Abstract
【解決手段】内腔プロテーゼ(500)は、長手方向の軸線(504)に沿って、収縮状態から伸張状態へ変形するのに好適な筒状本体(502)を含んでいる。複数の蛇行部(506a〜d,508a〜d,510a〜d)又は閉じた蛇行経路は、略周方向に展開する。各蛇行部は、アーム(511)と、続く二つのアーム(511)を連結する屈曲部(512)を含んでいる。プロテーゼが収縮状態にある時、及びプロテーゼが伸張状態又は部分的伸張状態にある時の両状態において、隣の蛇行部に面する屈曲部は、続く蛇行部の反対側の屈曲部(512)の夫々に対して周方向にずれている。第一の部分(506,510)は、少なくとも一つのブリッジ(514a)によって相互に接続された少なくとも二つの隣り合う蛇行部を有しており、二つの蛇行部間の長手方向の最短間隔を隔てて位置する少なくとも一対の屈曲部は、ブリッジによって接続されていない。第二の部分(508)は、少なくとも二つの隣り合う蛇行部を有しており、それらの蛇行部は、二つの蛇行部間の長手方向の最短間隔を隔てて位置する二つの蛇行部の複数対の屈曲部の数と等しい数のブリッジ(514b)によって相互に接続されている。

Claims (21)
- 収縮状態から伸張状態又は部分的伸張状態へ変形するのに好適な筒状本体(502)を備え、
前記筒状本体(502)が、長手方向の軸線(504)に沿って展開し、前記筒状本体(502)が、実質的に円周方向へ展開する複数の蛇行部群(506a〜506d,508a〜508e,510a〜510d)、又は閉じた蛇行経路を含み、
前記蛇行部の夫々がアーム部、即ちアーム(511)と、続く二本のアーム(511)を連結させて前記蛇行部又は蛇行経路を形成する屈曲部分、即ち屈曲部(512)とを含んでおり、
隣の蛇行部に面する屈曲部(512)が、プロテーゼが収縮状態である時と、プロテーゼが伸張状態又は部分的伸張状態である時の両状態において、連続するその蛇行部の反対側にある屈曲部(512)に相対して、円周方向にずれており、
ほぼ長手方向へ伸張するブリッジ(514a〜514c)のうち少なくとも一本が、二つの蛇行部間の長手方向の距離が最短となるように位置する二つの屈曲部(512a,512b)の夫々で、隣り合う二つの蛇行部を接続し、
前記蛇行部が、前記長手方向の軸線(504)に沿って配置された少なくとも二つの区部(506,508,510)に分けられており、
第1の区部(506,510)が、少なくとも一つのブリッジ(514a)によって相互に接続された少なくとも二つの隣り合う蛇行部群を含み、ブリッジによって接続されていない屈曲部の少なくとも一対は、二つの蛇行部間の長手方向の距離が最短となるように位置しており、
第2の区部(508)が、二つの蛇行部間の長手方向の距離が最短となるように位置する二つの蛇行部群の屈曲部の対の数と等しい数のブリッジ(514b)によって相互に接続された少なくとも二つの隣り合う蛇行部群を含んでいる、内腔プロテーゼ(500)。 - 前記第1の区部(506,510)が前記内腔プロテーゼの基端部及び/又は遠位端部であり、前記第2の区部(508)が前記内腔プロテーゼの中央部である、請求項1に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 二つの蛇行部の各蛇行部が、二つの区部のいずれか一方の一部であり、前記第1の(506,510)蛇行部の区部及び前記第2の(508)蛇行部の区部が、二つの蛇行部間の長手方向の距離が最短となる位置で、二つの蛇行部の屈曲部の対を連結するブリッジ(514c)によって接続されている、請求項1又は2に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 第1の(506,510)区部と第2の(508)区部を連結するブリッジ(514c)の数が、第1の区部(506,510)の隣り合う二つの蛇行部を接続するブリッジ(514a)の数と、第2の区部(508)の隣り合う二つの蛇行部を接続するブリッジ(514b)の数の間である、請求項3に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 第1の区部(506,510)が少なくとも三つの蛇行部群(506a〜506c)を含み、二つの蛇行部群を接続するブリッジ(514a)が、長手方向の軸線(504)に沿って直ぐに続くブリッジ(514a)に相対して円周方向にずれている、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 前記第1の区部(506,510)が内腔プロテーゼの遠位端部であり、少なくとも一つのマーカー(518)又はX線不透過性要素を含んでいる、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 前記第1の区部(506,510)が内腔プロテーゼの基端部であり、少なくとも一つのマーカー(518)又はX線不透過性要素を含んでいる、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 前記第1の区部として備えられた遠位端部(506)と、前記第2の区部として備えられた中央部(508)と、前記第1の区部として備えられた基端部(510)とを含み、収縮状態及び伸張状態の両状態において、前記遠位端部、中央部及び基端部が、内腔プロテーゼの長さの約三分の一展開する、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 前記第1の区部として備えられた遠位端部(506)と、前記第2の区部として備えられた中央部(508)と、前記第1の区部として備えられた基端部(510)とを含み、前記基端部及び前記遠位端部が夫々四つの蛇行部群を含み、前記中央部が五つの蛇行部群を含む、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 前記第1の区部として備えられた遠位端部(506)と、前記第2の区部として備えられた中央部(508)と、前記第1の区部として備えられた基端部(510)とを含み、前記基端部及び前記遠位端部が夫々四つの蛇行部群を含み、前記中央部が五つの蛇行部群を含む、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 前記第1の区部として備えられた遠位端部(506)と、前記第2の区部として備えられた中央部(508)と、前記第1の区部として備えられた基端部(510)とを含み、前記基端部及び前記遠位端部が夫々三つの蛇行部群を含み、前記中央部が四つの蛇行部群を含む、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 前記第1の区部として備えられた遠位端部(506)と、前記第2の区部として備えられた中央部(508)と、前記第1の区部として備えられた基端部(510)とを含み、前記基端部及び前記遠位端部が有する蛇行部群の数が、前記中央部が有する蛇行部群の数よりも少ない又は等しい、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 伸張状態で円形の筒状本体を形成する、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 伸張状態で円錐台形の筒状本体を形成する、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- コーティング物質を含む、請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 前記コーティング物質がPTFEである、請求項15に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 前記コーティング物質が生分解性物質である、請求項15に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 前記コーティング物質がポリエステルファイバーを含む、請求項15に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 円周方向に実質的に測定した時のブリッジ(514a,514b,514c)の幅が、同様に円周方向に実際に測定した時のアーム(511)の幅の約2倍である、請求項1〜18の何れか一項に記載の内腔プロテーゼ。
- 特に頸動脈における分岐路に移植可能な、請求項1〜19の何れか一項に記載の内腔プロテーゼ(500)の使用。
- 伸張状態にある前記プロテーゼが円錐台の形状を有しており、反対側の遠位端部の円周より小さい円周を有する前記プロテーゼの基端部(510)が分岐路に配置される、請求項20に記載の内腔プロテーゼ(500)の使用。
