Claims (12)
- 容器を検査するための装置であって、
軸線を中心として容器を回転させる手段(30)と、
光学的検査装置(10又は40又は50)であって、光エネルギーを前記回転手段内の容器へ向ける少なくとも1つの光源(14又は52)と、容器との相互作用後の前記光源からの光エネルギーを受ける少なくとも1つの光センサ(24又は58)とを具備している、上記光学的検査装置と、
前記センサからの出力の変動を検出し、前記変動から検査中に容器が回転していることを決定するように、前記センサに接続された情報処理装置(26又は48又は60)と、
を備えていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記情報処理装置(26又は48又は60)は、容器における商業的偏差を検出するために、前記センサ(24又は58)に応答し、前記装置は、前記情報処理装置に応答して許容できない商業的偏差を有する容器を排除する排除機構を具備し、前記情報処理装置は、画像処理装置によって回転の不在が検出された容器を排除するために、前記排除機構に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記情報処理装置(26又は48又は60)は、容器の見かけの回転に応じて、前記センサから画像データを集めて格納し、格納された画像データを、容器の実際の回転を表す前記センサからの出力変動について分析することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記情報処理装置(26又は48又は60)は、スライディングデータ窓(36a,36b,36c,36d,36e,36f,36g,36h,36i,36j,36k,36l,36m,及び36n)を用いて、画像データを分析し、前記窓内の前記画像データにおける変動を確認することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 容器の見かけの回転を単位とした前記窓(36a,36b,36c,36d,36e,36f,36g,36h,36i,36j,36k,36l,36m,及び36n)の長さ、及び、容器の実際の回転を検出するための前記画像データにおける変動の大きさは、前記情報処理装置において調整可能になっていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記光学的検査装置(10)は、前記回転手段内の容器の側壁の丸み及び厚みを表す信号を提供し、前記情報処理装置(26)は、前記信号の両方に応答して、前記容器の回転の不在を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 軸線を中心とした容器の回転中に、商業的偏差について、容器(12)を検査するための装置であって、検査中に容器が実際に回転していることを確保する手段を備え、この装置が、
光エネルギーを容器へ向けるための少なくとも1つの光源(14又は52)と、
前記光エネルギーの容器との相互作用後に、前記光源からの光エネルギーを受ける少なくとも1つの光センサ(24又は58)と、
前記センサにて受けた前記光エネルギーの変動に応じて、容器の実際の回転を検出するための情報処理装置(26又は48又は60)と、
を備えていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記情報処理装置(26又は48又は60)は、容器の見かけの回転に応じて、前記センサから画像データを集めて格納し、格納された画像データを、前記センサから容器の実際の回転を表す出力変動について分析することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記情報処理装置(26又は48又は60)は、スライディングデータ窓(36a,36b,36c,36d,36e,36f,36g,36h,36i,36j,36k,36l,36m,及び36n)を用いて、画像データを分析し、前記窓内の前記画像データにおける変動を確認することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 容器の見かけの回転を単位とした前記窓の長さ、及び、容器の実際の回転を検出するための前記画像データにおける変動の大きさは、前記情報処理装置において調整可能になっていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記情報処理装置(26又は48又は60)は、容器の商業的偏差を検出するために、前記センサでの光エネルギーに応答することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 商業的偏差の光学的検査中に容器の回転を検出する方法であって、容器との相互作用の後に光エネルギーを分析して、検査中の容器の実際の回転を表す光エネルギーの変動を確認することを特徴とする方法。
