Claims (10)
- サンプルが放射する光を検出するための光学プローブであって、
パラボラ状の光導波路と、
取り外し可能な要素を有し、前記光導波路を保持するよう構成された外側ハウジングと、
該外側ハウジングと前記取り外し可能な要素との間にあって前記導波路を所定位置に保持するよう構成された導波路マウントと、
少なくとも1つの分析対象の検出を行うための検出物質と、
該検出物質を励起するよう構成された励起源と、
放射光の通過を許容するよう構成された放射フィルタと、
放射光を光検出器上に集束させる捕集光学系と、
該捕集光学系を通過した放射光を検出する測定用の光検出器と、
を具えたことを特徴とする光学プローブ。 - 前記取り外し可能な要素と前記導波路との間に接続され、検出物質の付着を許容するよう構成された透光性のセンサ支持体をさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学プローブ。
- 前記検出物質は前記導波路に直接付着していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学プローブ。
- 前記光学プローブに作動的に接続され、ユーザの息を分析するためのエアウェイアダプタをさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学プローブ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの分析対象は、酸素、二酸化炭素、pH、リン酸塩、硝酸塩、アンモニア、塩化物、またはDNA、酵素あるいは抗体などの様々な生体分子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学プローブ。
- 前記励起源の後方散乱を測定するよう構成された基準フォトダイオードををさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学プローブ。
- 前記外側ハウジング、前記導波路マウント、前記導波路および前記取り外し可能な要素間の接続部を提供する少なくとも1つのシールリングをさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学プローブ。
- 前記測定用光検出器は測定用の光電子増倍管であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学プローブ。
- サンプルが放射する光を検出するための光学プローブであって、
パラボラ状の光導波路と、
取り外し可能な要素を有し、前記光導波路を保持するよう構成された外側ハウジングと、
少なくとも1つの分析対象の検出を行うための検出物質と、
該検出物質を励起するよう構成された励起源と、
前記放射光を検出する測定用の光検出器と、
を具えたことを特徴とする光学プローブ。 - サンプルが放射する光を検出するための光学プローブであって、
パラボラ状の光導波路と、
取り外し可能な要素を有し、前記光導波路を保持するよう構成された外側ハウジングと、
少なくとも1つの分析対象の検出を行うための検出物質と、
該検出物質を励起するよう構成された励起源と、
前記放射光を検出する測定用の光検出器と、
前記光学プローブに作動的に接続され、ユーザの息を分析するためのエアウェイアダプタと、
を具えたことを特徴とする光学プローブ。
