Claims (6)
- 自動車の排ガスを浄化するために使用される排ガス触媒器を触媒器ケーシング内に支承するための支承マットであって、該支承マットが少なくとも3つの層を有し、引っ張り負荷を吸収する縫い目によって機械的に圧縮されており、前記縫い目が排ガス触媒器の稼働に際しての支承マットの温度よりも耐熱性が小さい縫い糸によって構成されている形式のものにおいて、鉱物性の繊維から成る2つの外側層(1,1′)の間に、捲縮された金属糸から成る弾性的に圧縮可能なフリースが配置されていることを特徴とする、支承マット。
- 金属糸(4)が皮むきによって製作されたエンドレスヤーンである、請求項1記載の支承マット。
- 外側層の鉱物性の繊維が珪酸塩繊維である、請求項1又は2記載の支承マット。
- 前記縫い目が刺子縫いとして構成され、10mmよりも小さい間隔、有利には5mmよりも小さい間隔で配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の支承マット。
- 支承マットが3つの層から成り、縫い糸の熱的な分解のあとで決定可能な、圧縮されていない層の厚さ比が1:1:1と1:5:1との間にある、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の支承マット。
- 縫い糸によって圧縮された支承マットが3mmと10mmとの間の厚さを有し、縫い糸の熱的な分解後に、金属糸から成るフリースの戻り力に基づき、初期厚さの少なくとも2倍に相当する厚さを有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の支承マット。
