Claims (13)
- 書き込みパワーのレベルを変えることなく,書き換え型光ディスクの書き込み領域をテストするステップと,
前記テストの結果に基づいて,書き込み領域に適用される書き込みパラメータを計算するステップと,
前記計算された結果に基づいて,書き込みパラメータを調節するステップとを有する,光ディスクへ書き込むためのパラメータを調節する方法。 - 前記テストするステップが,書かれた領域の信号の品質を測定し,及び決定するステップを更に有する,請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記テストの結果が,種々異なる直接重ね書きの履歴を持つ書き換え型の光ディスクの物理的特性についてである,請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記書き込みパラメータは,タイミングのパラメータである,請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記計算の結果は,事前に規定されたマークのランレングスの変動と書き込みパラメータの利得とによって計算される,請求項1に記載の方法。
- 光ディスク上のデータを読み取り又は光ディスク上にデータを書き込むための読み取り及び書き込み手段と,
書かれた領域の信号の品質を測定し,決定するために,前記読み取り及び書き込み手段に結合された測定手段と,
書き込みのパワーのレベルを変えることなく,書き込み領域にテストされた結果に基づいて,書き込み領域の書き込みパラメータを計算するために,前記読み取り及び書き込み手段と前記測定手段とに結合された計算手段と,
計算された結果に基づいて書き込みパラメータを調節するために,前記読み取り及び書き込み手段に結合された調節手段とを有する光ディスク書き込み装置。 - 前記テストされた結果が種々異なる直接重ね書きの履歴を持つ書き換え型の光ディスクの物理的特性についてである,請求項6に記載の光ディスク書き込み装置。
- 前記書き込みパラメータがタイミングのパラメータである,請求項6に記載の光ディスク書き込み装置。
- 前記計算された結果は,事前に規定されたマークのランレングスの変動及び書き込みパラメータの利得によって計算される,請求項6に記載の光ディスク書き込み装置。
- 書き換え型の光ディスクにデータを書き込むステップと,
データを書き込むことを中止し,書かれたデータの信号の品質を決定するステップと,
書き換え型光ディスクの書き込み領域を,書き込みパワーのレベルを変える事無くテストするステップと,
前記テスト結果に基づいて前記書き込み領域に適用される書き込みパラメータを計算するステップと,
計算結果に基づいて前記書き込みパラメータを調節するステップと,
前記書き換え型の光ディスクにデータを書き込むことを継続するステップとを含む,書き換え型の光ディスクにデータを書き込む方法。 - 前記テスト結果が種々異なる直接重ね書きの履歴を持つ書き換え型の光ディスクの物理的特性についてである,請求項10に記載の方法。
