当該光学装置は、複数の第一副レンズを有する第一レンズプレートをさらに含み、各第一副レンズは、各第一副レンズの投写が少なくとも部分的に重なり合うよう、前記放射線ビームの一部を照明窓に投写する、
光学装置。 - 前記複数の富者宣言は、発光ダイオードによって形成される、請求項1に記載の光学装置。
- 前記複数の放射線源は、異なる放射線波長をそれぞれ放射する、上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の光学装置。
- 複数の第二副レンズを有する第二レンズプレートを含み、前記第二レンズプレートの前記第二副レンズは、前記第二レンズプレートの前記第二副レンズによって投写される前記第一レンズプレートの各副レンズの像が、少なくとも部分的に重なり合うよう、前記第一レンズプレートの対応する前記第一副レンズを照明窓に結像する、上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記第一レンズプレートの前記複数の第一副レンズは、正方形、矩形、円形、六角形の形状のうちの1つを有し、対応する形状を有する照明窓を創成する、上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記第一レンズプレートの各第一副レンズは、ある焦点距離を有し、前記第二レンズプレートの前記第二副レンズは、前記第一レンズプレートの対応する第一副レンズの焦点距離にそれぞれ位置付けられる、請求項4又は5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記第一レンズプレートの前記第一副レンズ及び前記第二レンズプレートの前記対応する第二副レンズは、異なるサイズである、請求項4乃至6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記第一レンズプレートの前記複数の第一副レンズの前記第一レンズプレートの異なる第一副レンズは、異なる向きを有し、前記第二レンズプレートの前記複数の第二副レンズの前記第二レンズプレートの異なる第二副レンズは、異なる向きを有し、前記第一レンズプレートの前記第一副レンズの向きは、前記第二レンズプレートの前記第二副レンズの向きに依存して選択され、或いは、その逆である、請求項4乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の光学装置。
- 例えば、前記第二レンズプレート内に一体化される前記放射線源によって使用中に放射される放射線の伝搬の方向に見られるときに、前記第二レンズプレートの背後に位置付けられるレンズのような球形又は非球形の光学素子を含む、上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の光学装置。
- 上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の光学装置を収容するホルダを含む製品。
