Abstract

Dispositivo para el tratamiento de restos de fermentación o de mezclas de restos de fermentación (2), que presenta una base (3) para el depósito del resto de fermentación (2), teniendo la base (3) una configuración permeable a los gases, y presentando la base (3) una instalación de entrada (4) que puede conectarse a un conducto (6), para introducir un medio gaseoso en la base (3), la cual está configurada de tal forma, que al menos partes de la zona de la base (3) pueden ser atravesadas por el medio gaseoso para el aireado del resto de fermentación (2), habiendo conectada en el conducto (6) una instalación de calentamiento (6a) para calentar el medio gaseoso que fluye a través del conducto (6), caracterizado por que en la base (3) está previsto al menos un elemento de calentamiento (5), mediante el cual, el resto de fermentación (2), se calienta como consecuencia de una introducción de calor directa, estando configurado el conducto (6) para el suministro de aire de suministro.
