Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 冷媒が軸方向に流動するシリンダー;
上記シリンダーの内部を往復運動して流体を圧縮するピストン;
上記シリンダーの一端に開閉可能に設置され、冷媒を吐出する吐出バルブアセンブリー;
上記吐出バルブアセンブリーを覆い、上記吐出バルブアセンブリーから冷媒が吐出される大きさの異なる下位吐出空間で区画される吐出空間を備え、相対的に体積の小さい下位吐出空間から相対的に体積の大きい下位吐出空間に冷媒が流動するようにして脈動を低減させる吐出ギャップ;
を含むことを特徴とするリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。 - 上記吐出ギャップの体積の大きい下位吐出空間に一端が連結されて、外部に冷媒を吐出するように案内する第1ループパイプをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。
- 上記吐出バルブアセンブリーは体積の小さい下位吐出空間に冷媒を吐出する連通ホールを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。
- 上記吐出ギャップに一端が連結されて外部に冷媒を吐出するように案内する第1ループパイプ;
上記第1ループパイプの他端に連結されて、脈動を低減させる緩衝ギャップ;
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。 - 上記シリンダーが設置されるフレームをさらに含み、
上記緩衝ギャップは、上記フレームに設置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。 - 上記緩衝ギャップは、上記吐出ギャップより体積が小さく形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。
- 上記吐出ギャップは体積の大きい下位吐出空間と体積の小さい下位吐出空間との間に体積の大きい下位吐出空間より小さく、体積の大きい下位吐出空間より大きい空間を有する追加の下位吐出空間をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。
- 上記緩衝ギャップに一端が連結されて、上記緩衝ギャップから冷媒を外部に吐出するように案内する第2ループパイプをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。
- 上記第1ループパイプの他端及び上記第2ループパイプの一端は、上記緩衝ギャップ内でお互いに離隔して設置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。
- 上記第1ループパイプの他端及び上記第2ループパイプの一端のうちいずれか一つが上記緩衝ギャップでより深い位置に位置するように設置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。
- 冷媒が軸方向に流動するシリンダー;
上記シリンダー内部を往復運動して流体を圧縮するピストン;
上記シリンダーの一端に開閉可能に設置されて冷媒を吐出する吐出バルブアセンブリー;
上記吐出バルブアセンブリーを覆い、上記吐出バルブアセンブリーから冷媒が吐出される複数個の体積の小さい下位吐出空間及び一つの体積の大きい下位吐出空間により区画され、相対的に体積の小さい下位吐出空間から相対的に体積の大きい下位吐出空間に冷媒が流動するようにして脈動を低減させる吐出ギャップ;
を含むことを特徴とするリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。 - 上記下位吐出空間は吐出バルブの外周に沿って配列されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。
- 冷媒が軸方向に流動するシリンダー;
上記シリンダー内部を往復運動して流体を圧縮するピストン;
上記シリンダーの一端に開閉可能に設置されて冷媒を吐出する吐出バルブアセンブリー;
上記吐出バルブアセンブリーから冷媒が吐出される吐出空間を有する吐出ギャップ;
上記吐出ギャップに一端が連結されて上記吐出ギャップの外部に冷媒を吐出するように案内する第1ループパイプ;
上記第1ループパイプの他端に連結されて、脈動を低減させる緩衝ギャップ;
をさらに含むことを特徴とするリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。 - 上記緩衝ギャップに一端が連結されて、上記緩衝ギャップから冷媒を外部に吐出されるように案内する第2ループパイプをさらに含み、
上記第1ループパイプの他端及び第2ループパイプの一端のうちいずれか一つが緩衝ギャップでより深い位置に設置されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。 - 上記緩衝ギャップは上記吐出ギャップより体積が小さくなるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のリニア圧縮機用の冷媒吐出構造。
