Description
Claims (20)
- タイヤ圧力を検知し、圧力を含むタイヤデータを生成するタイヤ圧力検知器と、
前記タイヤ圧力検知器から前記タイヤデータを受信し、前記タイヤデータをアンテナとして送信するように作用可能なタイヤバルブと、
前記タイヤ圧力検知器と前記タイヤバルブとを取り外し可能に連結するカプラとを備え、
前記カプラが互いに隣接して配置される2つの金属層を有する
ことを特徴とするタイヤモニタセンサ。 - 前記カプラが、静電結合を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤモニタセンサ。
- 前記2つの金属層が、絶縁層により離間されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタイヤモニタセンサ。
- 前記タイヤバルブと連結チューブにより前記2つの金属層が与えられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタイヤモニタセンサ。
- 前記連結チューブと前記タイヤバルブは、前記タイヤ圧力検知器の筐体に一体的に形成された開口部に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタイヤモニタセンサ。
- 前記絶縁層に空気が含まれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタイヤモニタセンサ。
- 前記絶縁層が、少なくとも前記タイヤバルブと前記連結チューブの一方に設けらえれたプラスチックコーティングを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタイヤモニタセンサ。
- 前記カプラが、誘導結合を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤモニタセンサ。
- 前記カプラが、前記2つの金属層の間における直接連結を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤモニタセンサ。
- 前記直接連結が、経時的に静電結合となることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のタイヤモニタセンサ。
- 前記カプラが、前記タイヤ圧力検知器から延出して、第1金属層となるタブを備え、前記タイヤバルブが第2金属層を提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤモニタセンサ。
- 前記タブと前記タイヤバルブが、少なくとも初期状態において、離間可能に直接連結されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のタイヤモニタセンサ。
- 前記第1金属層が、前記第2金属層に導電性締結具を用いて固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤモニタセンサ。
- 導電性連結チューブを用意し、前記連結チューブをタイヤ圧力検知器の筐体により形作られる開口部に挿入し、前記導電性チューブを前記タイヤ圧力検知器の回路構成部に接続し、
前記連結チューブがタイヤバルブステムを取り囲むように、前記開口部にタイヤバルブのステムを挿入し、これにより前記タイヤ圧力検知器の回路構成部と前記タイヤバルブのステムとをカップリングし、
前記タイヤバルブをアンテナとして用いて前記タイヤデータを送信する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記カップリングが、前記連結チューブと前記タイヤバルブステムとの間における静電結合、誘導結合、直接連結の少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項14に方法。
- 更に、前記タイヤバルブのステムと前記連結チューブとの間に絶縁層を形成することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁層に空気が含まれることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 更に前記連結チューブあるいは前記タイヤバルブステムの少なくとも一方にプラスチックコーティングを施すことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記タイヤ圧力検知器の筐体に形作られた前記開口部への前記連結チューブの挿入に、前記連結チューブの前記筐体へのモルディグが含まれることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記カップリングが前記連結チューブと前記ステムとの間の直接連結であり、前記直接連結が経時的に静電結合となることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
