Claims (10)
- 吹き動かされることが可能な断熱材料であって、
前記断熱材料は、バット、ウェブ、結合されたバット、結合されたウェブ、結合されたバットの一部分、及び結合されたウェブの一部分からなるグループから1つ以上選択された材料からなり、前記グループの材料は、天然繊維又は材料から構成されたランダム形状の吹き動かされることが可能なクラスタになるように1回以上細断されている、前記断熱材料。 - 吹き動かされることが可能なクラスタは、人工繊維又は材料からも構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吹き動かされることが可能な断熱材料。
- バット、ウェブ、結合されたバット、結合されたウェブ、結合されたバットの一部分、及び結合されたウェブの一部分は、天然繊維又は材料のみから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吹き動かされることが可能な断熱材料。
- バット、ウェブ、結合されたバット、結合されたウェブ、結合されたバットの一部分、及び結合されたウェブの一部分は、人工繊維又は材料と天然繊維又は材料とを組み合わせて構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吹き動かされることが可能な断熱材料。
- 結合されたバット、結合されたウェブ、結合されたバットの一部分、及び結合されたウェブの一部分は、熱調整されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吹き動かされることが可能な断熱材料。
- 吹き動かされることが可能なクラスタは、複数の接着点において1つに結合されているランダム繊維から構成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の吹き動かされることが可能な断熱材料。
- 人工繊維は、3〜12ミクロンの直径を有する合成重合マイクロ繊維が70〜95重量%、12〜50ミクロンの直径を有する合成重合マクロ繊維が5〜30重量%で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の吹き動かされることが可能な断熱材料。
- バット、ウェブ、結合されたバット、結合されたウェブ、結合されたバットの一部分、及び結合されたウェブの一部分は、0.5〜6.0デニールの撥水又は潤滑加工された繊維、ドライ繊維、及びバインダー繊維からなるグループから1つ以上選択された材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吹き動かされることが可能な断熱材料。
- 天然材料及び人工材料の1つ以上を混ぜ合わせていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吹き動かされることが可能な断熱材料。
- 天然材料及び人工材料の1つ以上を混ぜ合わせていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吹き動かされることが可能な断熱材料。
