Claims (15)
- 殊に自動車のエアコンディショナ用の、エアコンコンプレッサの供給量を制御するための、エアコンコンプレッサの吸込み領域内に配置された吸込み絞り装置において、
前記吸込み絞り装置がパイロット制御装置を有していることを特徴とする、吸込み絞り装置。 - 前記パイロット制御装置が、例えばエアコンコンプレッサの吸込み領域内に配置されたスライダ(11)によって、可変な絞り横断面を調節する、請求項1記載の吸込み絞り装置。
- 前記スライダ(11)の一方側がパイロット制御圧室(23)に接続されていて、これに対してスライダ(11)の他方側が、下流側でエアコンコンプレッサの吸込み領域内の吸込み絞り装置の後ろにおいて圧力領域(5)に接続されている、請求項2記載の吸込み絞り装置。
- パイロット制御圧室(23)が、流入抵抗を介して吸い込み絞り装置の前の上流側で吸い込み領域(3)に接続されていて、流出抵抗を介して吸込み絞り装置の後ろの下流側に接続されているか、又は流出抵抗を介して吸い込み絞り装置の前の上流側で吸い込み領域(3)に接続されていて、流入抵抗を介して吸込み絞り装置の後ろの下流側に接続されている、請求項3記載の吸込み絞り装置。
- 前記流入抵抗が弁(19)として構成されている、請求項4記載の吸込み絞り装置。
- 前記弁(19)が電磁石によってパルス幅変調されて操作されている、請求項5記載の吸込み絞り装置。
- 流出抵抗が、一定な流れ抵抗、例えば絞り(21)として構成されている、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の吸込み絞り装置。
- スライダ(11)がばね力に抗して、及び吸込み絞り装置の後ろの下流側に形成される圧力に抗して、パイロット制御圧室からの圧力によって摺動可能であって、それによってスライダ(11)の摺動によって、主絞り横断面が無段階に縮小されるようになっている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の吸込み絞り装置。
- パイロット制御弁(19)のパルス幅変調された脈動がパイロット制御圧室容積によって減衰され、それによってパイロット制御圧室(23)が、パルス幅変調された信号に比例するほぼ一定のパイロット制御圧を調節し、ひいてはスライダ(11)が脈動することなく、比例弁位置を占める、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の吸込み絞り装置。
- スライダ(11)が、エアコンの吸込み領域(3)とコンプレッサの吸込み領域(5)との間に配置されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の吸込み絞り装置。
- パイロット制御装置のインレット弁(19)が、エアコンの吸込み領域(3)とパイロット制御圧室(23)との間に配置されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の吸込み絞り装置。
- パイロット制御装置の流出抵抗(21)がパイロット制御圧室(23)とコンプレッサの吸込み領域(5)との間に配置されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の吸込み絞り装置。
- 前記スライダ(11)がダイヤフラムスライダとして構成されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の吸込み絞り装置。
- 前記スライダがピストンスライダとして構成されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の吸込み絞り装置。
- スライダ開口(14)を備えたスリーブ状のスライダ(11)が、開口(15)を備えたガイドスリーブ(9)と共に、エアコンコンプレッサのアウトレット流のための絞り箇所を形成している、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の吸込み絞り装置。
