Claims (11)
- 少なくとも第1ステント(1’)と、第2ステント(1”)とを有し、各ステント(1)が近位部分(2)と、中央部分(3)と遠位部分(4)とからなる組立体(10)であって、近位部分(2)と遠位部分(4)が、中央部分(3)によって提供される半径方向力の半分に実質的に等しい半径方向力を提供し、第2ステント(1”)の遠位部分(4”)を第1ステント(1’)の近位部分(2’)に重ねることによって、重ねられた部分によって提供される半径方向力が2つのステント(1’、1”)の中央部分(3’、3”)によって提供される半径方向力にほぼ等しくなる、組立体(10)。
- 前記ステント(1)が、複数の曲がり部(5)を有し、各曲がり部が、複数の屈曲部(52)によって相互に連結された複数の支柱(51)を有し、リンク(50)によって少なくとも1つの隣接する曲がり部に連結される、請求項1に記載の組立体(10)。
- 近位部分(2)と遠位部分(4)の曲がり部(5)が、ステント(1)の中央部分(3)の曲がり部(5)の支柱(51)よりも長い支柱(51)を有する、請求項2に記載の組立体(10)。
- 近位部分(2)と遠位部分(4)の曲がり部(5)が、同一ステント(1)の中央部分(3)の曲がり部(5)を連結するリンク(50)の数よりも少ない数のリンク(50)によって連結される、請求項2に記載の組立体(10)。
- ステント(1)の近位部分(2)と遠位部分(4)が、中央部分(3)よりも小さな半径方向厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の組立体(10)。
- ステント(1)が、タンタル、金、プラチナ、タングステンからなる群から選ばれる放射線不透過性材料製の少なくとも1つのマーカ(6)を有する、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- ステント(1)が、
‐ステント(1)の近位端に第1マーカ(61)と、
‐ステント(1)の遠位端に第2マーカ(62)と、

を備えている、請求項6に記載の組立体(10)。 - 少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性のマーカ(6)が、内部に収容される曲がり部(5)の全軸方向長さの50%より大きい軸方向長さを有し、好ましくは65%より大きく、更に好ましくは70%より大きい、請求項6に記載の組立体(10)。
- 請求項1に記載の組立体(10)を利用する方法であって、
‐第1ステント(1’)を折り畳み構造で提供する工程と、
‐障害のある患者の血管に沿って障害の縁位端まで第1ステント(1’)を案内する工程と、
‐第1ステント(1’)を折り畳み構造から拡張構造に至らせる工程と、
‐第2ステント(1”)を折り畳み構造で提供する工程と、
‐同一の血管に沿って障害まで第2ステント(1”)を案内する工程と、
‐第2ステント(1”)の遠位端(4”)を第1ステント(1’)の近位端(2’)内へ案内する工程と、
‐第2ステント(1”)を折り畳み構造から拡張構造に至らせる工程とを有する、方法。 - 近位部分(2)と、中央部分(3)と遠位部分(4)とからなるステント(1)であって、近位部分(2)と遠位部分(4)が、中央部分(3)によって提供される半径方向力の半分に実質的に等しい半径方向力を提供し、第2ステント(1”)の遠位部分(4”)を第1ステント(1’)の近位部分(2’)に重ねることによって、重ねられた部分によって提供される半径方向力が2つのステント(1’、1”)の中央部分(3’、3”)によって提供される半径方向力にほぼ等しくなる、ステント(1)。
