Abstract
【解決手段】(a)炭素質流及び酸素含有流を選択された酸素対炭素比(0/C比)でガス化反応器に供給する工程、(b)ガス化反応器中で炭素質流を部分酸化し、これにより少なくとも合成ガス、CO2及びCH4を含むガス状生成物流を得る工程、(c)工程(b)で得られた生成物流中のCO2の含有量を測定する工程、(d)工程(c)で測定した含有量を、予定含有量と比較し、これにより、できる限り工程(c)で測定した含有量と予定含有量との差異値を得る工程、(e)工程(d)で得られた差異値に基づいて工程(a)における0/C比を調節する工程を含む、炭素質流の部分酸化による合成ガスの製造法。

Description
一般に石炭、褐炭、泥炭、木材、コークス、煤、又はその他のガス状、液体又は固体燃料又はそれらの混合物のような炭(化水)素質流は、ガス化反応器中でほぼ純粋な酸素、(任意に酸素豊富な)空気等の酸素含有ガスを用いて部分燃焼(さもなければ部分酸化)させると、合成ガス(即ち、CO及びH2)、CO2、その他を含む生成物流が得られる。
本発明の目的は、前記問題を少なくとも最小限にすることである。
別の目的は、合成ガスの代替製造法を提供することである。
(a)炭素質流及び酸素含有流を選択された酸素対炭素比(0/C比)でガス化反応器に供給する工程、
(b)ガス化反応器中で炭素質流を部分酸化し、これにより少なくとも合成ガス、CO2及びCH4を含むガス状生成物流を得る工程、
(c)工程(b)で得られた生成物流中のCO2の含有量を測定する工程、
(d)工程(c)で測定した含有量を、予定含有量と比較し、これにより、できる限り工程(c)で測定した含有量と予定含有量との差異値を得る工程、
(e)工程(d)で得られた差異値に基づいて工程(a)における0/C比を調節する工程、
を含む。
本発明によれば、生成物流中のCO2含有量は、比較目的には特に好適であることが見出された。したがって、工程(c)で、できるだけ得られる差異値は、生成物中のCO2含有量と、予定のCO2含有量との比較に基づいて得ることが好ましい。
酸素含有流用入口と、炭素質流用入口と、ガス化反応器の下流に該ガス化反応器中で製造された生成物流用出口とを有するガス化反応器;
酸素含有流のガス化反応器への流れを制御するための第一流れ制御器;
炭素質流のガス化反応器への流れを制御するための第二流れ制御器;
生成物流のCO2含有量を測定すると共に、これを、予定CO2含有量と比較し、これによりできる限り差異値を得るための品質制御器;
を備え、品質制御器は、第一及び第二流れ制御器と機能的に連結し、前記差異値に基づいて第一及び第二の流れ制御器中の流速の少なくとも1つを調節できる。
図1は本発明方法を実施するためのシステムを示す。この説明目的のため、単一符号は、1つのライン及びこのラインで運ばれる流れに整合させた。同一符号は同様な構造部品を示す。
図1の実施態様では、製造された合成ガス含有生成物流30は、急冷部6に供給され、ここで生成物流30は、通常、約350℃に冷却される。急冷部6は、いかなる形状のものでもよいが、通常は管状形態である。
以下に本発明方法の非限定的実施例について説明する。

Claims (7)
- 酸素対炭素比(0/C比)を用いて部分酸化を制御する、炭素質流の部分酸化による合成ガスの製造方法であって、
(a)炭素質流及び酸素含有流を選択された0/C比でガス化反応器に供給する工程、
(b)ガス化反応器中で炭素質流を部分酸化し、これにより少なくとも合成ガス、CO2及びCH4を含むガス状生成物流を得る工程、
(c)工程(b)で得られた生成物流中のCO2の含有量を測定する工程、
(d)工程(c)で測定した含有量を、予定含有量と比較し、これにより、できる限り工程(c)で測定した含有量と予定含有量との差異値を得る工程、
(e)工程(d)で得られた差異値に基づいて工程(a)における0/C比を調節する工程、
を含む該方法。 - 工程(d)でできる限り得られた差異値が、生成物流中のCO2含有量と予定CO2含有量との比較に基づいて得られる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 差異値は、予定CO2含有量に対する、生成物流中のCO2含有量と予定CO2含有量との絶対差の百分率として表されると共に、工程(e)は、差異値が0.5〜5%の予め選択された値を超えた場合に行なわれる請求項2に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)に供給された炭素質流が粒状石炭を含有する請求項1〜3の1項以上に記載の方法。
- 0/C比が、工程(a)に供給された炭素質流及び酸素含有流又はそれらの組合わせ流の1つの流速を調節することにより、工程(e)において調節される請求項1〜4の1項以上に記載の方法。
- 0/C比が、酸素含有流を一定に保持しながら、炭素質流の流速を調節することにより、調節される請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6の1項以上に記載の方法を実施するのに好適なシステム(1)であって、少なくとも、
酸素含有流(10)用入口(3)と、炭素質流(20)用入口(4)と、ガス化反応器(2)の下流に該ガス化反応器(2)中で製造された生成物流(30)用出口(5)とを有するガス化反応器(2);
酸素含有流(10)のガス化反応器(2)への流れを制御するための第一流れ制御器(7);
炭素質流(20)のガス化反応器(2)への流れを制御するための第二流れ制御器(8);
生成物流(30)のCO2含有量を測定すると共に、これを、予定CO2含有量と比較し、これによりできる限り差異値を得るための品質制御器(9);
を備え、品質制御器(9)は、第一及び第二流れ制御器(7、8)と機能的に連結し、前記差異値に基づいて第一及び第二の流れ制御器(7、8)中の流速の少なくとも1つを調節できる該システム。
