Abstract

Claims (11)
- a) ポリマ材料を含む層(2)をテンプレート表面(1)の少なくとも一部の上に塗布し、修正されたテンプレート表面(2’)を得るステップと、
b) ステップ(a)において製造された前記修正されたテンプレート表面(2’)をターゲット表面(3)で挟持し、アセンブリを得るステップと、
c) ステップ(b)において得られた前記アセンブリの環境に液体(4)を導入し、前記修正されたテンプレート表面(2’)のポリマ材料を含む層(2)を、前記ターゲット表面(3)上の少なくとも隣接領域上に移着するステップと、
を含む、
データ・ストレージ媒体を製造する方法。 - 前記テンプレート表面(1)が親水性の性質を有する、請求項1に記載のデータ・ストレージ媒体を製造する方法。
- 前記テンプレート表面(1)が、雲母基板、火炎焼きなましガラス基板、シリコン基板上の酸化ケイ素および(100)表面ペロブスカイト基板のうちの1つの表面を含む、請求項1または2に記載のデータ・ストレージ媒体を製造する方法。
- 前記ポリマ材料が架橋性ポリマを含む、請求項2または3に記載のデータ・ストレージ媒体を製造する方法。
- ステップ(b)に先だって、前記修正されたテンプレート表面(2’)を加熱するステップをさらに含む、請求項2、3または4に記載のデータ・ストレージ媒体を製造する方法。
- 前記液体(4)が極性液体を含む、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載のデータ・ストレージ媒体を製造する方法。
- 前記テンプレート表面(1)が、支持体(7)上に設けられた犠牲層(6)の表面を含む、請求項1に記載のデータ・ストレージ媒体を製造する方法。
- 前記犠牲層(6)が、水溶性塩、酸化ケイ素、金属および有機材料のうちの1つを含む、請求項7に記載のデータ・ストレージ媒体を製造する方法。
- 前記犠牲層(6)が前記酸化ケイ素層を含み、前記液体(4)がフッ化水素酸を含む、請求項8に記載のデータ・ストレージ媒体を製造する方法。
- 先行請求項のいずれか1項に従って製造されるデータ・ストレージ媒体。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項の方法に従って製造されたデータ・ストレージ媒体を含むデータ・ストレージ・デバイス。
