Abstract

Биореактор с повышенным выходом газа, в котором сокращено необходимое время пребывания биомассы в ферментационном резервуаре. Во время ферментации низковлажной, т.е. не перекачиваемой насосом биомассы происходит образование на основе влаги, содержащейся в биомассе, перколяционных жидкостей, т.е. перколята, причем указанный перколят отводят посредством дренажной системы и, возможно, возвращают сверху в биомассу, подвергающуюся ферментации. Теперь обнаружено, что выход биомассы значительно возрастает, в области от 10 до 40%, когда полученный перколят не отводится сразу посредством дренажной системы, но собирается вместо этого в ферментационном резервуаре до определенного уровня. Это достигается посредством технического устройства, в котором ферментационный резервуар является непроницаемым для жидкостей, т.е. и створка для загрузки и разгрузки ферментационного резервуара должна быть непроницаемой для жидкости, а также должна быть выполнена достаточно прочной для того, чтобы выдерживать возникающее в результате давление жидкости. Путем соединения существующей дренажной системы для дренажа перколята и системы контроля уровня перколята можно регулировать и контролировать уровень жидкого перколята в подвергаемой ферментации биомассе таким образом, чтобы максимизировать интенсивность выработки или выход биогаза.
