を含む線量体積ヒストグラムを用いて既存の関心領域に対する新しい関心領域を限定する方法。 - 前記線量体積ヒストグラムの前記選択されたサブセットに対応する画像上に部位を表示するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記放射線量は、1つまたは複数の以前の治療で放出された線量である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記放射線量は、患者に放出される予定の計画線量である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 患者に対する治療計画を生成するステップをさらに含み、前記新しい関心領域が前記治療計画を修正するために用いられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記新しい関心領域は、前記既存の関心領域の更新されたバージョンである、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記患者に対する治療計画を生成するステップと、前記関心領域に基づいて前記治療計画を適合させるステップとをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- コンピュータプロセッサを含み、患者に治療計画を放出するように動作可能な放射線療法治療装置と、
前記コンピュータプロセッサによってアクセス可能なコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体に記憶され、先在する関心領域に対する放射線量の線量体積ヒストグラムを生成し、前記線量体積ヒストグラムのサブセットを選択し、前記線量体積ヒストグラムの前記選択されたサブセットに対応する新しい関心領域を限定するように動作可能である、ソフトウェアプログラムと、
を備える線量体積ヒストグラムを用いて輪郭を生成するシステム。 - 前記ソフトウェアプログラムは、前記患者の放射線療法の線量の前記線量体積ヒストグラムを生成するように動作可能な解析モジュールを含む、請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 前記ソフトウェアプログラムは、前記線量体積ヒストグラムに対応する画像上に輪郭を生成するように動作可能な輪郭モジュールを含む、請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 前記ソフトウェアプログラムは、治療計画を生成し、前記新しい関心領域に基づいて前記治療計画を修正するようにさらに動作可能である、請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 第1の線量体積を生成するステップと、
第2の線量体積を生成するステップと、
前記第1の線量体積および前記第2の線量体積を比較するステップと、
前記比較に基づいてヒストグラムを生成するステップと、
前記ヒストグラム上でサブセットを選択するステップと、
前記選択されたサブセットに基づいて関心領域を生成するステップと
を含む線量体積ヒストグラムを用いて新しい関心領域を限定する方法。 - 前記比較は前記第1の線量体積と前記第2の線量体積の差である、請求項26に記載の方法。
