Abstract
【解決手段】 家庭電気器具用の制御ユニット、特に、家庭電気器具のカバー(10)の後側に設置するための家庭電気器具用のクックトップ用の制御ユニットにおいて、センサ素子(14)と、センサ素子(14)に関連する発光手段(12)を有する。光導波路(13)により出射された光に対して、光導波路(13)に入る光の方向を変化させる。発光手段(12)が、カバー(10)の反対側に向けられる回路基板(11)の面に配置される。光導波路(13)が回路基板(11)の開口部に配置される。光導波路(13)が、カバー(10)に面するように向けられた面に、ほぼ平坦な導電性表面(14)を有し、センサ素子が導電性表面(14)によって形成される。

Claims (9)
- 家庭電気器具用の制御ユニット、特に、家庭電気器具のカバー(10)の後側に設置するための家庭電気器具用のクックトップ用の制御ユニットであって、
−作動に依存するセンサ信号を生成するための少なくとも1つのセンサ素子(14)と、
−前記センサ素子(14)に関連する少なくとも1つの発光手段(12)と、
−少なくとも1つの光導波路(13)により出射された光に対して、前記光導波路(13)に入る光の方向を変化させるための前記発光手段(12)に関連する前記光導波路(13)と、
−前記発光手段(12)、前記光導波路(13)および前記センサ素子(14、15)が配置される回路基板(11)と、
を有する制御ユニットにおいて、
−前記発光手段(12)が、前記カバー(10)の反対側に向けられる前記回路基板(11)の面に配置され、
−前記光導波路(13)が前記回路基板(11)の開口部に少なくとも部分的に配置され、
−前記光導波路(13)が、前記カバー(10)に面するように向けられた面に、ほぼ平坦な導電性表面(14)を有し、前記センサ素子が前記導電性表面(14)によって少なくとも部分的に形成されることを特徴とする制御ユニット。 - 前記センサ素子が、作動に依存する容量を生成するための容量センサ素子(14)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記導電性表面が、少なくとも部分的に透明な導電性コーティング(14)で、前記カバー(10)に面するように向けられる前記面の前記光導波路を被覆することによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記光導波路(13)が導電性であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記光導波路(13)により出射された前記光に対して、前記光導波路(13)に入る前記光の方向の変化が90度であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記発光手段がLED(12)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記光導波路(13)に隣接する前記回路基板(11)の領域(15)が導電被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記回路基板(11)に隣接する前記光導波路の領域が導電被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。
- 導電性接触面(15)が、前記カバーに面するように向けられる前記面の前記回路基板の前記開口部の周囲に設けられ、前記光導波路(13)の前記導電性表面(14)に電気接触し、前記光導波路(13)の前記導電性表面(14)と前記接触面(15)とが前記センサ素子を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。
