、このように製造された三重管は所望の長さに切断して出荷される。
A の下部には溶融状態の物質を排出させるためにモータ72Cにより駆動される一対の引出しローラ72Bが構成される。
Claims (15)
- 円筒構造を有する巻き取り機及びこれを回転駆動させる駆動手段と、
上記巻き取り機に積層管の内層及び外層を形成するために樹脂材をシート状に押出する内層押出機及び外層押出機と、
中間層を形成するために溶融状態の物質を一対の引出しローラを利用してシート構造に引き出す中間投入機と、
上記巻き取り機の側面に位置され上記巻き取り機に多層構造に積層されたシートを押さえて圧着させる圧着ローラと、を包含することを特徴とする積層管製造装置。 - 上記積層管製造装置は、上記巻き取り機の周辺に配置されて上記巻き取り機にそれぞれの樹脂材シートが巻回される時に冷却水を噴射する冷却水噴射機構を更に含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の積層管製造装置。
- 上記積層管製造装置は、上記巻き取り機の回転方向に上記冷却水噴射機構の裏側に位置されて、巻回された部分の表面に存在する水気を除去する水分除去機構を更に含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の積層管製造装置。
- 上記水分除去機構は、圧縮空気を噴射できる構造を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の積層管製造装置。
- 上記冷却水噴射機構は、上記巻き取り機の下部側から巻回された樹脂材に冷却水を噴射し得るように配置されて、上記水分除去機構は、上記巻き取り機の上部側から巻回された樹脂材に圧縮空気を噴射し得るように構成されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の積層管製造装置。
- 上記水分除去機構は、上記巻回された樹脂材の表面に対して傾斜した方向から圧縮空気を噴射するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の積層管製造装置。
- 上記中間投入機は、中間層を形成するための溶融状態の物質が貯蔵される投入桶と、上記投入桶の下部に位置され、駆動手段により回転駆動されながら溶融状態の物質を引き出す一対の引出しローラと、上記一対の引出しローラ間の間隔を調節し得る間隔調節装置と、を包含して構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の積層管製造装置。
- 上記引出しローラは、その内部に引出される溶融物質を冷却させるように冷却水が通過するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の積層管製造装置。
- 複数の廃プラスチックを回収し紙、金属、ガラス、布などの非プラスチック成分を除去して、純粋なプラスチック成分だけを選別する廃プラスチック選別段階と、
上記廃プラスチック選別過程で選別されたプラスチックを所定サイズ以下に粉砕する複合廃プラスチックの粉砕段階と、
上記粉砕された複合廃プラスチックを2軸スクリュー溶融機に投入し熱を加えて一定温度で一定の状態まで溶融させながら混合する溶融及びミキシング段階と、
上記溶融及びミキシング段階を経由した複合廃プラスチックを一対の引出しローラを用いた中間層投入機により所定の膜厚及び幅を有するシート状に形成して引き出す中間層シート形成段階と、
上記中間層を形成するシートと共に内層押出機及び外層押出機を利用して積層管の内層及び外層を形成するための樹脂材シートを押出し巻き取り機からスパイラル方式で連続的に巻回させて円筒形の管状を成形する積層管形成段階と、
上記段階で形成された積層管に冷却水を噴射して冷却し、所望の長さに積層管を切断して完成する積層管の冷却及び完成段階と、を順次行うことを特徴とする積層管の製造方法
。 - 上記溶融及びミキシング段階は、粉砕された複合廃プラスチックを1次及び2、3次過程を経由して溶融しミキシングするものの、1次溶融過程における加熱温度は240℃〜280℃とし、2、3次過程における加熱温度は上記1次溶融過程の温度よりも低い180℃〜220℃に設定することを特徴とする請求項9記載の積層管の製造方法。
- 上記中間層シート形成段階において、シートの供給は二つの引出しローラを通して引出される中間層シートを上から下に自然落下する方式で供給することを特徴とする請求項9記載の積層管の製造方法。
- 上記積層管形成段階において、それぞれの層を形成するシートが巻かれる時、層と層の間または各層の表面に冷却水を直接噴射して瞬間冷却させることを特徴とする請求項9記載の積層管の製造方法。
- 上記瞬間冷却温度は、100℃〜150℃であることを特徴とする請求項12記載の積層管の製造方法。
- 上記冷却水を噴射して冷却されると、冷却された各層の表面に新しい層が巻かれる直前に圧縮空気を集中噴射して水分を除去することを特徴とする請求項13記載の積層管の製造方法。
- 積層管の中間層を形成するシートと共に積層管の内層及び外層を形成するための樹脂材シートを巻き取り機に供給しながら、スパイラル方式で連続的に巻回させて円筒形の管状に成形して積層管を形成するものの、それぞれの層を形成するシートが巻かれる時、層と層の間または各層の表面に冷却水を直接噴射して瞬間冷却させた後、この冷却された層の表面に新しい層が巻かれる直前に圧縮空気を集中噴射して水分を除去する、ことを特徴とする積層管の製造方法
。
