Claims (15)
- 軸(A、A1、A2、A3)を囲むように設けられ、光学的に検出する位置コード(C1、C2、C3)を有するコード架体と、上記位置コード(C1、C2、C3)を検出し、上記コード架体との間の角度に関する位置の走査信号を生成する、光に対して感応性を有する線状または面状の少なくとも1つの走査装置と、を備えた、少なくとも1つの上記軸(A、A1、A2、A3)周りの少なくとも1つの角度を測定するための光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置であって、
上記走査装置が一体に構成され、そして、
上記走査装置が、少なくとも1つの自分自身の周囲に沿って、上記コード架体を完全に囲むように設けられているか、または、上記コード架体が、少なくとも1つの自分自身の周囲に沿って、上記走査装置を完全に囲むように設けられている
ことを特徴とする光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置。 - 上記走査装置が、ホトダイオードまたはホトセルのような、複数の有機光検出器を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置。
- 上記走査装置が、有機ホトダイオードの領域と、該領域と対応する有機トランジスタの領域とを有していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置。
- 上記走査装置が、柔軟性の走査フィルム(F1、F2)で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2あるいは3記載の光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置。
- 周囲方向に直角な方向に距離を置いて配置された複数の上記走査装置が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1−4のいずれか一項に記載の光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置。
- 上記位置コード(C1、C2、C3)が、上記コード架体の側面(M、M1)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1−5のいずれか一項に記載の光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置。
- 上記位置コードが、インクリメントコードの形式または絶対コードの形式で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1−6のいずれか一項に記載の光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置。
- 上記位置コードが、上記軸を包み込み、上記軸に沿って延在するような、らせん状コード(C3)の形式であることを特徴とする請求項1−7のいずれか一項に記載の光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置。
- 上記コード架体を間接に、および/あるいは、直接に、照明をする光学照明装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1−8のいずれか一項に記載の光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置。
- 上記照明装置が、1つまたは複数の、発光ダイオード(D)のような光源を有していることを特徴とする請求項9記載の光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置。
- 上記照明装置が、上記コード架体を内側から、または、外側から、照明するように、配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9あるいは10記載の光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置。
- 上記位置コードが、自己照明するコードの形式であることを特徴とする請求項1−8のいずれか一項に記載の光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置。
- 上記位置コードが、複数の有機発光ダイオードを備えていることを特徴とする請求項12記載の光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置。
- 請求項1−13のいずれか一項に記載の光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置を有していることを特徴とする測地計測装置。
- 有機光検出器の領域と、該領域と対応する有機トランジスタの領域とを有するプラスチック製フィルムで形成された走査フィルムにより構成される走査装置を備えていることを特徴とする光エレクトロニクス角度測定装置。
