Claims (16)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射システム内で使用するための圧電アクチュエータ(21)であって、
強誘電体層(16)のスタック(34)と、
前記スタック(34)を液体の進入から保護するためのカプセル封入体(36)と、
酸素を前記強誘電体層(16)に供給するための、前記カプセル封入体(36)と前記スタック(34)の間に配置された酸素化手段と
を備える圧電アクチュエータ。 - 前記酸素化手段が酸化剤を含む、請求項1に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
- 前記酸化剤が、アクチュエータ(21)の動作温度のおよそ上限で酸素を放出する、請求項2に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
- 前記酸化剤が、アクチュエータ(21)のおよそ典型的な動作温度で酸素を放出する、請求項2に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
- 酸素の供給を減速するために負の触媒をさらに含む、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
- 前記酸素化手段が活性炭素を含む、請求項1に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
- 前記活性炭素がガスで処理される、請求項6に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
- 前記ガスが酸素である、請求項7に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
- 前記ガスが亜酸化窒素である、請求項7に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
- 前記ガスが空気である、請求項7に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
- 前記酸素化手段が、多孔性の鉱物顆粒内に含浸される、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
- 前記カプセル封入体(36)と前記スタック(34)の間で層を形成する織物(22)をさらに備える、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
- 前記酸素化手段が織物内に含浸される、請求項12に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
- 前記酸素化手段が容器内で保持される、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
- 前記酸素化手段がエラストマーと混合される、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
- 前記エラストマーが、前記カプセル封入体(36)と前記スタック(34)の間で層を形成する、請求項15に記載の圧電アクチュエータ(21)。
