Claims (6)
- 케이싱의 내부에 진동 가능하도록 탄력 지지하고 가동자가 직선으로 왕복운동을 하는 왕복동모터를 구비하며 그 왕복동모터의 가동자에 피스톤을 결합하여 실린더에서 직선으로 왕복운동을 하면서 냉매가스를 흡입 압축하여 토출하도록 구성하는 압축기본체와, 압축기본체의 토출측에 연결하여 케이싱의 내부에서 압축기본체의 진동을 감쇄하는 루프파이프와, 루프파이프의 끝단에 연결하여 케이싱에 관통 결합하는 가스토출관을 포함한 왕복동식 압축기에 있어서,압축기본체의 토출측에서 토출되는 냉매가스의 토출유로 중간에 밀봉하여 형성하는 흡진챔버와, 흡진챔버의 내부에 충진하여 진동체와 마찰되거나 또는 서로 마찰되면서 냉매가스의 토출시 발생하는 고주파 진동을 상쇄하는 다수 개의 미세입자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 진동 저감 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,흡진챔버는 실린더의 선단면에 착탈하면서 냉매가스의 토출을 제한하는 토출밸브를 수용하고 상기 루프파이프를 연결하여 상기한 실린더의 선단측을 복개하는 토출커버에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 진동 저감 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,흡진챔버는 토출밸브를 수용하는 토출실을 루프파이프와 연결하는 가스안내관이 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 진동 저감 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,흡진챔버는 토출실과 분리 구획되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 진동 저감 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,흡진챔버는 루프파이프의 외주면에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 진동 저감 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,흡진챔버는 케이싱과 가스토출관의 접합 부위에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 진동 저감 장치.
