化された脱エタン装置オーバヘッド生成物を受け入れるように構成され、前記液化された脱エタン装置オーバヘッド生成物の少なくとも一部を還流として前記脱エタン装置に提供するようにさらに構成されたサージドラムをさらに備える、請求項2に記載のLNG処理プラント。
- 前記熱交換回路が一体型コイルを前記脱エタン装置頂部に備え、前記コイルは前記脱メタン装置から側面抽出を受け入れ、これによって冷凍容量を前記脱エタン装置オーバヘッド生成物に提供し、これによって前記脱エタン装置オーバヘッド生成物を液化するように構成される、請求項1に記載のLNG処理プラント。
- 前記熱交換回路が前記脱エタン装置オーバヘッド温度が−25°F〜−35°Fであるように構成される、請求項1に記載のLNG処理プラント。
- 前記脱エタン装置が80psig〜150psig(0.55MPa〜1.03MPa)の圧力で動作するように構成される、請求項1に記載のLNG処理プラント。
- 分離装置が前記脱メタン装置オーバヘッド生成物を前記蒸気部分と液体部分に分離し、前記分離装置は前記液体部分が脱メタン装置還流として前記脱メタン装置に供給されるように前記脱メタン装置に流体的に結合される、請求項1に記載のLNG処理プラント。
- 前記脱メタン装置オーバヘッド生成物の前記液化された蒸気部分をパイプライン圧力までポンピングする前記供給交換器に流体的に結合されたポンプをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のLNG処理プラント。
- 前記供給交換器と前記熱交換回路は少なくとも95%のエタン回収と少なくとも99%のメタン純度を可能にするように構成される、請求項1に記載のLNG処理プラント。
- LNGを300psig〜1500psig(2.07MPa〜10.34MPa)の圧力で前記供給交換器にポンピングするポンプをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のLNG処理プラント。
- LNGの処理方法であって、
還流脱メタン装置から還流脱エタン装置に底部生成物を提供するステップと、
脱エタン装置オーバヘッド生成物を凝縮し、これによって前記脱エタン装置とエタン液への還流を形成するために熱交換回路で前記脱メタン装置の側面抽出を使用するステップと、
LNG供給交換器において、脱メタン装置オーバヘッド生成物と、前記脱メタン装置オーバヘッド生成物の蒸気部分を液化するのに十分な量の前記脱メタン装置オーバヘッド生成物の前記蒸気部分とに、冷凍を提供するステップと、
を備える、方法。 - 前記熱交換回路が冷凍容量を前記脱エタン装置オーバヘッド生成物に提供し、これによって前記脱エタン装置オーバヘッド生成物を液化する脱メタン装置側部リボイラーを備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記液化された脱エタン装置オーバヘッド生成物の一部分が前記還流として前記脱エタン装置に供給される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換回路が前記脱エタン装置頂部に一体型コイルを備え、前記コイルは前記脱メタン装置から側面抽出を受け入れ、これによって冷凍容量を前記脱エタン装置オーバヘッド生成物に提供し、これによって前記脱エタン装置オーバヘッド生成物を液化する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記脱エタン装置が−25°F〜−35°Fのオーバヘッド温度で動作される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記脱エタン装置が80psig〜150psig(0.55MPa〜1.03MPa)の圧力で動作される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記脱メタン装置オーバヘッド生成物を前記蒸気部分と液体部分に分離し、前記液体部分を脱メタン装置還流として前記脱メタン装置に供給するステップをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記脱メタン装置オーバヘッド生成物の前記液化された蒸気部分をパイプライン圧力までポンピングするステップをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記供給交換器と前記熱交換回路は少なくとも95%のエタン回収と少なくとも99%のメタン純度を可能にするように構成される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- LNGを300psig〜1500psig(2.07MPa〜10.34MPa)の圧力で前記供給交換器にポンピングするステップをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
