Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 天然ガス生成物を供給する方法であって、
随意に洋上位置から陸上位置へ、気化超臨界LNGを供給するステップと、
気化超臨界LNGを第1の流れと第2の流れとに分割するステップと、
リーン天然ガス生成物を形成するために、第1の流れから少なくとも一部の非メタン成分を除去するように、第1の流れを処理するステップであって、第1の流れの少なくとも一部分の第1のターボ膨張を含む、前記処理するステップと、
第1のターボ膨張からのエネルギーの少なくとも一部を使用して、リーン天然ガス生成物を圧縮するステップと、
リーン圧縮天然ガス生成物を第2の流れと組み合わせて、これにより所定の含有量の非メタン成分を有する販売ガスを形成するステップとを含む方法。 - 気化超臨界LNGを供給するステップが、超臨界LNGを気化して20°F(約−7℃)またはそれ以下の所定の温度にすることを含み、前記所定の温度が、LNG中の非メタン成分の濃度に応じる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 気化超臨界LNGを第1の流れと第2の流れとに分割するステップが、LNG中の非メタン成分の濃度に応じる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の流れが吸収装置で処理され、吸収装置は、さらに吸収装置底部生成物を生成し、吸収装置底部生成物は、少なくとも1基の下流側カラムにおいてさらに処理され、これによってエタン生成物とプロパンおよびより重質の生成物の少なくとも1つを生成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1基の下流側カラムが、吸収装置の動作圧力より低い圧力で動作される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1基の下流側カラムが、脱メタン装置または脱エタン装置として動作され、還流の少なくとも1つとして吸収装置にリサイクルされるオーバヘッド生成物と、底部生成物とを提供する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記処理するステップが、第1の流れの少なくとも一部分の第2のターボ膨張をさらに含み、第1のターボ膨張は、下流側カラムの還流凝縮の仕事を提供し、第2のターボ膨張は、非メタン成分の回収のための吸収装置における冷凍の仕事を提供する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- LNG源と、超臨界圧でLNGを生成するように構成されて、LNG源に流体的に結合されたポンプと、
ポンプに結合されて、超臨界LNGを再ガス化して所定の温度にするように構成された再ガス化ユニットと、
再ガス化ユニットと動作的に連結され、再ガス化LNGの温度を、LNG中の非メタン成分の濃度に応じて設定できるようにされた制御装置とを含む設備。 - LNG源が、NLG運搬船、サブマージドLNGタンク、および浮遊LNGタンクからなる群から選択される、請求項8に記載の設備。
- 再ガス化ユニットが、オープンラック式海水気化器、サブマージド式燃焼燃料加熱気化器、周辺空気気化器、中間流体気化器、およびランキンサイクル気化器からなる群から選択されたユニットを含む、請求項8に記載の設備。
- 所定の温度が、約−20°F(約−29℃)から約20°F(約−7℃)までの間にある、請求項8に記載の設備。
- 制御装置が、前記温度をLNGの化学組成に関する予め提供された情報に応じて制御するようにプログラムされた中央処理装置を含む、請求項8に記載の設備。
- LNGをポンピングして超臨界圧にし、加圧されたLNGを再ガス化するように構成された、任意選択として洋上にある部分と、
再ガス化されたLNGの一部分を処理してLNG中の非メタン含有量の少なくとも一部分を除去し、これによってリーン天然ガス生成物を形成するように構成された陸上部分とを含み、
陸上部分が、さらに、リーン天然ガス生成物および再ガス化されたLNGの他の部分から販売ガスを生成するように構成されるLNG処理プラント。 - 陸上部分が、再ガス化されたLNGの一部分を受け入れて、これによってリーン天然ガスを生成する吸収装置を含む、請求項13に記載のLNG処理プラント。
- 吸収装置に入る前に、再ガス化されたLNGの一部分を膨張させるターボエキスパンダをさらに含み、ターボエキスパンダに動作的に結合されてリーン天然ガス生成物を圧縮するコンプレッサをさらに含む、請求項14に記載のLNG処理プラント。
- 吸収装置底部生成物を受け入れ、エタンとプロパンおよびより重質の生成物を生成するように構成された下流側カラムをさらに含む、請求項14に記載のLNG処理プラント。
- 脱メタン装置または脱エタン装置として動作され、吸収装置底部生成物を受け入れ、吸収装置への還流と底部給送流の少なくとも1つを生成するように構成された下流側カラムをさらに含む、請求項14に記載のLNG処理プラント。
- リーン天然ガス生成物と再ガス化されたLNGの他の部分を組み合わせて、これにより販売ガスを形成するように構成された流れ組合せエレメントをさらに含む、請求項14に記載のLNG処理プラント。
- 第1の量の非メタン成分を有する再ガス化されたLNGを超臨界圧で供給する源と、
再ガス化されたLNGから第1の流れと第2の流れを生成するように構成された流れ分割装置と、
第1の流れのターボ膨張した部分からリーン天然ガス生成物を生成するように構成された吸収装置と、
第1の流れのターボ膨張からのエネルギーを使用するように構成された、リーン天然ガス生成物を圧縮するコンプレッサと、
圧縮されたリーン天然ガス生成物と第2の流れから、第1の量より少ない量の非メタン成分を有する販売ガスを生成するように構成された流れ組合せエレメントとを含むLNG処理プラント。 - 再ガス化されたLNGの温度、および第1の流れと第2の流れとの比の少なくとも1つを制御するように構成された制御ユニットをさらに含み、温度と比が、再ガス化されたLNG中の非メタン濃度に応じて設定される、請求項19に記載のプラント。
