Abstract
【解決手段】乾燥バイオマスの醗酵の間、浸出液はバイオマスに含まれる水分によって生成され、浸出液排水装置22によって回収される。必要に応じて、バイオマスを発酵させるために、浸出液をバイオマス上部から再循環する。発酵槽2中の浸出液を、浸出液排水装置22によってすぐに回収しないで、特定の水位になるまで貯留することにより、バイオガスの収率がおよそ10〜40%の範囲で著しく増加する。発酵槽は液密であり、浸出液排水装置22を浸出液制御装置30に接続することによって、バイオガスの生成速度もしくはバイオガスの収率が最大となるように、発酵しているバイオマス中の浸出液の水位を調整し、制御することができる。

Claims (11)
- 固形分の多いバイオマス(4)をメタン化するためのバイオリアクタであって、
気密密封可能な発酵槽(2)と、
バイオガス排出経路(18)と、
前記バイオマス(4)により前記発酵槽(2)を充填し、あるいは、空にするための投入・排出口(14)と、
前記発酵槽(2)の底板(6)および/または壁板(8、9、12)に設けられた浸出液排水装置(または浸出絞り液排水装置)(22)とを備え、
前記発酵槽(2)は液密され、
前記浸出液排水装置(22)は、前記発酵槽(2)中における浸出液の水位(28)を制御するために浸出液制御装置(30)に接続されていることを特徴とするバイオリアクタ。 - 前記浸出液制御装置(30)は、前記浸出液排水装置(22)に浸出液排出経路(32)を介して接続された浸出液貯留槽(34)と、前記浸出液排出経路(32)に設けられたバルブ(36)と、前記発酵槽(2)中における前記浸出液の水位(28)を決定するための水位センサとを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記浸出液制御装置(30)は、前記浸出液排出経路(32)に設けられた浸出液排出ポンプ(38)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記水位センサは圧力センサ(40)であり、前記浸出液排出経路(32)または前記発酵槽(2)中に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記浸出液制御装置(30)は、前記発酵槽(2)の上側領域に前記浸出液留槽(34)を接続する浸出液循環ライン(48)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記投入・排出口(14)は、好ましくは油圧作動可能な蓋であり、重ね合わせることにより前記発酵槽(2)を密閉することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記醗酵槽内において、前記蓋の後で充填方向に沿って保持装置が設けられており、充填されたバイオマスを少なくとも部分的に支えるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記浸出液貯留槽(34)内に充填物がセットされ、バイオガスを発生する微生物が充填物に付着できるとともに、前記浸出液貯留槽(34)がバイオガス排出ラインを備えることを特徴とする請求項2から7のいずれかに記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 前記浸出液貯留槽(34)内の前記充填物は、固形分の多いバイオマスよりなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバイオリアクタ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の複数のバイオリアクタ(2−i)と、共通の浸出液貯留槽(34)とを備えることを特徴とするバイオガス生成装置。
- 前記複数のバイオリアクタ(2−i)の大多数は、浸出液接続ラインを介してそれぞれ互いに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバイオガス生成装置。
